I recently visited the nail salon KASA and I must say I was very impressed with the quality of service. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who took the time to advise me on the best treatments for my nails. The ambiance of the salon is relaxing and the cleanliness is top-notch. The nail technician NILO was meticulous and paid great attention to detail, ensuring that my nails looked perfect. The range of colors and designs available is fantastic, and the products they use are of high quality. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

I had an appointment with Alaa for a balayage, cut, and blow dry. I am so happy with my hair! She did a great job on turning my black hair it into a beautiful honey brown color. I trusted her and it’s better than I imagined. I am very impressed and will be back again! I highly recommend seeing her.

I went 4 times . For hair the Pakistani hair dresser is a doll and I just love how she did my hair . However for nails : I don’t know what nail polish they use specially gel nail polish but this was two days after my manicure … like I would get a better service in dates for half the price . The thing now even if I am offered a free manicure I wouldn’t go …

Third time back at this lovely salon, got my hair done by Widad and I couldn’t be happier with the results 💗 She talked over the colour palette we could achieve in the session and made sure to deliver just that with minimal damage. Thoroughly impressed 🙏

Its definitely the best ash balayage and blowdry in Dubai. The space is really clean and the staff is really courteous, the owner Shireen was making sure every staff member was providing the best service to their clients! Highly recommend it to everyone.

I honestly dont know where these good reviews are coming from as i also read them and went to this salon.Unfortunately, I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this salon by getting my hair done by their very famous hairdresser. The consultation was rushed and not thorough at all, which resulted in the first toner being applied incorrectly—giving me golden hair instead of the chocolate brown I specifically requested. After that, she tried to fix it, but the result was still far from what I wanted.As for the haircut, it was a nightmare. I asked for curtain bangs, but what I got was a choppy, uneven mess. The layers were cut horribly, and I didn’t realize how bad it was until I washed my hair at home. The bangs were chopped way too short and from mid way on my head creating an awkward bob look from the front, which was nothing like what I had asked for.The only time it looked decent was when she styled it for her Instagram photos. After that, it was a complete disaster. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone.

Nilo did my nails , she was absolutely fantastic! My nails look beautiful.. And Ala did my hair color and blow dry and it was wow ! She was amazing

I had an amazing experience at the salon with Widad for a blowdry and haircut! From the moment I walked in, the salon was absolutely beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Widad was incredibly talented, taking the time to listen to what I wanted and delivering exactly that. My hair has never looked better! The blowdry was flawless, and the haircut was perfect for my style. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality service and a relaxing atmosphere!

Widad always does my balayage/highlights and is honestly the best hair stylist I have ever been to! Her technique is better than anyone and I have always done my research on social media but nobody surpasses her! She is so patient and makes sure you leave happy every single time. She is also honest and cares for the health of your hair and will always give you her honest opinion. There is no better, would highly recommend!

As putting gel on my nails for almost 8 years, the have the worst top coat, I did my nails a week ago its like I never did them, their top coat’s shine fades away and cracks always I told my self let me give it a last try. For the location and technicians they should pay more on their products not only colors.The Monty is not worth the quality of pay.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Barkha, and I couldnt be more impressed! She did an absolutely amazing job. Not only were my nails perfectly shaped and polished, but she was also incredibly meticulous and clean throughout the entire process. I appreciated how much care she took to ensure everything was sanitized and that I was comfortable. If youre looking for someone who pays attention to detail and delivers stunning results, Barkha is the one to go to. Highly recommend!

Really great experience at Kasa! It was my 3rd time getting my hair done with Widad. She answered all my questions and listened to my concerns and gave me exactly what I wanted. Everyone at the salon was great too, truly recommend.

I wish I could express how deeply disappointed and distressed I am after my visit to Kasa. My experience was a disaster, and I would urge anyone considering this salon to think twice.The consultation was barely two minutes long. I showed the stylist one picture of what I wanted, and she confidently assured me she understood, but there was no real discussion or effort to clarify my preferences. I trusted her, and that was my mistake.As the procedure began, I started feeling uneasy and asked if she was sure this would turn out the way I had requested. She repeatedly brushed off my concerns with “don’t worry, don’t worry,.The worst part was how physically painful the whole experience was. She was so rough when brushing and washing my hair, it felt like she was yanking at my scalp. I actually screamed out a few times because of the pain, and I was left sitting there, wanting to cry. I have long hair (it goes below my pelvis). But the way she treated my hair was saddening. She blamed it all on my hair being tangled, yet when another stylist took over, it was a completely different experience. I barely felt a thing. So was it really my hair? Clearly not.Throughout the entire appointment, she kept saying sorry, sorry, over and over. I think she just didn’t care. Other people in the salon could see how distressed I was and even asked her to be gentler, but nothing changed.After four hours in that chair, I was on the verge of tears. The stylist finally decided to have a proper consultation with me—after everything had already gone wrong. By then, it was too late. To make matters worse, she “forgot” to cut my hair and “forgot” to clean the dark dye stains off my neck and chin, which I only noticed when I got home. Seriously?The end result: my hair color was nothing like what I wanted, and I paid a significant amount of money for something that looks terrible. I absolutely hate how my hair turned out, and I’m left feeling traumatized by the whole experience.

Had a lovely time at Kasa with Widad. She definitely deserves the recognition for her wonderful work, I recommend her to anyone who is planning to get their hair done!

I visited Kasa today and got my hair colored by Widad and I must say it was a beautiful experience, I am happier with my hair overall. The customer service was great and the ambience is peaceful which makes it so much better! Will definitely come back again😌

I’ve been following their work since the past year or so and then last week decided to go get my hair done.. it was an early morning appointment- reached there to be greeted by the lovely warm Zaira, who welcomed me and went inside to call the superstar, Widad who walks towards me with confidence- she knws the deal.. she knws HER WORK.. Completely aware and dedicated to her craft.. amazing is an understatement. She is a true star.. assisted by the lovely Suman…extreme delighted with the outcome and followed it up with lash extensions by them.. the lash artist Zara (if I’m not wrong )🌹just knew what I wanted .. simply the best out there .. going back to them for sure.. and already recommended to friends and family 🤍🤍

I requested a full file manicure and was told that they do it here. However, they only offer a machine manicure, which is called a Russian manicure for some reason but still is not the Russian way for the cuticle work, and a file for the length but not the cuticle. The receptionist claimed that this is the way the file manicure is done. I would assume that if you are in this business, you would want to learn about other types of manicures before offering services without having them available. The nail technicians are super friendly, and this review isn’t about them.Its also a shame that for pedicures, the management didnt consider special pedi chairs. It is extremely inconvenient for both the client and the technician to work while sitting on chairs that are not meant for specialized salons.

If you are into clean girl aesthetics, this salon has to be your go-to. I always book Barkha for my nails appointment and she is definitely the reason I prefer going to Kasa. Her attention to details and advices about nail care is phenomenal! My nails never chip or break after getting my nails done from her! Definitely a monthly investment all girlies should do

Came to KASA beauty salon for manicure and Im proud to say I just discovered an amazing beauty salon with the most talented professional beauty masters. My manicure master was Nilo. I must say she is an expert, talented and professional and she does her work from her heart. She was so gentle with my nails and I couldnt stop admiring my nails. My family and friends loved it so much.I tried booking an appointment again for my pedicure but she was fully booked.I have never felt this good and relaxed when making my manicure or pedicure before like the way KASA made me feel 😍.I will definitely recommend any lady who wants a Queen or Princess beauty treatment to KASA beauty salon.

Ive been coming to KASA for Kirans makeup as her makeup is absolutely flawless and had my manicure done by Nilu and pedicure done by Mobina which was absolutely incredible. The attention to detail was brilliant and the quality of results were top notch!! Best Salon in town for sure!

KASA opened near my house recently and i decided to try them first with a blow dry and then an overlay gel manicure. both services were done with friendly professional women and i was very happy with the results. i will definitely come back again to try new services and continue the ones i’ve experienced already. a great neighbourhood gem.

Made an appointment for hair color and nails.My nails never got done, even though iv booked. They had an offer on but in the end i ended up paying way more then i would in most salons as they add on for things which normal hairdressers wouldnt add on. The color can i say im satisfied, no i have brown hair with few streaks and i must add the colours at the at the top are uneven of course i only noticed after the second wash. I ended up paying over 900 dirhams for this hair. Most salons when they have an offer on its not more then “500” and you will get everything included, including hair treatments etc. even in other professional salons which you would pay 800 max and you will get a discount on next visit. Noone at this salon is pleasant to be around nor did i see any sort of customer service here.

I recently did balayage and hair cut with Ala. She was excellent, she gave me the exact result that I wanted. She was extremely patient during the consultation.All the staff is extremely friendly and the services are top notch.

She was sooooo bad and everyone was shocked even the receptionist the hair dresser was so شايفة عمرها and thought she was all that ruined my hair I had to cut it myself after had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in someone when I told her I didn’t like her work while literally crying told me I’m not the first local and that she knows her job? While she literally made my thick her as thin as a grandmas hair?? I hope she gets fired no one deserves what I went through.
