I’ve been loyal to Leyla for almost a year now and refuse to switch. I get half classic eyelash extensions and she does them beautifully every time. She takes her time and makes them look perfect every. single. time. Not only do they look good but they last over a month! I really can’t recommend her enough. The salon has become my go to for a myriad of things but a special shout out goes to my waxing queens, Honey and Helen. Ive been getting my eyebrows, lashes, and nails done here since they opened, and they are truly the best at it. However, my experience with hair color was very disappointing. The result was not what I wanted, and despite their efforts to fix it, it ended up being the worst hair color Ive ever had. I wouldnt recommend their hair coloring services. I wasted over 5 hours and 1000 AED on something that turned out very poorly.

I had the worst eyelashes extensions experience ever my eyes got irritated at kept on itching me my actual lashes fell of and as if I haven’t done my lashes just a week after my appointment + the price was ridiculous 430 for new set (natural) and previous lash removal 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 this is how my lashes looks like after 10 days and o had to go to a different place for removal this is the leftover of glue on my lashes 👎🏼

I had a protein treatment by Sadia who provided a great service. Sadia looked after me so well! The treatment takes a long time so she kept me going with great conversation also providing in great detail after care advice.I also had a full set of lashes done by another beautician who also did a fantastic job.Highly recommend!

Some of the staff are extremely rude I arrived on time and ended up with half set of lashes because they close at 9. They do 20% discount on Mondays and because they choose to do half set to leave on time they wanted me to pay full price the lady at the reception was extremely rude when I disputed as if I am begging for a discount!!!! Not returning back for sure and not recommending them to anyone. The only two people I respect in this place is Aida and Nazak I wish I knew the other lady name to post it here she is extremely rude!!!!!

If I could rate this below one star I would. I had grown my eyebrows for a whole month to get them done for a party. I booked an appointment with Sadia, not only did I explain how I wanted them, I even showed her a picture and told her where to leave some hair and refrain from plucking them out. She messed up my eyebrows big time. I walked out with eyebrows literally one looking completely different to the other. I asked her why she removed the hair where I specifically told her to keep. She had no response. The customer getting her eyebrows done next to me tried to tell me to just draw them in bless her to try and comfort me. The lady in the reception taking appointments also confirmed they looked completely different. Never again is Sadia touching my eyebrows. She didn’t even apologize but instead tried to convince me this is what I had asked for and tell me not to pay! If I walk into a salon then I’m a paying customer and I’ll leave a tip for good service. Offering people not to pay in return to extremely disappointing service is actually very very offensive!! So much for being a brow station! Never again!

I discovered this salon a year ago, and I love everyone who works here! It is a bit on the pricier end, but it’s worth it. I get my eyebrows done with Aida, hair treatments with Kanchi, and my beautiful nails by Nurai. They are all extremely friendly and caring, and make you feel extremely comfortable while getting the services done. I’d recommend this salon to anyone as they are well-rounded with all their services.

Tbh Good treatment, but I did not like that when I asked for the price when I entered it was smth and when I exit they increased from the beginning they should explain to the customer felt being deceived. A nice lady on the reception managed well and went with the price they gave me at the beginning.

While i was doing my lashes in peace there is a customer doing her lashes sleeping and snoring in loud voice. It was very very annoying and this is not the first time so when i told my tcchincan that iam annoyed she was not supportive and didnt do anything

I was highly recommended to come and get my nails done by two of my very close friends, they have a very talented nail master who’s flown in from Kirghizstan. I was so excited and decided to do my nail extensions for the first time with them. At the start of my appointment me and my friend spent 20mints explaining to their staff what I would like to do at first she disapproved of the shade I chose and said she can make only square nails not any other shape then she started doing my nails after making a face. We explained what length we wanted and that we want it the same length as my friends and the same gel cat eye polish with the same rhinestone design which was on my friends fingers to which she started throwing tantrums and showing me attitude started speaking in her language rudely , I do not need a google translator to know when someone is talking disrespectfully about me and rolling her eyes at me and mumbling under her breath. I yet stayed calm and let her go on with it! She then started applying plain gel polish without any extensions and told me this is how it’s gonna look and that I should go with french or black polish since this is not the color she wants to do on me. First I’m so offended by the fact that I wasted my time and energy and cab money coming here to do my nails by someone who clearly doesn’t want to treat her customer with respect.Secondly I’m more offended by the owner Aidai aibashova of the salon instead of correcting her staff she has decided to walk in and start arguing with her in Russian giving me rude stares and yelling at me for not explaining to her staff what I wanted exactly.Thirdly when my friend interrupted and told her can you fix it and do the extension and polish now or not? the owner responded it can be fixed but you should have informed before clearly she did not wanted to fix my nails n wanted me to leave as they were. I’m spending my time money and effort to receive such service and be treated like trash. I told her that alright Im going to pay for what you have done and leave to which nor the staff or the owner apologized. I’m very disappointed with their behavior it has ruined my day and I will never visit this salon again or recommend anyone else to do so unless they wanted to be treated by mannerless people who have no sense of how to talk to another human being.I was in the saloon for more than an hour waiting for my driver the owner didn’t even come once n asked if I wanted to get my nails done or they were sorry for their behavior !

If Aida didn’t drop the attitude, this place won’t stay around for long. She keeps asking clients personal questions and ridiculing them. Also the ambience of the salon is dull. I’d rather have a 30 minute ride to reach a professional brow salon where I’m treated with respect than go to brow and lash station.

My always salon to go for Ayda specialist in eyebrows and Asi for the lashes I really recommend it for all ladies who want to look on fleek😉✨♥️

I asked about the price before going to the appointment and was told 650 but after I was given a bill for 800+ very talkative staff, mani and pedi absolutely horrible they use machines that removes layers off your nails but lash lifting was nice other than that I don’t think I’ll be going again for any of the other services.
