Had an amazing experience at Koko Moko. The staff is friendly, the salon was spotless, and the atmosphere was relaxing. My manicure is flawless, thank you nail master Nargiza for that! with great attention to detail. They offered a wide range of colors and high-quality products. Highly recommend KOKO MOKo for anyone seeking excellent service and beautiful nails.

I did nail extensions and requested for Lola after a friend’s recommendation. They did not disappoint. Very good quality and attention to detail.

So I had a conversation with the woman who was at the front about the vibe and the place has definitely met that. It is a place to relax and enjoy your self care, and as a business woman that is what I need when I have the opportunity to do so. The staff took great care of me and they pay attention to detail with your nails and I appreciate that.

The worst salon. They don’t do proper nail cleaning. They used different color on pedicure because they ran out of the same color used on my nails.Not recommended place. Waste of money.8/11/2024.I received a call from Mr. Majed, the manager, who apologized for the inappropriate behavior of one of his team members. Visited this salon for the first time today and it so happy because it’s very close to my house and I loved the technician and my nails!However, I had to wait 30 minutes which was a bit frustrating and there’s an extra 5%VAT to pay for all services which was not mentioned in the “Special Price” ad that included the offers.

Great place for manicure/pedicure. Haven’t tried any hair treatments or procedures yet, but when it comes to the nails I highly recommend this salon. I always receive a lot of compliments of how my nails looks like and I always refer the place to others.Also, they are very flexible and fast to respond to you which I adoooore 🫶🏼

I visited KOKO MOKO salon in JVC and I had a very good experience .My hair Dress Mr.Daniel was very professional .I decide to change my blonde colour to dark brown and the specialist explained me which colors he will use and what the final result will be and I’m very happy about it . I even decided to color my extension as I was happy with the result of my hair color .I will definitely recommend it.

I’m one of the customer who visit this salon since they opened in JVC for 2 reasons: location and price. The quality of mani and pedi is cool, it can last for 3-4-5 weeks. I’m a teacher. But you have to request a master who will make you good designs. Pedi masters all so qualified and nice!

I have only good words to say. Starting with the nails, Lola she is very focused to the details and her hands are very soft, so good job! Gulbara , in eyelashes extensions , from removal and adding a new set, she gave me a beautiful look with the new style, eyeliner style. So go for it! If you need a new style in eyelashes, visit Gulbara! Zarema she is giving as well a nice shape to your eyebrows and as per my request, using the tweezer ! I am just happy with the services in KokoMoko beauty salon. You can find easily a parking in front of it. Per total exceptional services. Definitely i will come again!

I recently this salon located in JVC, first the staff is extremely professional and very friendly. The services i took was Manicure, Pedicure and haircut with a curls styling. I just loved how well they cleaned my nails and invested a good time to give me the perfect result. They did very patiently. The Hairdresser completely changed my look and the way i wanted. They have so many other services like eyebrows lamination, eyes lashes extensions, hair treatments nail art, waxing. They use all professional and good products. I would highly recommend this salon to all who doesnt like to compromise on the service quality 😊

I recently visited salon Coco Moko for a manicure with hard gel, and I couldnt be happier with the service. Irina, my technician, was amazing. She was friendly and skilled, and my nails turned out beautiful, specially because I have extremely dry skin and it’s difficult to work with. I got my hair done by Zuzana, and she was amazing. Previously, I went to a different salon that completely ruined my hair.. I came to Koko Moko hoping they could help me fix the terrible disaster that was on my head, and Zuzana came through! She was quick and efficient. Nails were good but service was awful.I booked a mani pedi to be done at the same time and once I reached only one technician was available and the receptionist said that two ladies will start my pedi when they finish and not to worry I will finish my hands and feet at the same time. However I finished my manicure and it took an hour after that to complete my pedicure, only one technician ended up doing my pedi, once again not as promised. At the end of my appointment I informed the receptionist that I was disappointed with the service and she went on about how she isn’t the one that promised me a mani pedi at the same time and that someone else is in charge of the WhatsApp. Sorry but shouldn’t you be in coordination with the person making bookings? Was not happy with the service at all.

I holidayed in Dubai on October and my friend who already lives here told me no one was good at blow drys in Dubai (im from London) I came across Koko moko next to my hotel at first collection JVC and they gave me the besttttttt blow dry EVER! we came here by luck, and Lucy looked after me and my cousin literally did our hair so perfectly. I have now come to visit Dubai again and have already had 2 blow drys in 10 days because of how amazing the work is!!! I’m honestly in love and wish I could live here and experience this weekly! If you are looking to get your hair or nails done definitely visit koko moko as they will look after you!!! Do not visit if you have attachment issues because I’m definitely attached to this place!!! I recently visited KOko Moko to get my lashes done, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The salons professionalism was severely lacking. It took them a staggering 45 minutes just to remove the remnants of my old lashes, followed by over 2 hours to apply a new set.The technician assigned to me worked at an incredibly slow pace, and despite my clear instructions and showing her the previous style I preferred, she ended up applying a completely different, unappealing style. Throughout the process, the glue used caused my eyes to burn, and to my surprise, the technician failed to provide a fan to aid in the drying process. Instead, she resorted to using a piece of paper as a makeshift fan.To top it off, when it came time to settle the bill, I was shocked to find that the technician attempted to overcharge me, insisting on additional fees. Overall, my experience at koko moko was disappointing and far from satisfactory. I would caution anyone considering their services to think twice before booking an appointment.

I wouldn’t even give it half a star🤯 The most unprofessional salon I’ve ever been to, the owner will literally yell at you if you tell her that you’ve been waiting for one hour which i was.She lied first of all when i asked her if you do both manicure and pedicure at the same time she said yes, and when i got there i was waiting for more than an hour and she kept lying (oh the girl will be done in 10 and then 15min…) when i knew it wasn’t the case because the girl just started her pedicure!!This is second time time never again!!!!Last time booked for my lashes and i waited for an hour and 40min.Worst owner and even worst attitude! Choose somewhere else in jvc but stay away from this salon.

A child without work experience would have done it more carefully. Then a girl came to them to get a job (that is, she had never worked here before) and the administrator suggested that she start my manicure. Am I a guinea pig? Or was it discussed with me in advance? As a result, they gave me a manicure for 2 hours, since the new specialist didn’t know what was where (that’s understandable). Burnt the skin around the nail. And this was with the tools as unprocessed as possible; they did not open the craft bag in front of me, but took everything out from the table. After 2 hours, my specialist with whom I made an appointment was still not finished with the previous client. And instead of rest, I got a headache. I advise the owner-administrator to hire a real administrator, and not skimp on a normal program for online recording, maybe then you wouldn’t have many bad reviews about the fact that the girls came to their recording, but the master is not available.UPD: The gel polish fell off after 5 days)))
