This is the best haircut & style I have ever received in my entire life. As a Mediterranean girl who has lived her whole life in Australia and has always been dissatisfied with every hair cut, I thought I would get my hair done while travelling in Dubai. Best decision of my life. The lady was incredibly talented and extremely kind. Thank you for giving me my first incredible hair appointment 🤍

I got my hair done by Fifi, she recommended what would suit my hair type and did a fabulous job at coloring and styling it! 100% recommend! The whole staff was super nice and helpful!

RUN!! Horrible experience. SAVE your money and TIME!! This place is over priced and has the worst customer experience. I sat in the chair for THREE hours and almost had a panic attack because it’s never taken so long to get a FILL done and the service was $73 USD which is extremely over priced and then three days later my nail broke! I reached out to them almost five days later (because I am not from Dubai and couldn’t figure out the name of the salon + I was there for business and had no time) and the lady responded saying she can’t help me, I had a broke nail when I came in and they can’t take blame or give me a refund. After many back and forth they offered $5 USD haha! It’s going to cost me $40 to get new nail, gel and tip. Then the said I should have gotten a new set. Well dear, You as the salon owner should be recommending the client on what to do. But they did not and now they blame me. I’ve never had a broken nail the same week I’ve got them done and they won’t accept any responsibility! I’ve been getting acrylic for ten years and never experienced a broke nail same week or such unreceptive customer experience. They said they would help next time I’m in Dubai but you really think I’m going to go back there? Never. RUN!!

I cannot emphasise on how good this salon is! Each and every worker is so dedicated to their jobs and always so patient and considerate to the client’s needs and wants. I have coming here for over 6 months and have gotten done so many of their services, like hair cut, Shampoo Blow dry, nail refilling, pedicure and swedish massage. One word for all of it amazing. I’m mentioning the names please ask for them if you’re there! Alima is a magician with here nail art! Nagmana & Fifi does amazing hair work. Rowena is a pedicure specialist! Sabina & Sana are amazing masseuse!

I went to this salon to have a look and decided to get a treatment there. Naghmana was there when I walked in and as I noticed later they open at 11am and I came in at 10.30am. Despite that I got a very warm welcome. The consultation was very good and she did a very good job. The whole team and the atmosphere in the salon is very customer orientated and friendly. Everybody is smiling and you feel well there. I can definitely recommend this salon.

Ladies First.. The staff is friendly, warm and cooperative. They always greet me with happy faces. Especially the girl with curly hair. She is a good friend. I mainly went to get rid the rough dry skin on my feet but ended up also doing a basic pedicure. The shop is clean and comfortable. Both ladies were very nice and checked in with me often to make sure I was okay with how it was turning out. The pedicurist Rowena put a lot of effort into removing the dry skin and callouses and did an amazing job! I dont remember the last time my feet have felt this soft! Best service and very very safe. All their nail tools are sealed and cleaned before using. Will surely go back.

Very bad manicure and padicure , they dont know how to do ..not worth the rate . They are rough and instead of relaxing i was nervous all the time .

I had my hair coloured & Keratin treatment done & was extremely happy with the service Samer & his staff provided. Samer also was very helpful with providing me the colour for my roots when I’m back home he has done over & above service so happy thank you Samer & all the staff for making me look great

I have been going to this salon for many months now and I am always impressed by their services. They are very effective and find the perfect slot for your appointment in order to arrange your day. If you ever want to get your nails done (I am doing gelish overlay for example) ask for Hannah she is the best and she can even do design for you. And if you are looking for a sweet lady to do your waxing I highly recommend Masana that is really people oriented and can advice you on what to do and not do.

Lovely place with lovely staff! Everyone is so friendly! I had a seriously broken nail but didn’t want to have to cut all my natural nails off. They managed to fix my nail and I’m so pleased with my nails! Will be going back to do my lashes soon 🥰

I’ve been trying for so long to find a good waxing place in Dubai, and eversince I found this salon, I don’t think I can go anywhere else. Sana does the best waxing, its obvious that she’s a professional and have been in the industry for a long time with the way she does the wax, very knowledgeable as well. I’m always confident that she will do a good job, and she does everytime! Very consistent. Been going to this place for a year now, always impressed with the service. I highly suggest you try this place out if you wax regularly.

I went there to get Hair spa for my hair. They are fantastic and saved my hair who someone else totally ruined. I did not even have to cut it. They are absolutely professional ! JUST AVOID VISITING THIS SALOON! Poor customer service!The salon does not meet customer safety, and worse management i ever seen. Theirs nails-polishes without cover in the reception and when I was talking to the master for my eyelashes my 1 year old kid tried to touch them and one nail polish fell down ,it’s broken and thanks God he did not injure his hand , the sad part is management was bagging me to pay for it nobody cared asking my kid is ok or not. So, I booked an appointment for tomorrow and left thinking to pay after with the service together. But when I visited next day for eyelashes, I was shocked, master said “the management is not allowing me to serve you before you pay for nail polish from yesterday”. IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR HEALTH YOU NERVES AND OF COURSE YOUR TIME, DONT VISIT THIS SALOON.

I had my eyelash extension done by Kim. Not only she is professional, she is also very nice. She provided a top-notch service. My lashes lasted for more than a month too which is super good. The salon is very clean and accessible. Look for Kim if you want a natural looking, long lasting lashes. She’s a star!

I love this salon, the services are clean and the products and wonderful. For nails make sure to ask for Anju and Rove. Sabina was great with my eye brows and Nagmana is the BEST hair stylist and she also was an incredible waxer.

I came here for facial and hair curing services. My services for haircut and facial were done by Nakhmana and upperlips threading was done by Sana. Had an amazing experience. Nakhmana is really talented and did my facial which helped reducing my acne. Sana is soft spoken and really welcoming. I hardly felt any pain during my threading. Will surely be back here!! I have been coming to First Ladies Beauty Salon for 4 years. I have tried other salons in Dubai, but I always keep coming back to First Ladies. The staff are very friendly and the salon provides a full service of treatments under one roof. I always book with Naghmana to blow dry my hair and ever since I have been coming to Naghmana I have not found another hair stylist as good. She is a brilliant hair dresser and knows how to handle my thick corse and curly hair unlike other salons. I cannot speak highly of Naghmana and the rest of the First Ladies ladies that work here!

I booked in for a full set of nail extensions and pedicure. Pedicure was fine. I booked this literally a few hours after I had landed so that my nails would look nice for my holiday. I had never had this type of extension before and the lady kept assuring me they would last for a long time and were very strong, I usually have acrylics done in London. The very next day one of the nails broke. I messaged the salon and they booked me in for a repair. A few hours later they messaged to advise the technician was ill and they would let me know when someone was available to repair my nail. By the time they gave me a new appointment 5 more nails had broken. They gave me an appointment on my last day of my holiday - pointless. So I asked for a refund for my manicure, they refused and said they could repair but wouldn’t refund. The person that was messaging me on WhatsApp kept telling me this had never happened before, insinuating that it may be me at fault??? I was on holiday, lounging around the pool how on earth could I have broken my own nails and why would I do that?! I was then told that maybe I had asked for the nails to be thin, I did not. I spent 5 days in Dubai..4 of which I walked around with ugly broken nails. I sent the salon pics of my nails but still would not offer me a refund. Poor service, and do not recommend. I wish I had gone to the salon in my hotel.

Amina has done a good job in getting the hair color and hair cut style that I wanted. I just show her a few Instagram references and she just made it happen. I just feel like the price could be lower, given that there are other several salons offering the more inclusions, of the same price I paid. The salon could use additional staff as well but overall, I love going there! For nails, I recommend Romelyn a lot! 💖

Mani is my “go-to” hair wash and stylist. She knows me of oily scalp and thus always massage and clean properly. I think it’s really helpful to come to her for taking care of my hair

LACK OF PROFESIONALISMI went to STRAIGHT my hair around 2 pm. The lady saw my hair is curly, however she only used the hairdryer. After 40 minutes I left. Of course the hair look ok. I ask to use the iron to reforce and seal the hair so It will last at least until I shower it (like it normally supposed to be), but she said “No need, it’s gonna be ok”. The price was 180 DIR, with dsct 165 I think. 3 weeks ago I went to check about the same service and an Asian lady said to my hair 130 DIR. Whatever, I was in a rush. I live next to them, I was going to my staff party and the next day celebrate my birthday. After 30 minutes I arrived to the party, my hair was already all frizz in the front. 2 hours later was a mess !I went next day to the salon explaining the situation, They saw how was the hair, anything but straight. Somebody can said “it’s been already one day”, I’ve done my hair 1000 times and even with the HOT OF DUBAI, it last 2 days, or 3 if I don’t want to wash it and nicely (the hair). I was asking if they can used the iron this time, which was part of the price that I paid before, because to straight in everywhere in Dubai you use hairdryer and iron, or only iron. I wasn’t asking anything for free. And they were so rude, unprofessional, a lady laughing at my face everytime that I was showing to her how my hair looks like (frizzy, dry, messy) after their services. The manager wasn’t in Dubai, she was traveling around the world with no conexión, incapable to answer the WhatsApp, that’s why this person on the front desk couldn’t give any solution to an easy problem. They made me wait 15 minutes for a NO like an answer. I just want to fix my hair for my birthday night. And the only solution was to pay one more time 180 DIR! INSANE!Overpriced, very pathetical service, unprofessional people on the front, unable to deal with complains. They don’t know about “guest always happy”.Even in easier places, you see the reaction, the intention to help, and its the first experience where you can make the impressions.Of course I Will never come back.

Today I came to get my hair coloring. Master Naghmana picked up the paint for me, the result exceeded all my expectations, I am completely delighted. She is truly a master of her craft, she did her job with love. Thank you dear Naghmana❤️🙏🏼

I came to style my thin and always straight hair and I wanted to make it curly as I wanted to meet my husband at the airport at 2am, and normally my hair will come back straight after 1 hour. But Naghmana and her girls performed a miracle and not only it looked amazing, it also stayed until tomorrow! Amazing service! I came back after few days and did the same! I totally recommend!!!

I am a regular customer of Ladies First for the past 3 years and I highly recommend all the services provided here, from normal/gelish/gel mani pedi, to hair services, facial treatments, eyebrows shaping , massages etc. I particularly recommend Mimi for the nails, she is doing wonders in a very efficient time, and Naghmana for the hair and facial treatments. All the other staff are very professional and well trained as well. The owner is very sweet and she makes sure all the customers leave happy from the salon every time. I had my roots done here a few weeks ago and I would definitely NOT go back again. Firstly, the lady was so rough with my hair it was unreal. She pulled out so much of my hair from being so rough and then had the audacity to give me hair loss tips! Secondly my roots did not even cover at all and she told me oh its hormonal! Thirdly, my scalp was so sore for over a week which makes me wonder what on the earth did she use because clearly it wasnt wasnt the brand I had told her to. Oh and the reason for the sore scalp was, that I am very sensitive!I have been using the same colour for years, the only difference was the stylist!!This woman has no experience, so ladies I urge you not use her unless you want to lose your hair.(Shes apparently the only hair stylist there).

ZAHIDA is the best eyebrow specialist I have ever had! I am so sad I discovered her just before I left living in Dubai. This Christmas I knew I was going again and did not touch my eyebrows so she can fix them. She is amazing and so sweet

Worst experience ever. Never go to this saloon. I called them for keratin treatment booking the lady naghmana told me 600 will be the price for all hair treatments. When I reached saloon she said you will give 650. I said ok. Then she said now 5% vat you will also pay. I said ok then she said u should buy our shampoo and conditioner too for 300. They are playing with people.And with in 24 hours after my head wash my hairs. Become more curly and wavy not even straight.

Horrible experience, gelish manicure did not even last 24 hours and I went to the salon to show the chipped nail they did not even volunteer to remove the nail paint or compensate citing that technicians are busy.Had to go to another nail spa to remove the polish.Technician had not even removed cuticles and cleaned the nail properly hence the nail paint could not even stick on.

Great prices on Gel refills compared to a lot of salons in Dubai and quality work. Ask for Tu whos my preferred technician to go to, but Ive had just as good work done by others. Only wish they had a decent bathroom to use. The salon is set on the mezzanine level of a residential building (Oasis Tower) so the only bathroom they have is next to the community gym. PS: They also have Esaad discounts.

Its a shame to see a struggling salon ,with hard working people sink like that, their lack of customer service, complaint handling is breathtaking! Including the owner, she was extremely passive, they couldnt care less, I went for a gell refill, been going there for 2 years, the colour palette for gel refill hasnt changed one bit,same old colours, when I asked for another colour from regular gelish they wanted to charge me 63 dhs more, what is the logic behind that!! Gelish is cheaper than gell so it should be included, my nail technician left me towards the end of my pedicure to go to another customer and had to wait for nearly an hour until my manicure was finished so that the other technician could finish my feet, just terrible service and they absolutely dont care or even try to understand you....NEVER coming back again.

Was initially happy but then realised that my highlights HADNT been done on my roots like it would always happen when you ask for highlights and not for lowlights. I contacted the salon to ask them to fix it and they said I have to pay another time if I want my hair fixed.

First of all I had an appointment then when I arrived the hair dresser (I guess she was called roda) took someone else in after that I ask for the price to get a blow dry she told me 150 aed when I usually get my hair done for 100 on top of that I get treated rudely by the hair dresser rudely saying she doesn’t have time for me although I had an appointment!
