I went to fix my hair cut and this is what I left LALOGE with on new years eve! This is an actual hair cut I paid for, my hair has one side longer than the other! So far, I have called, messaged and even DM-ed them several times to fix this disaster and still nothing!!

Its the best saloon and all services are amazing as well all hairdressers, make-up artists and specialist are really professional. Laloge its my choice!! I wouldnt change it!! Thank you all for taking care with best services and recently hair makeover.❤

They turned me into a princess on my wedding day!! Hair and makeup, everything was perfect, from that day onwards i dont go anywhere else, it’s my designated hair salon and finally i managed to find a place in Dubai with so much class and professionalism.Kudos to Simon my hair dresser who always puts a smile on my face after every visit!!!

I had the feeling they have no clue what to do. No hair washing was so uncomfortable in my life. The price is unbelievable expensive for what you get and no one will know that you’ve been at the hair dresser afterwards because it doesn’t look like at all.

Worst salon ever they ruined my hair. My beautiful hair got butched, there is no color coordination at all. The stylist Hani did a horrible job, my hair color changed within a week! If you think what’s the worst that could happen, well my hair is now brassy...

Very bad salon.The hairdresser is Rud and I don’t like my makeup very too much !!!The eyelashes is not the quality is cheap.Just the decoration is Pretty, is very expensive and the result is bad.I prefer hairsalon Alexandre Zouari the level is fabulous.

I had bad experience with Laloge. I arranged for hair styling at home for big event. Master was late for 45 minutes from appointment time! Their coordinator never answered during this 45 minutes of desperate waiting. I had to do hairs myself and got late to event! Zero apologies from them for the mess up.

Always does a very good job. My skins feels great when i tried their Laloge Beauty facial. The staff is wonderful and they take their time with you to make you feel special. Would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful and friendly staff, my hairdresser moussa was patient and gave recommendations of what might suit my face and hair more and he was great!

Ok quality but quite unprofessional. Booked an appointment and waited for 30 mins the barber to show up. Didn’t call in advance to inform me. Had to walk out and they did not even say sorry. Won’t visit that place again

Loved my haircut and treatment, the guy who washed my hair was excellent and my hairdresser Jihad did amazing!!! Definitely recommend this place.

It is the best salon in the region I’m doing my hair cut ad facial for one year almost and I’m extremely happy with the results. Highly recommended

The lady answering the phone is really rude! The reception staff needs a class on customer service! We are giving the salon business and they’re rude on the phone whilst taking appointments! Unacceptable!

A bad experience. Unfortunately, it went against my expectations for a luxurious salon in a beautiful city like Dubai. The service I received in terms of hair dye and a therapist did not match what I requested, in addition to including other services such as hair treatment, in which I did not find any different results. On the contrary, it affected my hair badly. The prices are not Identical to the site and ambiguous, I felt like I was deceived and paid more than the service. I will not repeat the experience if I return to Dubai again
