Absolutely Horrific Experience – DO NOT BOOK!I don’t even know where to begin with how awful this lash service was. I trusted this technician to come into my home and provide a professional service, but instead, she absolutely destroyed my lashes. Not only did she rip out my natural lashes during the application, but by the end of the service, my bottom lashes were literally glued to my top lashes. Her “solution”? Instead of carefully fixing the issue, she cut my natural lashes! I’m now left with no lashes at all.To make matters worse, when I reached out to complain and explain the extent of the damage, they completely ignored me—no apology, no response, nothing. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable.I’m writing this review to warn others: if you care about your lashes, your time, or your money, avoid this place at all costs. They have absolutely no respect for their clients or the damage they cause.

The salon is clean, and the staff is professional and friendly. My nails look flawless, and the service was relaxing and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality nail care! Thank you Hilda you’re the best!!

I am in love with KELLY’S GLAM SALON AL RIGGA BRANCH. Its so cozy and comfortable all the while being completely professional and cutting edge. The entire staff is so personable and welcoming from the moment you walk in that you immediately feel at ease and know youre in good hands. My nail stylist Ate Nilda for always making my nails so pretty that I’ve never experienced in other salon here in Dubai.She is bright and cheerful with a very bubbly personality and has amazing skill and product knowledge. An absolute joy and pleasure.Also Ate Merly for making my hair .I have been here how many times and no reason to find another one.Thank you kelly’s glam rigga.

I tried their eyelash extension (classic) for the first time as the price was reasonable and the glue used was a little bit thick. It bothered me for weeks as i feel a portion of my eye has a bulge when i close it.The lady was gentle however not really a great eyelash extension work.

Amazing service wonderful experience. Not just after the money but really cares about the customer wants and needs. Thankyou so much. Surely recommend this to all my friends.

I am super upset with this salon, not even proficional, i asked them about the price they told me 250 when i reached they told no we will take 300And i was clear with them on call that i can not pay more than 250, and i am living far far away from them.. they lead me to the salon after that they told me different price .. this is really disappointing… and when explained my disappointment, they did not even reply ..

I was so amazed with Ms. Charisse for her very gentle and good service that she did on my first visit in Kellys Glam Beauty Salon. Trued their microblading and it was really worth the price. the result was amazing. they have the most friendly staffs, so been planning to get my har done and do the hydra facial as well. 💕

Terrible customer service.Surprisingly not even one staff is very kind and gentle towards you. They are very rude. They keep blabbering in their language which is not very professional. The work done was good. But overall the kind of behavior you get from them just makes you want to leave the salon right after you enter but what can we do. We pay to get the terrible service.
