I went because it was close and because it was cheap. I gave them a lot of chances but they definitely dont do a good job. After a few days, the nail polish comes off. The girl would put the glue on my eyelashes and then rip them off. She left glue on them and ripped out part of my eyelashes. I give it 3 stars because they treated me well, but oh well.

I had a neck and shoulder massage by Luzel. It was amazing!! It was so good that I somehow slept during massage! I’ll definitely go back to the salon to get another massage by her again. Thank you!

Lanour is brilliant!! The staff are always so helpful and accommodating - especially Marian at the reception desk. Bipana is brilliant at doing acrylic nails, and works so carefully to make sure the end result is perfect. Reham is amazing too, and really friendly. I also highly recommend their in-chair massages, they are sooo relaxing.It has taken me a long time to find a perfect salon, but Lanour has it all and I will not go anywhere else now!

Massage was very good. Rhodalyn, if I remembered her name correctly was amazing and knows how to do deep tissue massage.For Gelish manicure I am not really happy with the result. After a day I already saw some white spots and I bet this will easily peel off soon.The receptionist and the ladies taking the calls were amazing and had good experience booking my appointment.

Horrible service. it was my first visit and i asked for a basic blow dry with end curls. the lady burned my hair as she used the straightener to do the curls, and as soon as she finished the curls were so rough and the smell was very obvious that it was burnt.

My treatment was with Reham, she was excellent. She took her time and was very gentle. Very happy with the treatment and I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you Reham x

I went on Saturday 18/06/2022 for nail polish , eyebrows threading and hair trimmingCleanliness: They can do much better and should all be wearing masks without any exception . They should also find an immediate solution for the smell of sewageNail polish : The job is well doneEyebrow Threading : The job is well doneHair trimming: Here is the problem . I went for a simple hair trimming and I have mentioned clearly that I do not need any blow dry since my hair is already thin and straight . Not only the concerned person has ignored my request to wash my hair for the second time after the hair trimming , she did something they called a blow dry and they ended up charging me for the Signature Lanour Cut & Style which I have never requested . Furthermore this service is supposed to take 60 minutes but the service provided took less time. The result is nothing special - I also ended up having uneven hair - Overall it is not worth the money spent. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this service to a friend!

I had my nails done at this salon. The lady Roshia did a wonderful job. Her work was of excellent quality! I highly recommend her.The salon however charged me 100 aed for the gel removal saying it’s some sort of «hard gel».When I made a reservation they said the removal is 25 aed.All salons I have ever been to before always charged 20-25 aed for this gel removal.Therefore, at this place I ended up paying 75 aed for the manicure and 100 aed for gel removal. Total rip off!Keep this in mind their pricing, if you have gel to be removed.

Best nail salon and blow dry in dubai! It’s very well managed, best service they accommodate me within minutes of ensuring my nails and hair is well maintained. Roshia is the best I always consult with her on what to do and so pleasant .. they feel like family to me. For hair, rawan gives a miracle blowdry everytime 🙏🏼🙏🏼 . Highly recommended :)

I definitely recommend this place. I visit regularly for pedicures and manicures. Also you absolutely have to try the massages by Bernadette. She is amazing and knows exactly what she’s doing. I usually go for the deep tissue and hot stone massage. And I also go to Hanan for my hair. She’s great and honest. Will tell you what works and what doesn’t and what would suit you. I’ve done haircut, and hair coloring with her as well as hair treatment (Botox and masks) and blow dry. Everyone there is super nice and friendly.

I discovered Lanour salon through Classpass and I am really satisfied. The staff is really kind and understand your needs. I have done deep tissue massage with Tran and it was the best massage I ever had. Super pro. She definitely knows what she is doing compared to others places i could have been in Dubai. I’ve been going to this salon regularly for over a year now. I like the service provided by Tam and Era but aside from that, I haven’t been having the best experience lately. A lot of the staff have left and now it’s not as good. The new receptionist is a bit rude and inconsiderate. She messes up bookings and doesn’t even apologize. The other day I had to wait for over an hour to have a service done that I booked days in advance. Worst of all was today when the salon was super busy and there was zero social distancing, some people weren’t even wearing a mask (including the receptionist) when I told her she should be wearing her mask, she seemed annoyed. The owner was there and didn’t say anything. Then the receptionist over charged me for something, I contacted her from home when I noticed the charge (via WhatsApp) and she just ignored my message. It’s sad the place is going down hill. I hate to give a bad review because Era and Tam are so great but sadly they’re the only nice thing about that place. If you can’t book with them, I suggest you find another salon because it’s not worth it.

I had the best experience doing my lash extensions at Lonour. The technician took great care and was efficient. Usually I feel some discomfort with the tapes and glues being used, but there was none of that here. The price is also great in comparison to the rest available in Dubai.

I recently went for a gelish mani pedi and My experience was only ok. It was very fast which I like but my nail polish started to change color like spots of bleach had dropped on it. I’ve never had this before.My pedicure was not impressive and my feet still looked like they needed a pedi.At the end of the pedicure as my toes were in the heat lamp the lady left and never returned. I sat waiting wondering what was going on. I waited and then removed the lamp myself and got myself ready and went to pay. It was just very bizarre.I don’t think I would return to the salon.

Unfortunately this was a disappointment ! The pedicure bowl was very dirty I mentioned it to the therapist and she did nothing about it! The arm rest was super dirty! They have the nail polish yet don’t have the proper top coat for it which defeats the purpose of paying more and to top it all! When you book a regular many or next they want to charge you 25 aed to remove the plain polish! I have traveled in more than 40 countries have gone to the best of best spas and not so best never have I heard such a thing.On a better note the mail technicians were very good in their work. Cleanliness is a must these days guys that is simply unacceptable.m

Its alright. Staff is friendly but theyre too money driven. If you have one broken nail and they have to put acrylic on the one nail to match the others, best believe you will pay for it. This is a service that in other salons, they would do it for free. But theyre OK though.

I just treated myself to the best Mani Pedi experience today, the place is clean and follows strict disinfection procedures, the girls are friendly and professional and I was able to have a shoulder and head massage while they were doing my nails which was an amazing combo to relax after a busy week.

I went for gelish meni pedi, manicurist ended up cutting cuticle to the extent that two fingers had bleeds, ofcourse things go wrong and I understand. I asked to let them heal for the day and I finish the color tomorrow. The team insisted I make the payment today, because apparently the system they need to update for todays appointments, though the service I am paying for is not completed!! I didnt ask for concessions or anything complimentary, simply to pay when the work is completed. And I am not a new customer, I live in the same building and have been going there for a while.Really disappointed in the customer service, when things go wrong is where I expect the team to be more focused on improving the experience and not to make it worse.

This is the WORST MANI OF MY LIFE, and no, I’m not being dramatic. If you have the patience read below my story. If not, just see the pictures attached taken 3 days later and with a nail infection.Anyway, Lanour beauty is located in a beautiful area of Dubai and it’s surrounded by popular restaurants and office buildings. It’s really in a high class area and the salon has high class prices. The rest well is not. The salon looks like any regular cheep salon in let’s say Al Barsha, the staff seems bored with their jobs and their results are horrible. 1 nail needed extension, the extension was poorly executed and broke the next day not even 24h later. Same nail started developing an infection on the left cuticule. Next day, the coat of color started lifting on another nail, it got snagged into something and broke off. 3rd day another nail is chipped on the size snagging into things and the coat of 3 more nails is lifting. I asked for my money back. They refused. They said come and fix it Couse they won’t return my money. Would you trust them a second time? I just want my money back. They just wasted my time and they don’t even have a manager.Their owner, Named Nour, can’t be contacted except via email. So that’s that for proper staff training and managing. Good luck enjoying your experience. Good luck being satisfied and wanting to go back. Good luck to Nour for hiding behind an email address and not really knowing or caring for what it takes to keep Customers happy and running a business. NEVER AGAIN!

Poor quality hair colorI have been there for root color 3 times so far .the color quality is very low .first time the white roots remained and the hairstylist explained that she was not familiar with my hair structure so I accepted to wait until next time when she knows more about my hair structure. 2nd time after one or two month my hair got too dark and she said she will try to fix it next time and I shouldnt be worried and it will get lighter by washing ...and 3rd time after one month when I dye my hair again with them, all my whites exposed after 5 days and 2 times wash ... I informed them they asked me to visit salon because they want to see my hair but the result was argument with receptionist because she wanted me to sit on the chair right away for them to dye my her again and I told them I dont have time today and I will come later, they threaten if I leave the salon then they will charge me for fixing it ...Im really sorry for attitude...my concern is my hair color now ​and their only concern was if I will pay for retouching the color or not which is not even high figure ..I paid for the service , they spoiled my hair color and I was also exposed to an argument because of their fault!

Eight months after getting my hair coloured in the shade of blood red, November, December and January were the months I would angst over how my hair looked because the colour was fading away and my hair had started growing. If you’re looking for ‘the one’, give Natalie, the master hair technician a try. She will listen to you carefully and give a clear picture of the outcome. It took a while but she coloured and cut my hair with precision and an attitude that everyone who leaves her chair represents the salon’s brand. She has an eye for detail and pays attention to detail with every stroke of colour.You bet I’m a customer for life and now that I’m familiar with her work I’ll be back and will suggest the salon’s name to anyone looking for a nice salon. Lanour is a great salon - I love the option to book online(via Instagram), the space is bright and clean, and the location is convenient. Coming in, my hair was damaged and brassy but leaving Natalies chair my hair felt brightened and healthy with the exact color and tone I requested. Natalie was on her toes from 12 pm to 6 in the evening and she did every single thing by herself to ensure perfection… bleach, colour correction, colour, olaplex, toning, washing and styling, all of it! I have an Instagram page ( curly_girl.dubai ) where I am going to shout my lungs out with all praises for the salon. And, oh, the price. They have some great offers going on. Go, avail them. Everyone there, including the owner, is so very much customer friendly .

This company should be avoided. The hairstylist cut my hair too short, my shellac nails only lasted one day before they started to chip. I had eyelash extensions done and after one day, the lashes were falling out and this company refused to give me a refund
