I had a terrible experience at this salon. I asked for heavy highlights but did not get what I requested. The result was far from what I expected, and I was extremely disappointed.I tried calling multiple times to ask if I could come back and have it fixed, but the staff were rude, and dismissive. Instead of addressing my concerns, they made me feel like I was the problem.Customer service is clearly not a priority here, and neither is delivering what the client asks for. I regret choosing this salon and would not recommend it to anyone.

Love this place so much, all the ladies are amazing in what they do! first I came here for my brows, then Hafiza began working on my manicure and pedicure after my nails were damaged somewhere else. She saved my nails and always does an amazing job

Caroline is one of the most amazing nail artists i’ve ever let do my nails.She’s always making sure everything is perfect and doing it up to the customers standards. She always has amazing customer service and making sure her clients always have a relaxing time in the labella beauty lounge, along with all of the otherstaff.Caroline and many other staff are very chatty and love to hear about your stories while telling you somethings about themselves, never letting a client be bored in the salon.Along with this the acrylics they do on us are amazing, always looking exactly like the reference photo you’ve showed or making any changes you’ve asked while also being very gentle with the clients nails.Lashes are also so amazing for here, making sure they explain to you they also could damage your lashes instead of just doing g the job which i think is very important while being a lash tech.I really recommend this salon for all types of beauty services.

Hafiza is the best. I come all the way for her from where I live (25 minutes drive) because she’s the best at getting my eyebrows done. Keep her, never let her go plz. I recommended her to all my friends she’s worth it really

Had really lovely expierence from moment I walked in. Was super tired and ladies were so nice and welcoming. Did great job, waiting a week to see if all stays on my hands and all looks great.I came back to salon a month after, and I asked for ombre style of nails with nail art ( not glitter just nail art one finger). Will add reference to see what I asked and what my nails looks after 2 weeks. I told to receptionst that is not what I expected and it took already such long time. Just after first visit I expected so much more. Its great place if you want anything basic but if anything more complicated when it comes to nails I wouldnt reccomend and I will not come back unfortunately, as I love different designs ans now I dont trust them.

I’ve just gotten my lash extensions done for the first time at La Bella. I’ve been to many salons to get my lashes done but this was by far the worst experience. My technician was extremely aggressive and impatient and after telling her I was in pain she got even more agitated with me. The whole hour was an extremely unenjoyable experience leaving me dissatisfied with the final look of my lashes. However, The rest of the staff was extremely accommodating and ensured my complaint was heard.

I just had a great experience at La Bella, my nails are looking amazing. I usually go to tips and toes but I think this will be my new salon, and this is mainly because of Soroor’s service! She recommended to me what was the best solution for my breaking nails and was so patient and friendly!

The salon has a very unorganized appointment system. On both visits to my salon I was booked for the wrong times or with the wrong stylist. Staff are not professional nor do they take time to explain your treatments.

My wife visited Labella beauty salon in Jumeirah Park. Unfortunately, she had had the most unpleasant experience there. She took off her wedding ring and left it on the side table for her treatment, but when she got home she realised that she had forgotten it at the salon. She immediately called the salon to inform them about her ring, but they denied seen it. She requested them to check their security cameras, but they claimed that the cameras were not functioning.She spent the next two days following up with the salon, but there was no progress. On the third day, she decided to involve the police. The Police were very supportive and advised her to file a case with the CID. She followed their advice and within three hours, her ring was mysteriously found in the salon. It makes us wonder what really happened!.This whole incident has left her feeling disappointed. Not only did the salon fail to take responsibility for the situation, but the manager didnt even offer an apology. Its disheartening to see that the salon doesnt seem to care about their customers and their belongings. We urge everyone to be very cautious and take extreme care of their valuable jewellery to avoid similar situations when visiting this salon.

I had my keratin treatment done by Ms. Haifza, and it was amazing! My hair looks fantastic, and she did a great job. I highly recommend her services.

Got my keratin done and it only lasted for almost 15 days or less. Was done perfectly looked great for 2-3 days despite i took extreme care and used specific shampoo and conditioner. But did not last.

Got my eyebrows tattooed by the lovely Daryl and she did an amazing job! My eyebrows look stunning and I didn’t feel a thing! I can definitely recommend this service 100%. Lovely ladies work here. I will definitely come back!

Recently went in for a pedicure and eyebrow threading (as per usual) and was overcharged for extra services that I wasnt notified of. I was overcharged for my usual eyebrow service, and the staff were very rude when I brought this up. Management got in touch and have been back and forth for 5 days on how they basically wont do anything about it - but I see from other reviews that theyve had the same issue.Shame that 1 stars needed to post this. Ive been going for 3 years for nails, eyebrows and laser services - and even have friends going in for the same. Will never go back again.

I have my hair done every week with Meryem, she is excellent and professional. I have had different treatments, from hair colour to hair cuts which I have been more than happy with! I am now having olaplex treatment weekly with a blow dry. It makes my hair so much healthier. I can’t thank Meryem enough.

I tried keratin the lady did really good work but the product not good after 3rd shower the effect of straight that i got at the first had gone don’t tell me I didn’t use the correct hair mask or shampoo as i always do keratin and in my past experience the worse treatment i had stayed for 3 month at least
