I got an under arm and Brazilian wax with Noor and Noor was the absolute sweetest. If you’re going to get a wax definitely ask for Noor! She takes her time and she actually get every single hair. I’m definitely coming back :)

Great experience in this salon, I definitely recommend. I had my hair straightening done with Hizia and I am very happy with the results !! She used very good quality products ( no formaldehyde, more natural elements) and she put a lot of care, time and attention during the straightening work which is critical for the results, really appreciated the quality of the work and dedication and overall the staff being very friendly, will definitely come back!

Terrible service. Terrible experience. Unprofessional staff. Understaffed. Would not wish this experience on my worst enemy.This was no mistake. I was told about the salon through a friend. I called before arrival to book a slot, showed up and waited half an hour regardless of booking. The salon was understaffed. Once it was my turn, the lady washing my hair was being super aggressive with my hair. Scrubbing and pulling really hard. After she was done washing my hair she threw a towel on my hair that also hit my face and proceeded to walk away with no intention of letting me know.She then started to brush my hair pulling even more of it off. I repeatedly asked her to be gentle until she gave me the brush and asked me to brush it. After the blow dry was complete. I was not satisfied with the service I would have done a much better job with a blow dryer from the comfort of my own home.When coming to pay I asked for the 20% referral discount and she pretended not to understand me. I then asked her to turn around as it was written on a poster behind her. And she continued to say that it’s no longer valid and that it was from a long time ago.When booking I was notified that the price would be 90, however she made me pay 110. Which is fine. It has nothing to do with amount but everything to do with professionalism and customer satisfaction.I wish I was exaggerating but this is by far my worst experience in a salon. Ever.

I had an appointment at 11am, the nail specialists Fufu (guessing the name) is doing a massage or whatever behind the wall shouting to me that she needs 20minutes to finish and start my appointment. I aksed her to come out and speak to me as I dont wanna shout throughout the salon. Once she came out I asked why she didnt call me to delay me, she said she just saw it now that she has an appointment at 11am even though it was booked 2days ago. The cleaning lady said I can help to remove the gel, while the other raised her eyebrows and asked her do you even know how to remove it!? The cleaning lady said, I can try...Now just imagine the professionalism of the place based on this. I can also try to remove it myself at home or I could have asked my husband to try to remove it for me. But I came to a salon. Thank you , but no thank you.

I went to dye my roots and i bought my own dye with me, the owner of the salon charged me 220 just like if I didn’t get my own dye. I told her and she said next time she will give me discount 100 dirhams off but she didn’t.

After a very disappointing experience with a hairdresser in Dubai, I am so happy and grateful for Dilek’s precious help and impressive skills. She is truly a hair magician and knows how to deal with curly hair so well. She is also so kind, friendly and really takes the time to understand what you need and want.The shampoo and conditioner step is also sooo relaxing and enjoyable.

By far the best salon in Dubai, and yet I have tested a few at outrageous prices. Cut and sweep I am never disappointed, the blonde, Dilek she masters it wonderfully. I no longer live in Dubai but I make an appointment there whenever Im passing through, it even manages to match the colors that I have to do in France and which turn orange. I highly recommend you will not be disappointed, the quality of the rendering is exceptional for really reasonable prices. Thanks again Dilek and the team!

I came across this salon by chance and I will return straight away for the aesthetics! I was taken by Nour for eyebrow waxing on regrowth of more than 1 month, she gave me exactly the same shape that I showed her in the photo knowing that they are super thick, she is super soft, super invested and very attentive, frankly go and do your beauty treatments with Nour!! I recommend 1000%

Professional and top-notch hairdresser, you will not be disappointed with the service.The only negative point I encountered was that I was always charged medium length for my hair except for this salon which charged me long hair knowing that my hair reaches slightly below my shoulders. So I had booked for the price of 180 dirham for a medium length blow-dry cut but she charged me 220 dirham even though my hair is not long. Apart from this misunderstanding I find that the hairdresser is professional in her work I came away satisfied with this service.
