I got my hair cut and pink-ish highlights yesterday and it was an incredible experience, I was extremely hapoy with the results! I asked for a layered haircut and its beautifully done, I love the way the hair frames my face. When she started bleaching my hair and then adding the highlights, it was very methodical and looks very pretty on me! They asked me multiple times if I would like something to drink, incredible hospitality and very accommodating! They are extremely friendly and truly listen to what you want! Thank you so much! At the end, she set my hair and I loved look so much!

I was visiting Dubai from Amman and decided to try Lab of Beauty Salon in JLT for hair coloring, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My daughter also got a manicure, pedicure, and lashes, and the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. The salon is very clean, and the owner is super nice. We even received a 30% discount on our first visit, which was a lovely surprise! Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for top-notch beauty services in Dubai! 🌟

In response to the owners comment- If you are busy and unable to provide a valuable service, please decline to take the offer instead of providing a butchered nail work. Also, inform me ahead that a junior tech would be assigned since you are so “busy”. I will now have to get the entire set removed to fix the work that was done by your tech. There was one person in the salon when I walked in, and I asked if you had the time to do a pedicure and an acrylic refill. In addition to the person that was in the salon , one other person came for an appt at 6 and another one for eyebrow threading so I am not sure how that’s a booked up schedule.Before sitting down, I showed the tech my beautifully done acrylic set with gel polish from Miami and confirmed that I needed a refill. They admired my nails and assured me they could handle it. What followed was a complete disaster.The entire appointment took over five hours, including a regular pedicure and the most botched “refill” imaginable. I initially requested a simple design that the tech said she could do, but her hesitation was obvious once she started. I decided to switch to something simpler, but she butchered that as well. Frustrated, I told her to skip the design and just do a solid color. Instead of removing the uneven work she’d already done, she painted over it.When the final result looked horrendous, I had to ask her to redo it. Another tech finally stepped in to clean up her mess, but only one hand was fixed because I couldn’t sit through another three hours of torture.To make matters worse, when it came to payment, they charged me for both a refill and the removal of the existing set, even though removal is a standard part of the refill process. Their reasoning? “That’s how the owner charges.” I was too exhausted to argue and just wanted to leave.This was a deeply disappointing experience. If you value your time, nails, or basic customer service, stay far away from this place. It’s not worth the frustration or money.(If you’re lucky enough to get the second tech, you might actually leave with decent work.)

I had very positive experience with this salon. First of all they accepted to wait me and fix my appointment late ( around 9 pm on Friday). The manicure was very professional, and the master was very nice and friendly. She was from Turkmenistan and spoke russian too. Im planning to do my eyelashes extension with the same master. I recommend this salon.

Had a beautiful root drag done by Soraya to refresh my colour and she also did a very nice hair cut and my hair had the upgrade it needed.Did my lashes with Ayjahan and her work is amazing. They can di various styles.Staff is friendly and listen to your requirements and do their work to perfection.

What a great place to get all your beauty treatments at an affordable price. I had Ayjahan do my gel nail extensions to a beautiful finish. Then Jevy done my gel pedicure which was outstanding. Such a lovely bunch of girls and I’ll definitely be back for more. Thank you once again, see you soon xx

I recently visited the new salon and had a fantastic experience. Javie did an amazing job with my Gelish pedicure my feet have never looked better. Ajvana gave me a stunning ombré manicure that Im absolutely in love with. The atmosphere is welcoming and the owner is very nice. I highly recommend this salon and can’t wait to go back.
