I had a bad experience at the salon. They confused my appointment with another client’s. When I arrived, they apologized and promised I’d be assisted in an hour, but I ended up waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes. The person in charge, who had promised to assist me, disappeared from the salon without saying anything. When I asked the staff about my turn, they said there was still another client ahead of me. I asked them to contact the lady in charge, but she didn’t answer their calls. It’s clear she disappeared because she lied about the situation and couldn’t handle it. What kind of management is this!

I live nearby so walked in wanting to know about the facials they offer. I wish I didn’t bother. Not only did she not explain anything to me simply using the word “scrub” then cared to look deep into my face and tell me that if I’m not confident with what they offer then maybe it’s not the place for me. Nothing was even explained I simply got a stare down.

I had a wonderful experience with Emelia, she did a great job. I did nail extensions, one color.

This has to be the best salon in Dubai…the ladies are always welcoming and attentive..its never hard showing them what you want cause they always up to date with the latest trends.

This salon has the worst customer service …. Especially the girl with the colored short hair she will talk to you with headsets on and will sometimes ignore you, She made my experience so horrible …..
