I went for basic mani pedi with spa along with waxing package. So Pilipino lady many times lied that she cleaned my nails properly. Where I told many times that even previous nail polish is visible. Also her tone was very rude that she hurt my fingers as a revert. Priya was very good in menicure but my overall experience with the attitude was dull as no manager came to see how pedicure was getting done.It’s was like lady didn’t want to do give service and wanted money.

I’m coming here for the past 2 years i like there service, the salon is clean, especially the manicure and pedicure, and the salon services are nice they use goodProduct, The ambiance is so nice, also tried theirMassage services and it was so relaxing. even Im staying in DSO but sill i manage to come here, for their nice service and a nice staffs-Thanks to Ireene, Vensica, Will keep coming back

Irene and Vanshika are great at providing customer service. I went for waxing and threading. The services were very good. They accommodated me last minute as well and give good services. Definitely recommend to visit and recommend to ask for them for the service.

The staff are very friendly and respectful. They are very attentive. They do well my nails. Irene is always the one making my nails and i like how she do it.

All staffs are very accommodating. Abdullah did my hair with passion and Irene is a pro on the nails and threading. Overall, the services are superb!

Recently I visited the parlor for manicure Ms. Sirisha did it for me. She really did it well, since then I am doing it here. I really recommend it for manicure pedicure and for salon services.

Abdul is a great hairdresser! I love my hair after his work. Humble place but great craftmanship right here.

I went for my full body way first thing first they are not at all accommodating with their clients they might be nice to you because yeah they want to gain your loyalty I would have never went if I had not paid the Groupon for the dealAnyways their wax is unhygienic I told them my skin is sensitive and honestly I felt such bad scratch all over my body that they kept making excuses and I told them I might be coming to your salon the first time but getting the waxing done isnt the first time and I told them showed them and they didnt do anything I would have uploaded any picture if I could

The shop is clean and looks nice. The prices are very good. The staff were very friendly and polite . “Irene” gave me a fantastic service always 🥰 I got exactly what I asked for and it was done to a high quality.

I did mani and pedi and they did a great job. Very professional, quick and the prices are very good, I will definitely come back soon. I went there a week ago and my nails still look perfect!

The girls Irene and Gen are superb. The new owner and the other staff are pathetic. I have been coming since the last 3 years. With the change in management its become worse. Didnt expect such terrible service idea from an Indian owner. However spoke to another client. They also come only for the superb the 2 girls who go out of the way, not for the salon.

The worst experience ever. Girls are below par in everythingI went for Blue Dray and a basic manicure they didnt know how to make this easy service, it was very slow and one of them shouted at me

Before my appointment I made sure to speak with the owner to make sure I would not be paying too much on the day of my appointment. I stated I did not want to pay over a set amount and the owner assured me I would get “a good price”. So when I got there, it made things awkward with the hairdresser as her quote was way over what I expected it to be. I was also made to pay upfront for a service not done yet so I just had to pray she did a good job. I have never been treated like this in a salon before. It makes you wonder if their previous customers have been advised of a lower price to get them in the door and then told on the day the price is not right and has to be adjusted.The hairdresser did an adequate job on my hair. Customer service was severely lacking from all staff present. Not friendly, not a positive atmosphere and I was there for more than 3 hours and water wasnt even offered. Thank you to the hair dresser for getting my hair done but I definitely wont be going back again and would not recommend this salon to anyone I know.

I live in The Netherlands and I could go to a saloon there but I wait till I come to Dubai every year just to do Keratin by Khadija. Thats how expert she is😍. I am really impressed with her dedication and professionalism😍. She is an absolut gem❤️. It is a no go for me to go somewhere else to do my hair. The rest of the staff are also friendly and nice. To me this is my favourite saloon ❤️.

Very lovely staff. I got a massage and lash extensions, and loved both. My lashes are beautiful and it was a very relaxing experience, I hope to come again next time I visit Dubai.

They are only sweet when you have to take the package post that if you call the salon and ask, can I come today to use my package, it is blunt no.Either their hairdresser is not there, or they have a lot of footfall because of which they cant service.they are always ready with an excuseEvery time I ask to speak to the manager, the manager is not available in the salon.Will definitely just to not take a package from them.Its a waste of money which you put in advance for a service youre never receiving.I took the hair wash and styling package in april and till today they havent provided me with the service

Oh I wish I read the reviews before stepping in this salon for a keratin straightening. It’s been 5 months since this treatment and my hair is permanently damaged. The stylist was a Moroccan lady.I was initially happy with the results as it made my wavy hair straight even after taking showers which I was delighted about. But little did I know it will make my hair permanently shapeless. Now it’s growing curly at the top and straight at the bottom. The bottom part which has been straightened has left my hair weak and reduced the volume considerably. I can’t leave the house without styling my hair.It makes me think they didn’t use the typical keratin product on me but instead a chemical that has dramatically damaged the structure of my hair.Unfortunately there’s no going back and I’m left with a very ugly texture which I can only get rid of if I cut my long hair.Edit: After calling the salon today 17/05 they informed me that they use 2 different products for keratin straightening and they’ve used the one that’s stronger on me. However, sadly, I was not aware and the stylist had never brought this to my attention. I asked the receptionist to get the owner to call me so I can share feedback.Edit 2: I got a call from the male hairdresser today 18/05 even if I specifically asked a callback from the owner. The male hairdresser whom I’ve never seen before was beyond rude with me. He did not let me speak one bit to explain my experience and my expectations. He was confrontational and extremely rude. I ended the conversation with him because it was boiling my blood. A 1 min research later I found the owners contact number online. I called her and she expedited my call for next week when she will be back from her trip. The lack of politeness, respect for their customers, their bread winners is astonishing.Edit 3: still no callback from the owner. I’ve made a complaint to Dubai Consumer Rights, for my right to know they’d be using a permanent straightener without informing me.

Worst experience! Ladies, please do not visit this salon for hair services. Hair stylist Abdullah behaves too smart but result is 0 and never accept his mistake. They charged me 400 for keratin and used fake products. My hair are still frizzy like before and when I complained, he says , “ do you want me to put some artificial straight or celebrity hair to you?”Is this the way to talk to the customer?It’s better to pay 200 more and go to some reputed salon instead of cheaper quality and staff like this.Salon is dirty and mirrors are shaking and full of stains. I regret for choosing it. Trust me !

Will not comment on their service which is an average one however I was highly dissatisfied with their customer support attitude and their behavior. I puschased Groupon coupon before visiting the salon and I had taken proper appointment before going there on a Friday evening. While taking the appointment on call, I had clearly specified about my Groupon purchase to which staff did not cite any issue. However, when I actually visited the salon, one of the staff ladies started making an issue of my Groupon purchase as they might have an internal policy according to which they dont entertain the customers directed through Groupon on Weekends.This policy is not an issue for me as any salon can have any policy, however the way they handled the situation was truly unprofessional.No one talked about this rule neither through Groupon content nor through the appointment call which I had made before visiting, butthe staff lady was non welcoming and rude throughtout my stay over there as if they are doing a favor on me by providing their services.Will never visit this salon again.

Very friendly staff..excellent services. I am visiting the salon since 1.5 years and have great satisfaction on all services they offer. Abdullah..is an amazing hair dresser and all remaining staff are very professional. They are understaffed and need to hire more professionals and hence a rating of 4.

It was a wonderful experience. The staff is very cooperative. I talked to khadija on phone she was very soft spoken. I had come from Fujairah for my keratin hair treatment. I let Khadija do my hair (roots) and so far she has done a wonderful job. I keep on going back for her as she knows exactly what suits me without me telling her what to do or what colours to use. I rated the place 3 because i am very satisfied with Khadija’s services and cannot give the salon 5 because I’ve not used the other services.

This place is not clean!!! Don’t risk your health. I had a booking at 6pm today. I went there and the lady told me I should wait for 45mins because they made a mistake. And food was everywhere in the salon. I saw one staff was doing manicure and eating pizza at the same time. It was so dirty and messy. They didn’t even bother to say sorry. I got so shocked. I had G voucher but my health is more important.

Very un professional for waxing and other services,only one lady called Maryian is good for nail services.Took package for 5 services and booked for same day,got 2 services on that day and staff asked me to come next day for rest of,next day visited them they showed very careless attitude knowing nothing abt my appointment,had to communicate again nd again. Staff has understanding issues.Booked for amonia free dye,over my visit they told they dont hv Amonia free dye.Will not suggest this salon.

I can’t forget the warm welcome smile of KADIJA from the time I walked into the salon. I wasn’t actually planning to do Brazilian keratin on that day but her good vibes changed my mood and availed the services offered. KADIJA is very passionate about her work and she does it meticulously...I’m so happy about how my hair turned out after the Brazilian treatment along with the hair coloring - it’s like a total makeover. This salon COMPLETELY destroyed my hair and it will take YEARS to fix. I had asked for a very small undercut and they shaved off half my hair before I knew it, they never gave me a chance to see and correct what part they were be cutting.Repeatedly Argued with me about payments I had clearly Allready paid for and had a voucher for. After waiting an hour and half to start the job beyond the original appointment. Argued about the time left to complete the job. I had to be home to feed my child so was trying to figure out if I should reschedule “it will take as long as it takes” we’re her exact words (with an angry tone)My eyes stung from the keratin treatment for two solid days afterwards and there was zero social distancing and some of the staff did not wear masks .Moaned about other clients to colleagues while straightening my hair.By far the single most unprofessional salon I’ve ever been to.

I bought a groupon with them. First time, they didnt want to do the treatment because I am pregnant and someone else was doing a keratine hair treatment. Fine, I can come back because they didnt know I am pregnant. 2nd time, same thing but the recepcionist put my schedule with no keratine treatment this time. When I arrive for this 2nd time there was someone doing it though. I have to come back without my sesion and losing my voucher groupon. 0 excuses and apologizes for the staff. I dont recommend this business at all (plus it was filthy).

I have visited this salon last Friday and was disappointed which definitely makes me not to go back there anymore.First of all, online in Groupon its clearly says that VAT is already inclusive of the price which was not. At the end of my services they have charged the VAT separately. Second, nail polish was not included in manicure and pedicure so I had to pay separately, it is just a perfect way of making additional money. Once you buy the voucher online customers go to the salon assuming they will not pay any additional charges anymore.Also there was no hot oil foot treatment as it is stated in the voucher, they just did few minutes massage of feet with lotion after the pedicure which is very normal process for the blood circulation. And when I asked they stated that the hot oil is not available. When it came to the hair mask I asked what mask they have applied on my head, they were not able to explain. Also online it is mentioned that there is a free parking available, which is not true.Moreover, the whole 3 hours experience in the salon it was horrible to hear the noisy, loud conversation of salon therapists in Tagalog. No respect to customers at all.There was a customer at the reception arguing about the services and the voucher, it seems its normal having complaints in the salon frequently. I have sent 2 emails to the Salon manager online and there was no even any courtesy call or reply!Very unprofessional and poor quality service.

Only giving it a 4 because of the lovely Filipina lady who did my nails. Cannot blame them for the service or being late to take people in because theyre understaffed and this is a bigger management issue that should be solved ASAP. Overall, the management should feel very lucky to have employees that work around the busy schedule with a big smile on their faces. Please hire more staff.

Horrible Management. I took an appointment for 7, half an hour before they called and asked if its possible to move it up half an hour. Which was ok. After reaching on time they made me wait and kept on saying 10 miniutes - 10 miniutes and I bet teh hair dresser knew exactly how long it qould take him. Why give an appointmemt when you have more clients. I walked out after 1 hour of waiting.. And yes the cobone prices are all fake for hair, they were chargung double the price because apparently I have A Lot of hair not beacuse of the lenght. Doesnt even deserve a 1 star.

Good place to get treated and de-stress. The ladies were lovely and my mani padi was amazing. There is free WiFi and coffee. I noticed that there can be a wait for clients. A tip: make sure you clarify all the charges before hand or you will be spruced with the costs.

Staff are nice, Irene has an outstanding service specifically in mani and pedi and on top always has a smile on. Prices are less comparing to the neighborhood. I recommend this place.

Everything is fine except for waxing. Never going back there again for waxing. They dont believe in pulling the skin tight before waxing. Very painful experience. They also use those Rolling waxers that look like epilators. It pulls your hair first when rolling on the wax so hurts horribly in sensitive areas like underarms.. Argh. Mani Pedi, salon view, and threading were fine.

The service here is a hit and miss. They are stuck up and dont make small changes needed. The lady in the morning is very nice but the afternoon folks not so much .they also never answer the phone before 11 am whereas they open at 9.30 am or 10 am

Pathetic services! Dont fall for their packages! They will keep adding on terms and conditions for the services you take! Neither are there services good. Extremely unprofessional you book an appointment and after you show up wait for 30 minutes they tell you there is no availability for an appointment. I had the worst experience ever. First, the place is a dump. It’s dirty and messy. The AC wasn’t working so I sweated for hours. I bought a coupon on Groupon for Keratin, cut and colour. The first thing I was told was I have to pay extra although my hair was shorter than 15 inches which is their limit. The colour turned out ok, but I asked for brown on my brown hair so couldn’t mess it up. However, they had one stylist who took a 20 minute call while half way colouring my hair, and again while doing keratin. She tried to leave for a 3rd time to another customer and I complained and she told me she manages many clients and I need to understand. Anyway, the keratin didn’t do much. I already have straight hair and when I have done it in the best it gives me super straight hair and with this no effect. The cut, well the cut, I asked her to just fix my layers. She took off good 5 inches off my hair and my hair is now shorter than shoulder length!! That’s not the worst part, she cut with straight edge scissors, didn’t go back in to trim and blend and my hair now looks like a rat has eaten at it while I was sleep. I now need to find someone to fix this mess without my hair becoming super short. Overall, the worst salon, old and dirty, bad staff and I have a hair I need to hide with clips and stuff till I get it fixed or risk people asking me if my 3 year old cut it!! Don’t ever go there!

Its very very bad experience i went there for the kretine treatment and one of the ladies was so aggresive of putting the babyliss in my face while she was doing my hair from the side and she burned part of my face also she kept arguing with me she didnt touch my face and before i go it was already with a big burn mark and even i have sent the pic to the owner and complain but even i didnt get a sorry in return PS never ever go there for ur own sake.

The place is not clean (it is full of hair, napkins, counters, and unwiped glass, and its geographical location reeks of a foul odor). It does not adhere to safety requirements in the current conditions. The thermometer is there for decoration. Everyone enters and no one measures the temperature inside the salon, and no one is required to wear a mask except when... the job.There is no respect for the customer and his opinion. One of the worst Ive seen.
