My wife visit today was quite disappointing due to poor hygiene standards.Photos attached says the story.She opted for a pedicure and was surprised to find that they used shampoo instead of foot salt in the water. When she asked the staff about this, they informed me that the manager had instructed them to use shampoo instead of foot salt. When she spoke to the manager, she confirmed this without offering any further explanation.The staff were honest and mentioned that they had limited supplies. Additionally, they did not perform the dead skin removal as they did not have the necessary tool.Overall, cannot recommend this salon for any services due to the poor hygiene and inadequate supplies.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A PATHETIC STAFF EVER & RUDE OWNER, BOGUS PACKAGESSorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience with a pathetic staff everOnline I saw one package, called for the inquiry, earlier staff was very humble and told me to pay earlier as offer will expire. So later we shall do services they didn’t mention about expiry. Due to some reason, I went after couple of days. It was shocking when they said now this offer is expired due to some reason. I tried to negotiate that your staff called me and told to pay full amount to avail offer anytime but all in vain.I asked to refund or to adjust may advance amount in some other regular services, but they denied and start screaming. Staff was so rude, and owner was so vulgarism that they force to leave the premises.I SHALL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO GO SUCH SALOON WHO OFFERS BOGUS PACKAGES AND LATER MISBEHAVE ON THERE MISTAKE JUST TO GRAB MONEY. GOOD AND BETTER-QUALITY SALOON ARE AVAILABLE IN SAME AREA.

My experience in the parlor especially with Kainat was extremely great.Kainat hair cut was really amazing. She very well understands what we want and do the hair cut accordingly.

First time I tried this salon and probably the last time 😏. Carol and Fatima did very good job but other than that was really bad experience. Komal was very rude and unprofessional . Her attitude was as if she owns the only salon on earth and can treat the customers like doing the services for free, They should know that no girl on earth want to mess up with her eyebrows 😡 but still she was telling other girls to do her job where clearly they are not good at it.Looking at her rude behavior that too on my face I felt like she assume that I am dumb and deaf too. Kathy is lier. She showed me expensive packages whereas they had special reasonable packages for Ramadan . I paid more money for the same services other would have paid almost half. I saw the new packages list while making payments after finishing my services that too other customers hand . When I ask Kathy about it she started giving me silly excuses . But I don’t wanted to spoil my mood so I just gave money whatever agreed and left. The owner should keep eye on the staff regularly if they really want the business to continue.

The salon used to be good now the new staff do not know anything.Not only did they ruin my hair cut despite giving them a video reference. DO NOT go to them for anything other than a trim.They also ruined my manicure by not cutting my nails properly or asking me my preferred nail length.The most basic part about manicure is the nail cutting part and they messed THAT up. I can do better at home.

Visited the clinic last week , they are offering best services. Specially Ms Kathy . The customer service was really good and she did my facial with massage and it was really awesome, loved all the services . thanks to Latifa and komal for their services. Will visit again

I was looking to get a haircut done from a salon in Karama and I remembered about this salon my colleague had suggested and decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I did. My haircut was done by Zahra and she did a wonderful job. She gave her opinions and explained clearly what she was going to do. Extremely happy about the service and their good value for money. Definitely coming back to try their other services. :)

So, this incident happened some weeks ago. I went for my regular things that I do. I visit this place once every month. I always used to service from Hansi. This is the first time I visited the salon after Hansi quit. Well the service provided by the girl named Anna was good. But the manager at the cash counter is highly unprofessional. She charged me for the service that I didnt use at all. When I confronted her she kept saying thats the price and she cannot do anything about it. Then I called the owner Kundan who was in India at that time. She was not helpful at all. Infact she tried to do fraud with the pricing. She tried to do the change in pricing just so that she can be proved right. However, looks like it was not her lucky day. I caught them red handed and made them pay me back what was taken wrongfully. There was a lot of drama created in the salon. But that was necessary. I wish they had just told me that it was a mistake and they will refund me, things would have been fine. But they tried to conver up what they did to prove themselves right. So I wasnt ready to give up. I fought, but fought for the right thing and I hope this was a lesson for them. They shouldnt do this to anyone else. They shouldnt have the liberty to try to fool people this way or any other way. Also I still have the recordings of manupulative WhatsApp voice msgs that the owner sent to the manger of the salon. Unfortunately for her and fortunately for me, she sent those msgs to my number by mistake. I wish I could attach those msgs here.

I got 0% chemical protein treatment for my hair, which was not provided in many salons in Dubai.. The service from Lathifa was great. The team is also very professional.

This is the worst salon I have ever visited .I did hair aqua treatment here in June 2023 , even though I used a sulphate free shampoo recommended by the staff the treatment didnt last for not even 3 weeks..I did the treatment for 500 AED , when I told them about my problem they were not ready to accept or redo the process( even though I did the treatment without any offers ,paid full price) .A rude lady called Akriti is there to defend the salon even if whatever happens to the customer.. Please dont go to this salon if you really wanted to save your money .Even a single star is too much for them ,they dont deserve that..

HORRIBLE SERVICE. They don’t even know how to do root touch up ruined my entire hair. Got bikini wax done and used the wrong and ruined everything. Humble advise never go here the staff is so confused and horrible service.

Every month I groom my self here.... mashaallah there service is too good and staff are good and especially KOMAL she do facial massage too good overall nice .. happy 😊 and worth for money....

I just went for haircut and it was amazing the staff is really really really sweet and its really hygienic and I would recommend anyone to that place if you see even the crouding is really less .I would again prefer for you guys to take an appointment just in case

Used to get my hair aqua done by this saloon all the time , but this time they ruined my hair . , regret going there . They charged double the price and all the staff and management is new .. it’s a mess …staff are not experienced at all . Avoid such horrible place

I went there for hair color & aqua treatment , the hair stylist was not sure that she can give me the shade i wanted ,looks like she just bleached my hair and next morning I saw 4-5 hair chunks were damaged ,they said it will be ok after wash , when i blasted on phone for my hair damage they called me again , she did nothing just damged and over bleached hair and colored dark color i had before , worst experience .

Staffs are not professional. My wife went for eye brow threading and staff were rush to finish and she got wound in 3 places.

Very disappointed in their haircut services, I’m never getting anything done from here! Regret spending my money in this place

Just love this parlour.Fantastic service,pleasing staffs,clean,big and neat place. They do very good treatment known as Aqua ( straightening treatment) for hair,which stays for a long time 70 % straight hair look,with less chemicals.Pedicure and facials are awesome. Must visit place at reasonable cost.
