I visited this salon twice, and although the staff is friendly, they lack an understanding of customer service and satisfaction.During my first visit, I had to wait almost an hour before being attended to, despite having a scheduled appointment. The learning technician removed my nails before starting the actual treatment, which further prolonged the process. While the result of my nails was beautiful, the overall experience was frustrating due to the extended waiting time. Hoping for an improvement, I booked another appointment, but unfortunately, the second experience was just as disappointing:• I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment, yet I had to wait 40 minutes without being served.• After those 40 minutes, the second nail technician still hadn’t arrived, leaving me uncertain about how much longer I would need to wait.• I had specifically booked both a manicure gel and pedicure gel at the same time to save time, but this was not accommodated.Additionally, the salon is very noisy due to its connection to a hairdresser, with blow dryers running constantly. For my last visit, I paid nearly 400 AED for my nails. For this price, many other salons offer the same quality treatment with better service and conditions.Conclusion:Everyone has appointments and commitments to keep, and I cannot afford to allocate over 2.5 hours for nails, plus unpredictable waiting times. While the results may be good, the inefficiency and poor time management make it hard to justify a return.

I had my hair done and Unfortunately, I was given the double price in the end, I was charged double the amount originally quoted. The mistake was acknowledged by the salon, and they promised me a refund – but even after three weeks, nothing has happened.This is not what I expect from a professional salon. It’s not just about the money but also about transparency, reliability, and respectful treatment of customers. To me, this is a clear rip-off and absolutely disappointing. I cannot recommend this salon at all!I also paid over 700 for a manicure and pedicure! At another salon in the same area the price is 310! And the quality is better! So expensive and bad salon. Sorry, this is a rip-off salon !

Was welcoming, and the staff were incredibly professional and friendly. The hairstylist Zein listened carefully to my preferences and gave me exactly style I wanted. I’m very satisfied with the result and will definitely be returning. Thank you for the excellent service

Very bad experience and very expensive, being used to going to the hairdresser for my bleaching roots every month, hair in super good condition! They clearly damaged my hair. 3 on my head including 2 interns who dont even know how to hold their brushes. A very bad time spent Ill spare you the details of the shampoo etc. Arrived at the checkout he decides to make me pay an extra 70€ without warning me before the service. They are incompetent and kill your hair to not even have the result requested!

I’m really disappointed with the way they treat their customers. They don’t care that you are a tourist. The hairdresser damaged my hair. I wrote to them and they said we are not working with the hairdresser anymore. Because we got lots of complain. I paid a huge amount. But I didn’t get any kind of refund or compensation. After a bad experience I highly recommend you not to go there, specially if you are a tourist.I’m not denying that, you must have good products. But wrong use of good products can also harm. I’ve been doing my nails with Balnur since over 3 years now. Honestly I’ve tried multiple salons but no one does the job better than Balnur. She gives attention to detail and she’s extremely good at her job. Defo recommend Balnur for nails!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a salon anywhere in the world, never mind Dubai. The staff were incredibly rude from the start. My friend and I paid over 600 AED for a Russian Pedi, at the end of nail prep we were told “your entire foot isn’t included”, the nail work was mediocre at best, they cut our feet and there was blood, no apology, no acknowledgment at all. The manager was apologetic upon complaining but nothing else. The nail technician in particular had the worst attitude I have ever seen in any business anywhere. Will never return here and I highly recommend reconsidering if you want a salon experience.
