Ksenses World Ladies Salon

Gelish polish started peeling from one nail few hours after i left the salon. I went back the following day and they re-did that nail. Few hours later (24hrs after application) more nails started to peel off. I was travelling so I couldn’t go back to get my nails fixed, I had to go for manicure again at my destination. I would not go there again.

Nice Place very clean and tidy all the tools they are using for mani & pedi is disposable, safety very hygienic , all the staff is very friendly , and of course thanks to Agate who did my nails , i loved it

The service was amazing, Agate was really sweet she did my extensions and nail art.

This haircut is the worst ever!My daughter-in-law was in tears after her salon visit yesterday, and we rushed to another salon to fix it (which wasnt easy, and now shell have to grow her hair out for many months to achieve a decent shape).Update: To the salon management,These photos are from another salon, as I mentioned we went there to fix it.However, the initial cut was done at your salon.I assume you have CCTV in your establishment, which can verify how this haircut was executed.If you believe this haircut is acceptable, it reflects on your professional standards as well.We spent the entire day shopping and didnt have the opportunity to return to your salon to voice our complaint.Given the circumstances, it seemed futile as it was evident that immediate rectification wasnt possible with the current hairstylists.Therefore, we sought assistance elsewhere to remedy the situation.If you review the CCTV footage, youll witness her reaction.She is only 16 years old and unable to advocate for herself or lodge a complaint.I paid before the haircut was done, so she didnt need to pay.Also, I trim my own hair every 2-3 months, and it never takes just a few minutes as you mentioned.I mentioned another salon (but deleted their name after your reply, I didnt mean to promote anyone’s business) because Im a regular customer, and they did their best to fix her hair.

Amazing experience all ladies there was friendly and professional i did classic mani pedi it was my first visit for sure will not be last i will come more thank you ladies and keep up the good work and positive energy vibes 🙏🏻🫶🏻

Very friendly staff who make u feel like ur at home the minute u arrive.And not to forget their lovely work.Very professional, I’ve tried my mani & pedi with all the girls & they are all amazing.Today did my gelish with Agate & they were super.Would definitely recommend this salon.

The place I’ve been looking for, it was bright, spotlessly clean, and has a refreshing vibe.My nail artist was a perfectionist so i’ve got her full attention from start to finish and Job well done. Ive been to this place several times. Usually for classic mani-pedi and eyebrow threading.Topaz (I think thats how her name is spelled) had always taken good care of the hair removal and trying her best to make it clean and least painful.I like that the girls are taking their time for the services, all of them are very friendly.So far Ive always come out with different results for my mani-pedi. First Ive tried the orly products, as I like their bright and shiny colors, unfortunately it doesnt stay like that the next day. It usually looked pale and not fresh anymore after max 2 days.This time I tried the cnd products and its sooo much better!If u want perfect nails - rose quartz is the girl u should ask for.This place is always clean.Parking is sometimes difficult.

Been coming here for the last couple of years. Always getting my pedicure done by Larimar. Shes always doin a fantastic job, taking good care of my ingrown toenails! Its a clean and well organized salon. All the girls are very friendly. Always leaving this place very happy with the results ,have tried many of their services. Definitely recommend this beauty salon 👌

It was my first time visiting the salon as it was highly recommended by a friend. The ladies were all very friendly and professional and I am pleased with the end product!!!

Very bad experience in this « hair dresser salon »!!! The lady didn’t know how to cut the hair. She cut my hair very very badly, not straight at all! I asked her if she knows how to cut hair and she always replied to me « yes yes I will check again at the end », and she was always cutting shorter and shorter….it was catastrophic!!!! Unbelievable!!After 30 min I decided to stop and leave the salon! I had to go to another hairdresser to cut my hair correctly (straight).If you want to cut your hair don’t even stop to this salon. That’s my advice.

If you like bleeding nails, this is the place! The first time I went, the technician cut the skin under my toenail and it bled quite a bit- I wasn’t able to wear shoes for a few days. I thought maybe it’s a one-off, i tried them again yesterday and left with 3 semi-butchered fingernails.Note: the lady who did my pedicure did an excellent job. I guess it’s a hit or miss.

Love how clean his place is. The hygiene standarts are very high 👍🏻Happy with my manicure and pedicure too. Ladies did a great job.Im definitely coming back to this salon.

Worst blowdry ever but also one of the most expensive!—Replying to your comment, I had to go back to the salon NOT asking for a harder blow dry, I went back because your stylist didn’t curl this “tiny part” and it was left straight between all the curly parts 😂 thankgod I noticed it so I won’t be walking around with random curls thats #1#2 When I called on the phone, they said the starting price is 130, no mention to discount. I advise you to have a clear price list. Also, for salons charging 180 for blowdry they actually hire PROFESSIONALs who can do curls just with a blowdry and brush without needing to use the curler.#3 and Yes my hair was damaged less than 2 hours after I left and next day it was a complete mess. Even when I do it at home, the blowdry would last longer.My hair doesn’t need “tighter” blowdry as you call it, it just needed a professional one which obviously you couldn’t offer.

Nice staff, very comfortable chairs, however not the best pedicure. Took 1.5h for classical pedicure and the outcome isnt even great.

My hair is difficult to style and I’m quite very particular with having my hair done in a salon, but with Ksenses World Ladies Salon, I finally found the best hairstylist in a price that’s practically worth every penny! .. Got the best hair color that’s suits me and a haircut that made me so happy! My husband love it too! Will definitely keep coming back! .. Thank you Ksenses!

Fantastic salon, came with my daughter couple weeks ago i had a fabulous back and shoulder massage and a gel manicure. Going back next week for a gel pedi.. Highly recommend

Citrine was amazing. She found the perfect root colour for me without shading my highlights. She is so kind also and sweet. She did a perfect blow dry straight hair also for me!!!

First had manicure two of my fingers skin got cut and got infected later. Then used arm wax where my skin got burnt had the burns for days. Latest I had pedi gel manicure the Lady who was doing it filed my toe nail so much that it started hurting I asked 3 times to stop.Very low quality and not sure if they know what they doing. Gel last for a week than peels off. Do not recommend it was an aweful experience and very bad service

My regular lady was on vacation so I was looking for another salon in area ( motor city) came across this salon. On my way to salon I called to ask where id best way to park, while receptionist was explaining I told I am not sure about directtion so I will need few min, her responce was ‘its up to you’ which was totally uneccery comment. I entered salon and I wasnt wearing mask as I have very sensitive skin and I have now rash on my face and was not even any make up which i explained to her, receptionist insisted on me wearing it even tho salon was empty. I understand about regulations but it was simply shocking I never had that kind of rude expierence here.Unfortunately didnt have change to try services as I simply left.After reading my review, to put laughing face when I specificly said the attitude from your staff was unnecesserally. No wonder your staff has this kind of attitude if you projecting this. Goodluck im your business owner.

Very bad service , the staff are not professional I had infection in two toes. I had an appointment last week for pedicure, on Friday I revisited the saloon to fix the coloring. During the week I called many times asking for the manager to complain about the service with promises for a call back. Unfortunately still waiting. How professional!

Very efficient-I had hair and mani-pedi done all at the same time! My eyebrows were threaded so well. Such professional and immaculate service, I will definitely be back! Ive had many bad experiences waiting for hours for my hair done in the salon and they were so quick!

Beautiful Saloon with good staff. They follow covid regulations and it feels safe. The girls were very kind and professional. Good quality products, nice ambience and good value. Since it was the first time, I dint know they have parking and was crazy with the parking situation so please ask the girls and they will help. Loved the service.

I have been coming to this salon for years but now they changed the colourist to someone with ZERO experience or skills. She did my highlights and left them orange and also decolorated my roots not only NOT COVERING MY GREY HAIR BUT LEAVING MY ROOTS WHITE, now my entire hair is ruined. To the management please sack your colourist before you lose even more clients.DO NOT colour your hair here. You will leave worse than you came in.

Over the 4 years I tried many beauty salons in Dubai, but Ksenses is the only place which always exceeded my expectations. Olivine perform a very professional facials, Larimar makes perfect manicures. And all other girls, I just dont remember names, but you are all amazing!!!!!!! Thank you!

The girls are really friendly and they make sure I enjoy and Im relaxed qhenever theyre doing my nails.i really loved my gelish manicure and the shape too. i cooked so much right after ..and waahed my hands several times too but it is still very intact next day. i tried several salon and did various gelish mani already. Nothing about service at all. All girls are very professional and nice. I used this salon before for a very long time for different kind of services. Mani, pedi, hair, waxing and massage. All of them were very good and I enjoyed a big time. There is one very important moment what comes to the principle. U guys started listing one price and when it comes to the work, you are adding charges for very basic things what makes customers really angry. For example, all salons in Dubai I visited don’t charge customers for gel removal if it was previously done in their salon. So this is only AED 20 what is nothing, just add this amount to the price list and that’s it. Don’t charge people additional fees without letting them know before. U worse your money and u don’t need to hide things to make profit. This smartness will make u loose good clients for a very small fees.I hope u guys will take it into considerationThank you

Excellent staff and covid procedures are very good.The only place I have found that does my hair exactly the way I want, the Hi Lights are always perfect.Facial are are also very good. Always leave feeling papmered and relaxed thank you ladies

My sister and I couldn’t be any more different and the wonderful ladies at the salon are super accommodating to that haha (my nails were 5 different colors of blue, while my sis just went full red) it was a wonderful lovely and fun experience. They were all super professional and clean. 100% would recommend

Have been to this salon twice now. Just left the salon feeling disgusted how the owner was treating her staff members, speaking to them in such a disrespectful manner. She truly named the salon queens because she feels like a queen. Everyone had to listen to her rude orders to walk faster and do this and that. So disrespectful to not only the staff members but the clients who have to listen to this.I find the staff ladies lovely but unfortunetly I won’t be returning because I do not believe in supporting a business who treats their staff with 0 respect. Good luck to the Queen (owner)I only give 3 stars for the actual mani pedi and reflexology which was great! But the owner ruined my experience

Very bad experience. I went for a pedicure and I had got a horrible infection from a small part of a wooden stick that the lady used to clean my “ingrown nail”. Before that my nail was completely fine. I had to have a surgery to remove the infection and the part of the tool. Still suffering...Not to mention, that the lady who did the pedicure, did not ask for my consent to remove any ingrown nails or whatsoever. Neither I was given any official paper to sign regarding the matter.

Great location and services. Love the facials they give. I go monthly and my face is so clean

The staff doing the service was very polite. Loved Topaz for the threading and Garnet for the pedicure. The manicurist however could pay more attention to detail (nail polish on the skin etc).

After I gave them 4 stars in my previous rating for accepting me as last minute to do eyelashes extensions, I was charged the price of full lash set hair by hair thing that usually takes 2 hours to do although I did the other kind of bunches since it was faster and they were about to close in 30 minutes Which I didnt mind. 5 days later I do not have a singl lash left!!! Terrible quality

I just did upper lip wax, I was a walking and they helped me immediately. The therapist knew what she was doing and I was in and out in 5 mins.

This is the worse salon I’ve been in Dubai so far. The moment I got in they asked me to pay straight away without even asking which treatment I was having or wanted to have. The staff was not friendly at all at least not to me. Moreover, there is WiFi but not for customers. I understand if the phone is working well in the salon but it wasn’t. There was no signal on my phone, nor data but they still couldn’t share the WiFi. Not only that, one of the service I wanted to get they said they couldn’t do it but then another lady that came in few minutes after me got it... well basically I will never go back there ever again.. not impressed..

Just got back from Queen’s. Did a mani-pedi, which was quite ok. Did my eyebrows..the staff was inexperience and was hurting me with the way she was pulling the hair while threading, another stuff had to take over. Staff needs more training in being courtesy n gentle.

I used to have my eyebrows threading at Ksenses, and the result was satisfying everytime , wether with the previous lady that used to work there or with citrine ( the newest staf member), unfortunatly they ed to a new location, and now it is much harder to get their, it was an amazing beauty spot just next to my door and now I lost it 😢, I hope them success anyway.

Four weeks back tried shellac and Im very happy with the quality of service and product. Today came back bringing my sister with me for the same service. Reasonable prices and good service. Highly recommend!

The worst salon i’ve ever visited.The receptionist was super rude, they charge for every single thing like slippers or gelish removal and even some normal colors (im not talking about french color)After all this my gelish start pilling off after 2 days only..i don’t recommend it at all

Poor choice of colours for gelish. Nothing to choose from really but i paid via Groupon so had to do it. Staff looks at you and speak their language and laugh. Didnt feel good, wont return

Haircut by Opal today..she was so fantastic...had a wash and cut...she did exactly what I wanted. Will deffo revisit once back from my vacation.

The overall experience is not pleasing at all, especially the girls sitting at the reception are so rude, they are not experienced at all to handle the services industry...the other staff is mostly friendly but the quality of work is also not up to the mark, ruby is good for waxing and other services. I had to revisit as had paid in advance for the services, else would have not entered the place again.
