Lady Charm Beauty Salon

I visited Lady Charm for the first time today and was excited to get my nails done. Unfortunately, just three hours after my appointment, the gel nail polish has already started to peel. While the staff was friendly and the service seemed great initially, the product quality used for my nails was disappointing. I expected longer-lasting results, especially from a salon like this. I hope they can improve the quality of their products to ensure better results in the future.

I had such a wonderful experience at Lady Charm for Gel manicure and Classic pedicure! The salon was clean, inviting, and beautifully designed with lovely pink aesthetics.The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the owner, Ruhi Bhatia, was amazing! She was friendly and helpful, assisting me in choosing nail colors and designs that suited me perfectly.My nail technicians were skilled and attentive, ensuring every detail was perfect. The high-quality products they used left my nails looking fantastic. I left feeling relaxed and pampered.I highly recommend Lady Charm for anyone seeking top-notch nail care and an exceptional overall experience.

I did my nails 3 times and i did keratin treatment for my hair, it was really amazing.. Highly recommend. lady charm ladies are so friendly. Mandira she did great.♥️🙂‍↔️👑

Went for a wash & blow dry, got an offer for 2 people from Groupon. The girl doing my friends hair didn’t want to straighten it for her, she blow dryed it and it literally looked like a lion, and didn’t even put any products, heat protectant or anything. When my friend argued and said how do you expect me to leave the salon like this, the girl said straightening is not included and it’s an addition 39 dirhams for running a straightener through it! I told her to give me the straightener and I would do it for her. When we told them that every salon includes a straighten after a blowdry especially when the blow dry has made the hair look horrendous and how do they expect us to leave the salon looking like this, they agreed to straighten for free. The attitude on the girl straightening my friends hair was so rude. When my friend told her that she’s tugging on her hair and to be gentle with the blow dryer the girl looked offended. The girl doing my hair was better, however I left the store and within 20 minutes my hair has gone frizzy. She didn’t even offer to put hairspray or anything on my hair. And wasn’t going to use a heat protectant until I told her. Also, the tap they use is not filtered water ( being in Dubai the water is extremely chlorinated and damaging) and had I known this I would not of gone. I’ve not used tap water to wash my hair once since being in dubai, and expected a salon to have filtered water. Waste of 90 dirhams

I love the salon. The girls are wonderful and service is fantastic. Neha is excellent and a great therapist. Love her massage. Ruh is so warm. Go there to experience the ultimate pampering and hospitality.

Honestly i have do a keratin on my hair by Mandira and she is doing a very extraordinary job and she is very kind,Other wise she is knowing very good her products and any questions I asked her about, she give me the great answer.Thank you so much for your nice and kind service.

I went to the salon a week ago and at first my experience was amazing. Until, The receptionist wanted to take photos and was aggressive towards my hand with her preferred hand placements. I was then charged 310AED although the mentioned cost was 200AED. I was happy to pay because I was pleased with the results. The next day I noticed small bubbles under my nails and as the days went on they continued to grow. I went back to the salon to highlight the issue and was informed that the nail technician used different nail polish brands therefore they did not blend/sit well. I was asked to come back and when I did, the receptionist wanted to charge me again for fixing the issue they created. 1/10 customer service.

Suzana was amazing and took great care of me! She made great suggestions with my nail colour and was super kind and friendly. I’m so pleased with the results and will definitely be returning!Free parking on the road opposite too!

Used a group voucher for their waxing service. Service was good. However, i also thought of doing eyebrow and upper lip threading. My bad that I did not ask for the charges before. Assuming that I paid Aed 50 for full hand, legs and underarms waxing (with groupon voucher) the threading would not be more than Aed 30-35. Thats the normal rates in most parlours of this stature. But was shocked when they charged me Aed 63 for that. Seriously! For eyebrow and upperlip!! Aed 63!! I would only recommend them if there is a good deal going on with groupon/cobone etc. Dont ever go for a full price service… the price is an absolute disaster.To the Lady Charm salon : Guys revisit your rates. Does not make any sense. Dont expect repeat customers if u want to charge such high price for basic services.

My first experience at lady lake was wonderful. Had my gelish manicure and pedicure today and they did an amazing job!Staff is friendly and extremely welcomingThe salons interior is beautiful minimalistic and not overly cramped how some slaons are. Wonderful experience will definitely be going back to try the rest of their services
