I had a digital perm and loved it! MAY did a great job, she’s kind, sweet and very attentive. She’s into details and making it sure each roll is perfect. I also noticed they set timer each procedure which is excellent! Thank you May!

I live in the us and am visiting my family in Dubai for 2 weeks and I’ve been here 3 times already! These ladies were awesome, they helped me out a lot with my hair and nails, giving me good advice and tea along the way. I had the pleasure of working with Monisha and Nikki and they were amazing. They also have a really cool package program that allows you to customize it to your choosing. I had a super wide range of choices from many hair procedures to nails to waxing/threading. I would recommend this place to a friend for sure !Update : they gave me acute goodie bag ask was leaving !

I recently had a haircut with the new stylist, May, who is from Myanmar. I’m pleased with the end result and plan to visit again.The hair color is a continuation from my previous long hair.

I left this salon, crying.I asked for a perm, but they mentioned it wasnt possible due to the integrity of my hair, I said its fine just do what you can.I showed photos of my previous perm. They mentioned it will now be straight.No issues, they are the professionals. They asked if I wanted a haircut, I advise that I will think about it, they pushed for this due to the dead ends, I said no issues do what you think is best, but make sure that it suits my facial structure.They mentioned Bob and proceed to explain how this would look like.In the middle of the procedure I reminded the stylist that it is uneven, she mentioned shes not done and there are hairs on the top thats not cut yet, I trusted that it will be fine. When she finished I asked them does this look like a Bob? It wasnt a bob, it was Doras haircut.( I love dora dont get me wrong,I just dont like it on me)They said something about a u shape at the back and layer in the front. Its uneven and extremely short for what was explained as a bob.I told them multiple times that I looked like dora. But they tried to justify and at this point I really do not want to argue,I know that it will not go anywhere.To the owner, women often come to a salon to feel better not to despise their own hair.

I meet a lovely lady her name is moni she was sooo honest with me about perming my hair and she told me what to do.. and in this life u cant find honest person they only want money... but in this salon the care about ur hair and they will tell u if okay we will perming or no cant coz ur hair will get damaged

Very bad experience... Never have products available. Today third time I faced the same problem and the lady in the parlor is very rude too. She is not bothered if customer is taking service or not. Extremely disappointed.

I used to come here before it was change to a Korean perm salon. I went here few days ago for a simple hair cut style ”Bob for fine hair”. Stylist was using a comb all the time while cutting my hair. I guess that how she checks if her cuts are straight. Despite the action, my hair ended up with obvious uneven lengths when it’s just simply need to be straight and even.The hairstylist was nice, but her styling skill is not adequate to do a service. I am unsatisfied and felt upset after the hair cut. I could finally say it was my last visit to this salon. If a stylist can’t execute a simple hair cut style, she shouldn’t act confident. Learn and be professional before cutting and experimenting on real human hair.This salon was better before when the Korean stylist were the ones hands-on.

Always a pleasant experience whenever I visit this salon. They’ve been taking care of my hair for more than 3 years already. I’ve had several bad experiences in other salons and I have never visited other salons ever since I came to experience this one! They are the best for me, very careful and gentle. Ate Jenny and Ate Corrine are very caring, and the stylists are really good in what they are doing. A bit pricey but worth it for me.

I went and they said it was female only. I totally respect that, but there is no sign (as I was aware of) nor warning when I was making the appointment. I needed to book my uber outside in the heat.

Ive gone here for two years now, and I havent gone to another parlor since. I only go once or twice a year but thats really all I need because my hair always grows out so nicely after. Ive done digital perm, cuts, colors.. Once I made a big mistake and went to another salon because they were fully booked, and it was my biggest regret. They ruined my hair but thank God for Anna who saved it!Anna usually does my hair but Jinny recently did my cut and I loved it too. Theyre all so knowledgeable, use the best products and know whats best for your hair type. They recommend as needed esp for damaged hair but they dont push like other parlors do. Im a happy customer!

Ive had the setting perm (straightening at the top - curls at the bottom) twice in this salon. Its been 4 months since the last perm and the curls still hold, while there is no harsh line between the new growth of hair and the straightened part of my hair. The stylists are very professional and always doing their best to keep you comfortable and pampered during the (very lengthy) procedure. All the ladies that were treated during my visit also walked out with stylish and accurate hairstyles. 100% would recommend.

Very good. This is the very first time that my wife visited the salon. She has been worried about the visit since she did not know what to expect. Anne is an excellent stylist and very knowledgeable. She explained to me about a particular style that my wife wanted that will require a lot of maintenance. So she decided to go with a simpler version. It works out great!

I have been going to this hair salon for 10 years, and never had bad experience. The owner and other hair stylists are highly skilled and always up-to-date with latest hairstyles from Korea. They offer not only haircuts & stylings but also long-lasting perms as well as nourishing hair treatment. Friendly staff and easy RTA parking are additional plus points. Appointment required. Went today for a short hair cut. I showed Ann several pictures and she was honest with me about the effect she can do for me. From waist long hair to a clean short edgy look short hair she only took 45 minutes to finish.I am totally surprised, because usually it takes at least one hour to do it with my previous experience with other stylist.Will come back again for sure. And I agree with one of the comment, only Asians know how to style Asian hair.Thumbs up!

This is the only hair salon I go to in Dubai since I came here 2 years ago! Juni is caring in a sense she listens to what clients want and gives her honest opinion so I can get the result I want and need! I have done haircut, perm, full dye and highlights and every time I leave content and smiling! All the ladies there are so friendly and makes you feel at home. I liked the place but the communication was very difficult because we were using google translate.. I wanted digital perm because I have done it twice before and I was obsessed with the results any it lasted for 6 months with proper care But they have chosen to do for me the normal perm advertising that it’s the best for my hair which I really hate the result after a couple of weeks now, my hair is just messy with few undefined curls here and there although i use the best after care from shampoo to leave on treatment specifically for curls but it’s just disappointing, it’s ugly messy that i have so straighten my hair every morning and i regret damaging my hair for nothing and i regret not stopping them and insisted on what I wanted in the first place which was the digital perm because i know what’s best for my hair.

This used to be my favorite Korean salon with amazing Korean hair stylists in Dubai, and I used to refer my family and friends to here. Unfortunately, the last time I called to book an appointment, they no longer have ANY Korean staff left. So, it isnt really Korean anymore...

I had a wonderful haircut today by the hairstylist Juni.Shes so warm, so humble and took her time to cut my hair. I showed her a picture of the same cut I made in Seoul 4 years back and would like the same if possible.Juni made it effortlessly. I loved it!It is truly hard to find a hair salon that can truly cater to Asian hair here.I scored pretty well with this one. Very, very thankful for Juni.Recommending this place, look no further.

Its the worst experience ever!!! My mum got cut on her neck twice while having hair cut. The cuts were bleeding. Not to cut customer is the most basic during hair cut but the shop owner thinks its unpredictable. Especially for the short hair cut. Its shocking to hear that from the shop owner! The attitude is totally wrong!!!! Very very disappointed! Never go back again EVER! Plus other than shop owners basic English , the rest two Korean ladies can barely speak English. Really struggle to communicate with me!

I was crying once I sew my new hair.... Very disappointed, even I explain and show image pic before hair cut. The owner can barely speak English, really struggle to communicate with me. And I ask her to add layer on my hair but she rejected. She just said Enjoy new hair.....I regret to visited to this salon....

Honestly, the best home salon service I’ve tried! I had a mani-pedi and a quick blow-dry, and everything was spot on. Durga made it so comfortable, and I didn’t even have to leave my house. Loved it!

Although they changed designers, I still like their services and designs very much. I went to get my hair dyed yesterday and it was amazing. I got a hair color that I really like🥰. I will come back again.

I was not happy about the result of my hair and it was a forced sale.I will only come back when my hair needs simple trim.I was there for a hair cut and I knew to have a good result I would need to strengthen my hair.I agreed to have the hair strengthened and also show the hair style that I wanted.In the process, the hair dresser Anna changed her mind and did the perm instead of strengthening my hair without informing me first.I told her this is not what I want and she claimed that it will have better outcome than strengthen the hair.As I thought she was professional, I followed what she suggested.But very sad in the end that the hair style was nothing like the picture I showed.And Also, the price for perm is 300 AED more than strengthen. They didnt inform me this.I felt I was forced to pay the huge amount for what I didnt want.The result was more like Anna was trying to make it like the picture i shown but she didnt know how to do it exactly.I give 2 star for Anna and the staffs had good attitude. I appreciate this.I think this shop is good for long hair trimming and easy handled hair.If you have difficult hair like me, better not to go here.I am very dissatisfied with this hair cutting experienceI feel like Im being pushed into selling services I dont wantIf I come back here its probably because I just need a simple trimMy hair is very difficult to manage, so I knew I would probably need to straighten my hair and get a trim to achieve the look in the photos I provided.During the process of straightening, the designer Anna suddenly decided to curl my hair with curlers. I knew my hair, and I felt that it needed to be straightened.But since he is a designer, he had strong suggestions, so I just followed her wishes.But the result was really disappointing and had nothing to do with the hairstyle I showed him.The back of the head is flat and slightly curly.It felt like Anna might not get the haircut I showed him, which he tried his best to imitate.In addition, the price of perm is 300 yuan more than perm, but they didn’t tell me.So overall Im very uncomfortable and dissatisfied.I give 2 stars because Anna and the staff have a great attitude, which I appreciateHowever, if you just want a simple long hair trim or hair service, this store is okay. I wouldnt recommend coming here if you have difficult hair.

Very bad , feeling inexperienced . Damaged the customers hair and still took the cash as if nothing happened. 700dhm for a set of bleached hair. Advise everyone not to come if you dont want your head to be bald.
