In a very competitive service, laloge stands out with their hair dressers.Editing: my hair dresser has left a while back now, I struggled to find a proper replacement since. I’ve tried few others, they were ok but not worth going back, especially at the mandarin oriental branch.

The best saloon I have ever been to ! Their blow dry are amazing, colors, hair trim, extensions , everything !I go there twice a week and I am loving it.Highly recommended.

I had a bad experience. The professional who helped me, a Syrian (I dont know his name) suggested that I tint the highlights in my hair, I showed a reference photo of myself (so as not to make a mistake) he said he would use beige and simply darkened my hair to brown.Anyone who is blonde knows... after dark there is no way to lighten it without using stronger products, I was very disappointed, devastated, as I havent had dark hair for a long time. The professional didnt even apologize, the manager suggested that I come back to try to fix it, but I refused because the damage would be worse. I thought that a hotel as luxurious as the Mandarin would have good professionals. Despite the damage, I had to pay 400 Dirhan for a root touch-up. Since I spent 4 thousand to do my lights in Brazil. I will never step foot in that room again.
