Terrible nail service, Terrible customer service aswell. Did a terrible refill in my nails and when I complained,the receptionist said it looks good to her😅 what a joke.It took the technician 4 hours to do a refill only and it was a total mess but they won’t take responsibility. Never again

Been going to salon now for quite sometime, they managed to fixed the damaged hair I had from another salon. Polite ladies and good and reasonable priced services. Will definitely keep coming back

The place is nice spacious clean and neat, i went to do my nails and the work was very professional done with the most care to hygiene. I will definitely be going back to have more services done from the salon. For the nails ask for grace

I’ve been going to Lace for a long time now.Cindy has been my trusted hairstylist for years, and she’s the nicest and is extremely skilled. She is also the only one I trust with my eyebrows threading.Jocee is excellent with facial, and Annet is great at Moroccan Bath.Overall, the staff here are very nice and the prices are adorable too.

I am so disappointed with my experience. I came for a manicure + pedicure a few days back.I should have paid more attention during the process and dont leave directly because of a lack of time.I had two masters, one for a pedicure and another for a manicure, and both of them, unfortunately, were not professional. During the pedicure, she cut the cuticles too short and deep; it was pretty painful. She said it should be removed. Otherwise, it will cause problems and will hurt. But as a result, my leg finger now is to swallow and hurts a lot, even though four days passed after the pedicure. The manicure could have been more professional; my nails now have different shapes, and my cuticles must be adequately cleaned, but its not at all...Thank God I didnt apply any polish, so I avoided the problem with this.The only part I liked about the whole process was the short massage at the end...I wish I had been more careful and paid attention to the work of two masters during the process.Poor quality and bad experience.

My first visit to Lace Salon was in April 2023 where I got the Collagen Hair Treatment done. My first visit experience was good, which is why I decided to return.I revisited end of June 2023 for the same Collagen treatment, and this time, I am certain I have been misled with the wrong product / process - I was advised to wash my hair only after 24 hours post treatment (same as last time), which I diligently followed. While it worked well the last time, and my hair looked and felt healthy for several weeks, this time, I was taken aback. FYI - I used the same hair wash products used post my first treatment back in April 2023.The moment I washed my hair, it regained its fizz and dryness. Its been just 2 weeks to my treatment, and no one can tell I got a collagen treatment done barely 15 days ago! My hair looks worn out. Not to forget, I was charged more this time, because apparently my hair went from small to medium length in 2 months.Lastly, what really put me off was how they tried to nudge me to pay in advance for an eyebrow tint service I was casually looking to try just to ensure I come back - I am sorry but I dont appreciate this practice. We then agreed to have me revisit 2 days later (I politely declined advance payment), since they did not have the exact tint required. I had to eventually cancel this appointment because they failed to mention the HUGE line of people gathered below the building on Fridays for Jummah. I really think they could have let me know this and I could have planned my visit accordingly - I had informed them during my previous visit itself that I had to catch a flight the same day, and was hence on a tight schedule.Unfortunately, my second visit has really left me sour, and I would not want to revisit or recommend their sub-optimal service to anyone.

Great service! I really love the result on my protein treatment it was shinny and silky. All the staffs are friendly and polite expecially Ms. Monett she was the one who did my hair treatment and she works hard to satisfy her client. Highly recommended and will surely come back again.Thanks a lot!:)

They are so kind, professional and taking care of giving the client a relaxing time so the staff dont talk too much and I Iliked that.I like the hair color results but the blow dry itself was not good enough and it was frizzy and destroyed totally before arriving my home, maybe there was a kind of ruch at the end and after reading the reviews I saw that happened with other cobon clients too, so because I liked the saloon I will give a lovely advice to the staff and ask them to give all clients the same level of professional services because the new customers are also potential clients.After all I liked the experience and it is highly recommended and will surely come back again.

My hand still has a lot of hair on it from the poor quality of the waxing services. I commented to the woman that she was waxing quickly and without even looking.I also paid 34 Dhs for the removal of my gel manicure. They do not include these facts when sending out promos.Before you go, stop and think.

Wow, what a great place to get your hair done!I had toning, trimming and blow drying done by the amazing lady. She was extremely gentle, gave me the best head massage and paid great attention to my desired hairstyle. It was such a pleasure and I will be coming back for more!Highly recommend!

Not recommended!They are having an offer in Cobone app but they will not accept any vouchers from Cobone for the second purchase. Means all salons are giving offers on regular basis but this salon only once in lifetime since owner of the salon instructed the team to don’t accept any vouchers! There is a rules of using every offer in Cobone but owner of this salon doesn’t care about it. Many times I have tried to purchase the voucher and visit Ms. Bell ( the best therapist for the nails), but she left this unprofessional place for better. Reception girls always said that owner not allowed any clients to visit again for the same price even if I purchased the voucher again - I have to request for refund of money and pay double price for the treatment without offer.Definitely not recommended!

Place is nice and tidy. Ladies are decenr, polite, friendly amd accomodating. I went there today for massage and it is really very good. Shout out to Lebie.

Kajal the nail technician was good quick, and attentive.The hair specialist which i would not rate as a specialist, coloured my hair black instead of dark brown. Either she is colour blind as she was arguing that the colour is dark brown. Needs to learn how to listen to the client, and maybe next time show a colour palette, to get the colour right. Will not be recommending ir visiting the salon again.

I have been going to different hair dresser. However, upon my sister referral I went to LACE SALON at AL SHAFAR Tower in Tecom. After all ,I ddnt feel disappointed. Very Happy Client here 😍 Thank you to Ms. Cindy the hair dresser of the same Salon. She is very professional hairstylist, nice and warm. I visited yesterday and did gelish mani and classic pedi in this salon, I bought this service through cobone app. The staff didnt even welcome me with warm greetings, they didnt offer something to drink like water which I have seen to other clients that was there, the Filipina lady who did my nails didnt do any massage on either my hands or feet which again I have seen they did to other clients who is also doing same service like mine, my feet hurts when she is removing the dry skin which she can do it in a gentle way, she seems to be in rush and even told to her colleague that when their other client comes they need to leave whatever what they are doing to me. I was not very happy with the total experience at all. Very unprofessional staff and bad service.

The ladies doing the nails were great and did a lovely work, the hair dresser now thats another story...First of all she didnt wash the hair properly.Didnt wet all the hair and as in the bottom of you head should also be washed. She half heartedly blew out my hair just so that after walking out it looked like I blew it myself in a hurry.This is the reason people do not return to these salons... Either do it right or dont offer it at all

Next door to Med Sans Frontieres you’ll find this little gem, a small salon that really cares about your enjoyment.I had a manicure, pedicure and new hair style taking about 2.5 hours in total- they really make the extra effort and Alissa the hairdresser is amazing- English is her third language but you can really trust her to make you look amazing and the manager is great and made sure I was happy with the experience throughout.

Oh my god, everyone who is looking g for reviews, guys believe me it was my first time i went here and honestly i love this place so much! I just got my hair done and its perfect, i had got a hair cut done, witu hairwash, and im going to come back here again my hair is well managed even though they were thick its so soft now, must place to go!

They are not professional at all there’s lizard in the salon and the smell is so bad the call reception girl is not polite and she speaks to me so rude the worst salon all over Dubai

They book you appointments and when you arrive there theyll either say they dont have someone to do the service or theyre out of the necessary product to use. Poor service and less qualified staff.
