Got a lovely haircut by the best Maisa. Definitely revived my hair and gave it a new look. Super friendly staff at Kohibaa- Arjan. Malumie worked on my manicure in the most professional way.

I came today to do my nails only , and it was very good experience , then I meet a Syrian Hairdresser her name is Madam Maisa ❤️So I ask her if she can change my black hair Color to Brown Hair color and she said yes for sure , I was surprised because all of the salons that I went before they told me it’s not possible . Then I went out with Amazing brown hair color , it’s so natural and beautiful 😍 😍😍I’m very happy with my Hair !!!!she’s really so professional , this is the color that I was wanted from long time .Thanks a lot also for Maryam for her Amazing welcoming and helping me regarding my services and offer me a nice coffee.And thanks for the owner Shamli for giving me a free blow dry with my services.Definitely I will visit Kohibaa every time ❤️

I would like to share my experience with you. In salon KOHIBA I did a BB cream hair treatment it was extremely nice with Maisa and Meryem they were very very nice and kind . They are so professional and Maisa is talented . I try also gelish manicure with Malu it was so nice also . Very recommend 🥰♥️

I got a manicure done by Nuria and she did such an amazing job! She was very friendly and did one of the best French tips I have ever received! I went back the next day to get a pedicure done by Chen and she did amazing as well! Chen is very kind and had excellent service! When I walked in I felt very welcomed and the facility was clean and well kept, I will definitely be returning !

I just wanted to do Keratine, but they suggested BB cream treatment, I ‘m really glad to choose this treatment, no smell, vegan, original, I was surprised with the amazing result, just check the photo of my hair below😍Also I enjoyed the nice atmosphere and friendly staff, I strongly recommend them to others, sure here will be my choice for all services

This is my first time experience with Kohibaa. Unbelievably, this is one of the best experience I ever had with any of the parlors in Dubai so far. At beginning I was skeptical due to my past experience with so many other parlors , but after we checked with their reviews and insta page my instinct didn’t fail me this time .The moment we entered the parlor , we were welcomed and well taken care of by both Ms.Mariam and Ms.Maisa , which is truly heartwarming. And Ms. Maisa, I have to say that she is truly gifted with beautiful heart and hand. She made my hair feel so beautiful and did exactly what I wanted as per the image I showed her. Similarly my sister had classic pedi and mani too, done by Ms. Sita, it was totally worth it .We will sure make to visit more in the future as well as recommend to our friends and families too . Amazing service. Staff are very attentive and friendly.I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted as well as a new set of nail extensions.At one point I was having my nails pairing, eyes brows tinted and a head, shoulders and neck massage at the same time. I felt very pampered and a little spoilt.As the staff were so welcoming I decided to get nail art which was beautifully and delicately done.I will be going back and next time am going to try their facials.I would highly recommend this salon and the prices are very reasonable.

The lady was kind, but my nails look poor … and plus she cut my skin on one finger very deep that it hurts :( will not come back!

I had a very good experience here!! I randomly entered the Salon for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by their cleanliness and friendliness. Their services are very affordable and the service is very good. The staff was very helpful and very prompt with their work. Thelma, Christina and Seetha helped me and my daughter get our treatments done very smoothly. We were very happy with the results. We will definitely come again and whats great is that they have home service too. So its great!

I went to Kohibaa recently and had the best experience. The salon is beautiful and clean. Thelma gave the best massage. It was relaxing. She was very kind and asked me what kind of pressure I would like, and adjusted as needed. Jane is amazing! She did my gel ish mani and pedi. She was methodical and did an excellent job. I have brittle nails so one of my actual nail was chipped. She filed it and fixed it so that it wouldn’t look weird. Priya washed and blow dried my hair. She gave the best head massage while washing my hair. She blow dried my hair and gave it some volume. She gave my daughter an excellent layered hair cut. All the staff members are sweet, kind and welcoming. If you live in Dubai or are visiting Dubai please go visit Kohibaa! They will pamper you and you will leave the salon feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Letty - if you want bespoke suggestions, Leticia is the person to go to. She understands hair and will always provide reccos according to your hair type.Priya - great stylist too and amazing with kids as well!The salon is a cosy place with a calming interior where you would like to go to just get stress free.

The nails sections is really good but the eyebrows are not super nice. There was no proper threading and the smell was not so nice and no rose water or something to offer and apply after she finished. In general the saloon has great potential with extra care needed. The smell of the saloon was food which was not very welcoming.

Jelie and Sita are so friendly and lovely to talk to! They’re very accommodating and you are offered a drink when you arrive! I love my nails and they are always so helpful when choosing colours (I am very indecisive!) I love the massage at the end as well 😍 not to mention it’s very affordable too!

Just had my third visit to Kohibaa Salon. The Salon is clean, comfortable and calm. I had gel extensions done by Jelie. She is super friendly and is a perfectionist, making sure your nails are exactly how you want them. All the staff are very chatty. The owner Shamli is very hands on and allows you to book appointments through WhatsApp with her. Overall a great experience will definitely be back.

It was my first visit to the saloon. I did a classic mani-padi . The ...i liked how gentle they were woth the cleaning of the nails. Loved the result.I also did the paraffin treatment for hamds and feet. ..i liked the results but not the method . Its but it was fine but i prefer the dipping method over the gloves .After all it was a pleasant experience.

Had a worst experience with Kohiba, i went there for waxing and they made me wait for a long time because their machine wasn’t good enough to warm the wax… even after waiting the wax wasn’t good enough and very sticky yet the lady who was doing it she started on my hands… she was double dipping too even after telling her multiple times…. And yeah no customer service!! I won’t recommend this place…

When I came to do service with this salon, they found out that missing main instrument and asked me to come tomorrow. Their attitude depend on your nationality and definitely they are not happy if you are using a Groupon. Speaking over the phone with collegue and discussing from where is client from, so it will depend how you treat him, extremely unprofessional

Pedicure was very poor quality. Girl was rude and was taking a food break during procedure. Several times I was hurted by metal stick. Salon refuses to remake it.

Totally horrible experience !This time I approached them by a call and they booked my appointment and then cancelled it without even calling to inform the reason which was the same case as last time and this is after I gave them a second try( as I don’t have many options nearby ) and they had ended up burning my upper lip which I still have a mark 2 months later ! But I hadn’t written a review because I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this place is totally pathetic in terms of professionalism or work ethic !

Cut hair horribly. told the lady what i wanted and how short, then she cut it way shorter than i told her. she didn’t even use the correct method. now i look like a boy and i have to pin my hair down. what an embarrassment.
