I purchased a package of hair treatment called Happiness for hair from Japanese brand Lebel.My hair was extremely damaged and dry but after only one treatment I saw an amazing result. My hair looks super smooth, healthy and shiny. Stuff is very professional and polite, salon is very clean and pleasant. All my requests were met and I have received an excellent service.I highly recommend it and for me it’s the best salon I have found in dubai.

The worst hair coloring I have had in my life! The picture attached is only after 4 days after visiting the hair procedure (it supposed to be AirTouch, but its obviously not), you can clearly see the strips! Horrible, I dont recommend to anyone!

I’ve had an amazing experience getting a full set of beauty services at this ladies’ salon. Their hair coloring professionals are the best! They saved my hair from a previous unfortunate treatment, and I finally got the color I wanted! Mani and pedi are on the highest level. I can only trust to do my nails here as they are very concerned about the sanitation of nail tools and pay huge attention to follow all hygienic standards.

Just wanted to write about my last visit to salon. Overall I liked it a lot for many years, probably because of the people who worked there, M was for the best hair color and cut and K for your dream manicure. But yesterday my hair did new hairdresser Y and it was terrifying. I sent a picture of my hair as of yesterday and picture of previously done ‘contouring’ coloring at the same salon with M. So the new hairdresser ‘Y’ got from the salon history of the recipe of color and said she would follow it. To be frank everyone has the pizza recipe but not everyone does it perfect, so keep this in mind when u book appointment for blonde highlights. I left salon without any signs of ‘contouring’ done and with darker shades than I came in and still paid for it. I appreciate my time and $. I was offered by lady in reception to fix it without extra cost, as I was not happy and said about it. But to be honest, do we have to pay for someone mistakes? And I absolutely didn’t want to risk anymore with the same hairdresser, as I already explained what has to be done and it was not fulfilled. The hairdresser just said color will wash out and will be lighter 🥲. But it has to be light already now, pity that I have to hear such explanations, it sounded very unprofessional. Moreover, during coloring she asked me to assist her and fold foil, who ever does it? So, run away from this hairdresser.

What A Great Experience !I booked manicure with Alina and pedicure with Nastia on my friends recommendation and as expected recieaved immaculate service, both girls are very high professionals.I took my chances ( as I had a very bad run with my haircuts for few years now ) and booked Lubov for cut and style, and what a plesent surprise. She listen, she give a good and professional opinion and then she performed a miracle !!! I cant thank you enough Lubov!I also want to mention the professionalism of admin, it was so easy to book, cancel and rebook again !!!Salon in Marina has a very welcoming and lively atmosphere, we had so much laughs while I had my meni- pedi done.... and they surve the best coffee and chocolate ever. 😍😆🤗Thank you girls, I will be back!

I want to thank master Zhenya. I brought my 7 years old daughter for a haircut in this salon for the first time. Zhenya is a very attentive master, she did her job perfectly. She answered all my daughters numerous questions, so the time flew by (it is very important when you work with a child).I also want to say many thanks to wonderful manicure master (and just a very nice person) Julia, who does her job perfectly and very delicately. I am always satisfied with the result.

It was my first visit. Very welcome atmosphere. Nice staff. They meet me downstairs cuz I got lost. Hairdresser choose a nice shade for my hair. Also they have options with non-ammonium paint for pregnant ladies like me.Totally satisfied with result and service.They also can provide a agree parking at the basement, just ask for it.

Mindblowing experience! I was hesitant that maybe people were “forced” to write a good review about them, but I was COMPLETELY wrong! They deserve every bit of great review. I booked for Combo Mani and Pedi Gelish and Darya did an incredible job! I even wanted to include design (which wasn’t included in the package) and she accommodated the time to fit in doing gelish with design, and she also helped in choosing the colors and top coat, I felt I wasn’t there just talking to myself, she involved herself in creating the design and I felt there was an engagement! Even the price afterwards I expected they will charge higher with the design, it wasn’t as much as I expected at all! I was - and still is - a happy customer and looking forward to my next visit! ☺️ 👏

I expect high level quality that’s why I go to them. Usually they deliver the quality they promise. This time though. I was happy with the pedicure. Manicure technician was a bit distracted and rushed the process. A manicure that has taken 2-2.5 hours in the past took only one hour 15 min.

I had to change my review which was 5 stars. Maria is an amazing professional, she did cut my hair really good.But this time I had to change my review to 1 star and cancel my appointment due to the reasons below:- management of salon is absolutely negligent of their responsibility to take precautions during the Covid 19. After relaxing the rules of quarantine, they have opened their salon. On the first day they post stories on Instagram where you can see that their client don’t wear a mask. When I asked why they let their clients to come inside without mask. They replied that client was feeling unwell and she decided to took of the mask. If person is unwell and can’t wear the mask on. It could be shortness of breath, a symptom of the virus. Moreover owner is totally ok with that. If they can’t follow this basic precaution as a mask, I’m afraid to think about sanitization.- secondly when I wrote a comment on their Instagram, they just put black listed me. This is how they deal with complaints and precautions.The best way is to treat such owners is to call to Dubai authorities and inform about such negligent behavior from the owners in a such difficult time when the whole world is suffering from this pandemic and such owners don’t want to strictly adhere to government regulations.

Its definitely not worth collaborating with her. We agreed that there will be a trial period of 1 month, if you like everything, we’ll sign up. A week later I realized that the place was not mine and informed Ekaterina about this. As a result, she did not pay the salary, ignores her, does not answer calls and SMS. Not honest.

I went to the salon twice. For the first time I was pleased with the braids. I decided to color it because I saw very beautiful works on Instagram. I was not satisfied with the coloring. The master showed her works and in the photos they were magnificent. Dont believe the photos and explain your wishes in great detail. They dyed my hair 2-3 shades darker, although I came in blonde with a darkened root, but left almost brown-haired. The color turned out beautiful, but cold, even though I said that I love warm colors. Anyone who went blonde knows how difficult and time-consuming it is to maintain the quality of your hair. Now I will most likely have to bleach it to correct the color. but the main thing is that now I don’t like myself and every time I look in the mirror I get upset.I lowered my rating for the salon from 3 to 1 star after the owners response.I am very sorry that you are ready to justify your master’s mistakes with outright lies. Even during the consultation via WhatsApp, I explained my wishes and the girls told me the price of coloring. I only learned about the air touch technique when I came for a coloring service; I had never heard of it before. I will even say that the master tried to impose the air touch service on me - according to the master, this coloring takes five hours, and I am a young mother and repeated several times that this service does not suit me in terms of time. The master also did NOT tell me that my color would be darker, which is why I was surprised by the result. I added a photo of my color before and after coloring so that your future clients can evaluate the professionalism of your master.My type of coloring is called balayage and I’ve had it done for 3 years in a row, which means this is far from a new technique. I contacted your salon because the coloring price, which we agreed with the girls before my appointment for coloring, suited me - 500-600 dirhams. I have been dyed using the balayage technique for three years, lifting the part of my hair lightened with powder, I trust only my master in Ukraine, and I have been living in Dubai for almost 2 years and before that no one has dyed me a darker color before (even Filipinos) - they usually dye it for me the root and every other time they are tinted along the entire length tone on tone to fill the void in the hair, this is exactly what we agreed on with Vostap when recording, this is what I asked the hairdresser to do, this is exactly what I explained to you personally after your request for a more detailed review. If the master had warned me that the color would be darker before dyeing, then I would not have agreed to tinting along the entire length, but would have dyed only the root, because I know where they can tint tone-on-tone without darkening. This is definitely not “impossible”, but from my experience, it is a matter of skills and availability of the necessary materials. And this is done in 2 hours maximum.

When I saw that there was a Russian-speaking beauty salon in Dubai, I was not overjoyed and I finally decided to get eyelash extensions in Dubai, because I know that our masters are the best and do their work responsibly and efficiently. I have no complaints about the master, the salon looks clean and tidy, the administrator is very polite and knows her job. After the procedure I wanted to sign up for other procedures, BUT!!!!! I had eyelash extensions done in this salon and as a result, a day later, an eye infection developed - conjunctivitis, and this, in turn, was either non-compliance with sanitary standards or poor quality material. Doctors confidently stated that the infection was caused by eyelashes. As a result, treatment lasts 2 weeks, unnecessary waste and stress. It’s a shame that having found a salon I liked, I was disappointed and I get goosebumps after I see their advertisement.
