AMAZING SERVICE, but there is a reason Im rating it so low. STAFF WAS SUPER HELPFUL, ACCOMODATING AND PROFESSIONAL. I will definitely come back, but it was so sad to see them working on a 31st evening. Most salons in the area shut down early because its new year! I wonder how they must have gone home with all the new year traffic after 9pm. Plus, staff has to come to work tomorrow when everybody is shut!!! Who makes their employees work when the whole world has an off?! The management needs to understand that customers observe all this. Despite this, the staff was so cheerful and happily doing their work and did not complain about working even once.

Nice salon with friendly staff. Their price is reasonable and the salon is proper. The waxing room has its own glass door with lock so your privacy is guaranteed.The salon has various treatments, from waxing, nail care, hair do, and even body massage.Located in Cluster A, Lakeside Residence. From the parking area, take the stairs to go down, the salon is located by the lake side.

Waow! waow! waow! Such a great service. I brought my the Kensho Beauty, theyre really an amazing people. Their socialisation is an amazing. Excellent services. Always on point. You cant passed them away. Their services alone is an amazing. The staffs are always serious about what they are doing. The passion for their job is A1. I recommend them for everyone. Its the first time i came into the saloon and my expectation is very satisfactory.. the saloon is clean.. i like there service.. i enjoying it.. we were laughing all the time and the next thing you knew you are done already.. love what they did to my nails... and all my officemate find it cute and they ask me how to contact the saloon.. thank you for the two beautiful ladies for making my nails beautiful like them.. and to the receptionist lyn thank you it was a wonderful experience ♥️ looking forward to go back

The service is below average, the staff doesn’t know goes to do basic services like pedicure! The Nail colour application was extremely shoddy and the staff was rude. They even argued & commented on me being on the phone ( none of their business and extremely annoying). It’s best not to visit this place as there is no customer service in their approach. I feel cheated.

The salon itself is clean and new, employees are nice and welcoming.. However the service is what disappointed me to the point that it destroyed my mood for the rest of the day. To be honest, Im not one of those picky clients, that picks on every single detail, but even me, when I saw the final result of gelish manicure-pedicure, i wanted to cry ( see yourself the result in the pictures) . Do not get me wrong, I was commenting the work of ladies in the salon during the process itself. I was clearly pointing out untidy edges. Kept on repeating that the work is an absolute mess. I was already there for 2 hours and unfortunately I didnt have the whole day to sit in the salon and wait until they fix what was already an absolute disaster. I invited a receptionist to see the final work, and all she managed to say is that we are sorry. I am sure I will not get back to this place. Even though I purchased a deal through groupon , it does not mean you can do your job halfway without putting any effort.. Really truly disappointed because the ladies were pleasant. But it does not pay off the disappointment that I experienced.

Average salon needs a revamp. Pedicure paints not available and the finishing was not neat.

I had a wax session and manicure pedicure. The wax was good Emely was good and nice . It was painless experience tho I have injured skin on my underarm but it’s fine , on the other hand the pedicure is terrible . She literally did nothing. She didn’t remove the dead skin at all my feet were still the same and she refused to fix it . She literally spent less than a minute doing my feet then moved to nails directly. Never goin there again for pedicure

I had my make up done by Ms. Rabiya and she did wonderful job. The pics were amazing. She highlighted my eyes as per my request and the hair was perfectly done.

I was very in a negative impression, forced to pay more than required, and very ugly communication, manicure devices are absolutely not working, only one good master is a Filipinka, and the rest of the masters seem to have taken people from the street who dont know anything

Staff are meticulous and dedicated to providing good service and do not rush customers which is a plus. Best to make an appointment and set aside an extra 30 mins as the salon is always fully booked. Treatment rooms are individualized so privacy is maintained. Recommend their hair treatments, waxing, and facials. Very clean salon and staff maintain good hygiene in their services as well.

Kensho Salon is the best. I tried many salons but I like Kensho the most. The place is very clean, staff are all nice, welcoming and professional. I did nail extension, and hair keratin treatment. Lolitta did my hair, she is really great. I definitely recommend the salon.

It was terrible, they don’t know how to do basic things like manicure and charge a hefty price. Literally pierced one of my nails and had blood coming out / and lady doing the hair kept tugging and hitting my head. Just terrible for the price

I ordered on Groupon x2 Gel nails voucher for my wife and daughter but when I called to request time for them then they said it’s not available for under 18 years old. Not written down at the Groupon webpage and the lady at the salon not willing to do anything. Not recommend due to costumer service.
