I had a wonderful experience at Kate White when I had my manicure for hands and feet. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. The salon’s atmosphere is relaxing and elegant, allowing you to fully enjoy your treatment.The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. They paid great attention to detail and ensured I was comfortable throughout the process. The cleanliness and hygiene are top-notch, which is always an important aspect of such services.The quality of the manicure was exceptional. My hands and feet looked impeccable, with a perfect and long-lasting finish. The wide variety of colors and styles available also allowed me to find exactly what I wanted.

The receptionist are really nice and welcoming and The nail artists are extremely professional and nice. I loved my pedicure and manicure. It would have been 5 stars if it weren’t for the not not so good hair service. I wasn’t satisfied with my hair.

Specialists Vanessa and Anastasia are highly recommended for manicure and pedicure. With Vanessa I do my nails more than 1 year definitely🩷 Anna is the best hair stylist. And Emilia is taking care of my brows always 🩷 Thank you girls! You’ve been making this beauty saloon the number one for me for last 2,5 years!

I visited the salon for manicure and pedicure. Anastasia immediately detected the huge problem with the toenail and cleaned it carefully, I didnt feel any pain at all. She didn’t only help me with this uncomfortable situation, but she also was an emotional support. Also, Meru and Pavel were super professional, very kind and explained the whole process step by step and gave me the right recommendations. Eyebrows were amazing, done by kristina, she was lovely, unfortunately for top master manicure, i would give 1 star, as the overlay was very thin, and a lot was filed from my nail, the price is not worth paying,with top master molya. Nails hurt and are easy to bend.

If I could rate a zero, I would. The service was extremely disappointing. The staff lacked knowledge of the product’s origin or supplier, and the brand wasn’t even found online. They used a base with a glue-like texture and strong odor, which raised concerns about the safety of the ingredients. Their choice of products and methods shows a lack of regard for clients health and wellbeing.Additionally, the cuticle treatment was very rough, the pushing was so extreme that I had to stop them and refused to let them cut the cuticles. Overall, the staff’s lack of professionalism and consideration was unacceptable.

I did not want to write my experienceBut after my bad experience they still keep asking me to be back without any compensation.I was having an eyelash services there. It was buring my eyes so halfway want to stop . I opened my eyes I saw the techincian seeing a film when doing eye lashes for me!!!I had an empathy and decide to talk to the translation guy but the second half is just ok - still burning not much but definitely the skill is not qualified enoughThe place should give me a free one but still charge meThis is my second time here. The first time was ok for 5 star. Second time 1 can give 1 star only.

What I like about this place is the beauticians is super friendly and they are so attentive. I think for the money i paid it was really worth it. Anastasia and Katerina were so sweet.

I have done manicure & pedicure with master Julia. I highly recommend her service. She made for me so beautiful manicure which last for a month in perfect condition and my feet became so soft for long after the procedure with her. Plus she is so positive and friendly.

Nice place with technicians from CIS countries. Coming here mostly for pedicure, which is always high-quality and fast. It takes just a bit more than 1 hr for gelish with the old polish removal. -1 star for an overcharge without notice that happened once. Just don’t hesitate to check the price before the service, and everything will be great!

The first time I went for the wax and I really loved it so I wanted to try with my hands and feet, (manicure and pedicure) and it was terrible it had not been 24 hours and the fingernails were raised, I had a commitment and I had to go with the nails that seemed made from more than a month ago 🥺 when I was only 2 days.

Im 40 weeks pregnant and I was preparing myself on the way to salon how uncomfortable I will feel,I took even my pillow with me. It was such a lovely experience. Such a great service,all girls were so professional and worked on me at the same time. And I was so impressed with their chair! It’s the most comfortable chair ever. Highly recommended to all moms! In love with this place. Elvira is awesome an massage therapist. She managed to fix my sons (11 years old) back as he was always stooping and his feet had external rotation. Well first of all, I had an appointment for 30th of Dec then they canceled it very last minute. Yes the master was ill, but pls note they didn’t replace the master or my time, they just let me stay with no manicure last minute last day of the year.Then I said it looks to be a good salon let me give it a try after holidays. Today I had an appointment at 4 pm in Marina Branch, knowing exact timings of traffic in marina and my schedule i made sure i am not late even a minute, hence I left my things undone and rushed to the Salon. They told me I have to wait 20-30 min until the master is done, so If they told me in advance i could have finished what I was busy with and be there 30 min late, but on Thursday evening leaving Marina 6:30 ( yes they started doing my nails 4:30 and took 2 hrs almost ) is a big NO.The conclusion is; I got stuck in traffic for 45 min cus i left marina late, was late from a family member birthday dinner and it made no sense, evening was totally ruined…Also; while seating they were having people replacing the pedicure zone chairs inside the salon, yes they asked if we are fine with that or no, but c’mon the workers were at the door literally already and u cant say no anymore.Forgot to mention, they say first visitors are getting discounts, no discount was applied. And I have pain on my fingers and nails.Im not really repeating my visit, nah !

The place itself very comfortable and cozy. But of course the main thing is the professionalism and it has place there. I came there for haircut and the result which I got even better than I expected, thanks so much for this to Ms. Anna who did a great job, even in my case I can say it was art work🥰For sure will come back for other treatments☺️

Everything was fine the first time. I really liked Master Inna, but the last time I couldn’t make an appointment with her, I got Master Aiperi. Master Aiperi ruined my toenails - she cut too many of them and also ruined my fingernails.She did my nails differently than usual. She simply put an artificial one on top of my broken nail, which, of course, was different from my nail shape and thickness.In general, after this experience I didn’t even want to write to the admins about the errors, I decided simply not to return :(

I did a lot of things in search of my masters, I considered constant detachments on my hands to be the norm, the manicure barely lasted 10 days +\-. This was my first time visiting this salon, it was a very beautiful place and all the staff were very friendly. I did two services at once (haircut and eyebrow correction). I was pleased with the haircut and the hairdresser Anna. A professional in his field.Unfortunately, eyebrow coloring is not so good. Made by master Christina. She found out all the information from me and asked what I wanted, but my desire did not coincide with reality. The master didn’t say whether we should paint the eyebrows white with henna or paint, and no one drew the shape of the eyebrows either, but the correction was done very well.As a result, I ended up with black eyebrows that couldn’t possibly be because I’m blonde.

The salon is very pleasant, the technicians are polite. But I did manicures with coating twice, both times the coating simply chipped off after a week and a half. Although I had never experienced such problems before. I think the problem is in the materials. It seems to me that the salon should have bases from different manufacturers, and not just one.

The salon is beautiful, overall I liked the pedicure. Im taking off a star because neither the manager nor the administrator offered coffee or at least a glass of water.And the master didn’t even say goodbye at the end. She just went somewhere to the utility room.Maybe I’m just used to a different attitude towards clients and I ask a lot)But in general, so far this is the best salon I have ever been to in Dubai. So, despite the small shortcomings, thank you for the room in which it is pleasant to stay and the good quality of service. Perhaps I will repeat my visit.

I go for a facial massage with Elvira. Immediately after the first session, my eyebrows became symmetrical - it amazed me! The nose has become thinner and more graceful, the nasolabial and facial wrinkles have smoothed out. Wrinkles on the forehead have noticeably decreased.
