I have been to Le femme a zillion times to get my eyebrows and upper lip done.I went this time too after 2 months .They were closed for renovation etc .I went there because of 2 reasons -1 close to my home 2.i was happy with the service .I usually got it done from sonika who did a superb job .Today Lizel was available since sonika doesnt work there anymore .I was very very unhappy with the service .Lizel needs to learn how to do eyebrows badly .She started with removing the obvious hair with wax and then thread the ones left .They way she did my eyebrows i really got a mini heart attack .My eyebrows were ruined .She has no confidence .she asked which hair needs to be removed .I expect them to know which hair to remove for the eyebrows to look good .After ruining 1 eyebrow i dint wana take a chance with the other then melaine help me fix both of them .I am glad i took the decision of tellin her to leave my eyebrows they way they were after her great service and let melaine do the rest .Eyebrows take a hell lot of time to grow back soo please teach lizel how to shape them.
