I have travelled around the world and l have reviewed so many places but nothing comes close to this salon!This is truly the best salon in Dubai, if you ask me! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the team goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I was a bit unsure of what I wanted, but Precious was so patient and lovely, helping me figure out exactly what would work best for my style and personality. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and gave fantastic advice, which put me at ease.When it came time for my treatment, Alisha was simply amazing. She’s clearly an expert in her craft and made my hair look absolutely flawless. I was blown away by her attention to detail and the effort she put into making sure everything was perfect. My hair feels and looks incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with the result!It’s rare to find a place where you feel completely satisfied with both the service and the experience, but this salon nailed it on every level. I’m so grateful to have found this gem and can’t wait to come back. Honestly, if I could give them 7 stars, I absolutely would!

On vacation from the UK and was in dire need of my extensions to be taken out,washed, reapplied and styled. The salon staff were extremely friendly and professional. They did such a great job with my hair and it was all done within 2.5 hours. Will definitely be coming back!

It is the worst experience I ever had they burned my hair with blowdry today I went out so upset I need to get haircut now I can smell the burn in my hair . Even the style I can make it by myself at home . When the cashier saw my hair dry and burned she was shall we put sirume on it and then didn’t care please pay. Horrible horrible .

I did my nails done from Lee and she so nicely does every time I go and salon staff are welcoming and talented.

Amazing experience every single time. The ladies are extremely friendly and professional and the atmosphere at the salon is very welcoming. My teenage daughter is a regular there and her hair has never looked better. Huge Thank you to Tina and Blen for working their magic. We couldn’t be happier.

This first time experience was really good , Blen did an amazing job on my hair , she took her time and listened to everything I wanted. Also my hair wash by Precious was really good! I love how the hair Salon ladies also support each other. Will definitely be back. Thank you ☺️

فـــاشل بمعنىٰ الكلمه👎Big losers, i went to day before yesterday, to do to line braids, the knowing I have very shot hair, seem day it’s start opening, I called the the salon she said come at 12:00pm and she doesn’t tell for fixing only 30 min.. I know that area it have a parking issue, I was searching for the parking almost 20 min, l called the receptionist at 12:10pm to inform her it’s no parking she didn’t answer me , she called me back at 12:20pm, I want to tell her it’s no parking, she start telling me you late for appointment , 👎

Love this hair salon! Best for curly and frizzy hair in the UAE! My daughter is super happy every time she gets a new hairstyle done here! The hairdressers are very friendly and competent. Definitely recommend it

I came to this salon to do box braids with my own material. Over the phone they mentioned price from 200 aed. Then they called me back and said that the price will be from 250 and 200 is the price for the kids. I agreedI came to the salon and showed a technician the style I wanted. She did her job. Then they charged me 350 which came as a surprise to me because they never mentioned or discussed this price with me.When I requested to return a 100 aed back they started calling some other ladies (I suppose an owner) and then I talked to one more lady going back and forth and they trying to convince me that it’s right cuz my box braids were more complex. They never discussed or mentioned any other price other than 250.Btw I brought my own material with me!Girls be careful before you pay in your salon because they decide their own prices without letting you know taking your hard owned money from you.

I have been coming to Konjo for mine and my daughters hair maintenance for the past 7months and the service has always been a 10/10. The ladies are always pleasant and flexible to accommodate appointments and specific needs. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a salon that knows about Afro hair care.

I got my hair done by Blin and she did amazing! She had the perfect grip without making my scalp extremely tight. I am very pleased and will come back.

I had my fair share of horrible experiences with salons in Dubai. But I think I have found my favorite salon of all time. There are very few salons who are reasonably priced and can do African hair. The ladies who did my braids were so friendly and gentle. Also super fast. There were like 4 ladies doing my braids and they were done within 3 hours. I had my gelish manicure done as well. And the lady with very sweet and did a great job. I live in Arjan and it’s a bonus that Konjo Salon is also in Arjan. I will definitely be back for more treatments and the ladies in the reception were so kind and professional.

I absolutely love Salon Konjo. Come here with my 4 year old daughter and they are so accommodating and gentle with her. I’ve come to know all the staff and they are welcoming and attentive.

Absolutely the best salon! Not only are the staff incredible, but they are so professional and do great curly cuts, braids and French braids. I’m very fussy with who I trust to do my hair, but I trust them 100% .

Great service, lovely braids, staff super friendly. Love my pink braids and my son loves his corn rows as well especially as it was his 1st time doing braids.

If I can give less than one star I would do it in a blink of an eye.Took my kids to do the braiding, was watching my eldest doing her hair. Then the owner took my youngest to dry her hair until my other kid is finished. Surprised that they already have done a Different style to my daughter and didn’t ask me. And finished by one side and started on the other already.Didn’t make a big fuss about it. But after finishing when I was paying I told the owner. It’s nice but you would have waited to ask the parent what to do especially that my daughter is 5 years old, was surprised with a very irresponsible behaviour and she saw saw already my daughter standing crying behind me as they did something she didn’t like, and in stead of apologising or being nice to the kid and promising next time would be better or something. Was surprised by her attitude and saying why did you come here then , and I told her never in my life find someone speak to their customers this way and instead of even trying to care about the Busienss reputation or retain her customers saying you shouldn’t have came here in the first place!!!!Even thought I paid fully for the services and asked her to open the gate to take out my car she said go speak to the security .Honestly, very rude person don’t go there and waste your money

A school mum recommended Konjo and I must say the service I have been receiving since coming here has been highly efficient. Staff are very accommodating to my needs. Do give Konjo a try and trust me you won’t be disappointed.

Lovely service. Connie and Idil are very welcoming and the staff are kind and attentive. I had a wash, hot oil and natural braids for less than dh300. Great value for money

Amazing, friendly staff. They are very kind and the prices are reasonable. I have visited the store twice to get my nails done. I’ve been so happy each time. Done my nails yesterday. I am very happy with the result. Ms. Linda was very keen in assuring the nail shape is perfect, the nail painting is smooth. Looks like I found my new favorite Salon. Will test their haircut quality soon.

So after a long time since I moved to Dubai have been looking for a good salon to go so they take care of my natural hair. I did my research then I found this amazing well located clean salon just by Dubai miracle garden. Omg the service was nice worker’s were friendly, environment top notch n classy I mean by interior. I’m super excited I found a new salon for my natural hair and I’m not looking elsewhere 😂😂😂. Thnks to Martha and to all the amazing staff u guys are amazing see u guys soon. I occasionally go to this salon and have been worked on by Merci, Marta and the owner, all are nice friendly ladies with good customer service. The owner is a nice friendly lady and has worked on my hair herself, a few times, giving me advice on how to manage my hair. Marta and Merci are good too. The salon is clean too.

Lovely clean salon,The ladies are very efficient and I was happy with my nails however the polish started to fall off the next day.

Genuinely one of the least professional places I have gone to by far. Was not pleased with the services at all not to mention the staff’s negative attitude and treatment towards me. They have a lot to work on but I will definitely never be returning and I highly encourage nobody to go there as you will not be satisfied.

The staff are professional but honestly the prices are a bit high for the end use, I understand the area location but i think it will be good to have a look at ur prices

The lady that answer my call to ask about prices was weird.Her voice is very low and the way she talk was so sleepy !!I ask her about the prices so she said i should come to the salon to know the price!
