Most horrible experience, first i was made to sit on a pedicure chair which was highly uncomfortable and then i was made to give my hand across my body to the technician. My nail shapes were messed up and my skin was cut due to aggressive filing. I left midway, i strongly DO NOT recommend this place.

Even though I was a walk-in, they took me right away. I didn’t have to wait long to get a gel manicure done and lashes to top it off! Very clean job, thank you!

I had a great experience. My lashes were exactly like the picture I showed, they were volume Hollywood cat eye style. I did it with the master lash specialist at an affordable price too for high quality. Highly recommended lash extensions in Dubai!!! 🩷

My lash master isnt in the country so came here because they have a promotion for lashes for 200 dhs. Went ok although they seemed too thick the first time but i had no time to change. Came again and they charged me extra for removal which was not charged before and doesnt make sense if lashes i have are theirs! I never been to a salon which charges for removal of THEIR OWN LASHES. Receptionist called the owner who said no its not part of promotion, sat looking for my last appointment in system and didnt find it, said i had to accept prices and walked away. Receptionist after stood staring at me saying “so are you going to pay?” Told her we didnt agree on anything so she told me “well people pay” excuse me what kind of treatment is this? You should tell people if there is removal included, how much is it, and that apparently you charge every time no matter if i come to you or not! Felt like they just trying to charge more for any reason. Never coming again and suggest if someone goes, take care from their prices and what they actually try to charge you. Because after they will either be rude and force you to pay or stand staring at you!

Went to lash house for the first time and I must say I am very impressed with their nail professional. Did an awesome mail work . I went to tips and toes salon just a day before for my nail work and they did a terrible job , was very dissatisfied by their service and thankfully I got to know about this salon . Lovely work.

Receptionist is very polite and she follows up well.Diana did my lashes extensions, beautifully after she discussed with me what I wanted and what suited my eyes. Eyebrow lamination, softly and nicely. Finally a lovely hair blow dry. Enjoyed all the services and I do recommend it.

Very disappointed with eyelashes. Service below average, efficiency way below expectations. First time around lashes stayed for 4-6weeks, second time the technician didn’t do what I wanted at the first go, tried fixing it and it didn’t last even 2 weeks. Extremely arrogant behaviour, didn’t even acknowledge and took feedback positively. Never again!

Unfortunate nails experience.I’ve been to the salon few times, my friend brought me in, she knows the owners. First appointment was with hairdresser, she is amazing.So I decided to try and do funky nails, my friend informed master that I have same problem as her and my nails a bit oily, so it’s better to add proper gel. In a day nails bubbled and popped out in the corners, I was surprised. Girls at the salon have no clue how to deal with such situations if the owner not there, and the back and forth began, I’ve heard a long speech of ‘… it’s not our fault, something wrong with your hormones..’ (considering that I had gel polish for 8 days before done by just life) and lots of fighting between them in front of clients happened.So the solution that they find is to buff top coat and cover it again, despite that it came off the nail 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤯 next day I had exact same nail condition. I’ve been asking at least to remove it and they were very stubborn to find spot (when I do services that I pay for there is no problem with time, interesting fact ha!). I do believe that this is the least they could do to recover the damage.Since a month I’m trying to reach out the owner, not for the compensation, but simply to give my feedback, and guess what no answer.Dear Diana,I work for the company that is providing services and I know how annoying it is to deal with such cases, however through the right approach you can win very loyal and long lasting clients.I was hoping that I finally found my spot, but such poor resolvent of this situation definitely made me very upset!

Amazing team, very flexible with timing and appointments. Their level of professionalism is outstanding. I did lashes there, which were extremely nice many times. Also, brow and lash lamination that last and that are well done. They also offer nails done according to the Russian technique (which is the best!) so it doesnt grow back fast. Hair services are also available and I loved it! Great styling, makeup for special occasion and pedicure as well.Honestly my new favorite salon in Dubai that does it all 😊👏

Unfortunate eyelashes experience, it was not pleasant at all, Ive been told that it wikk take 2 hours maximum to finish and it took me more than 3 hours laying down on the bed to do normal eyelashes and they were not flexible in terms of timing I asked her to come by 1 and she told me technician will have an appointment by that time and she finished with me by 3:15 . Had a high expectation on this Salon but they put me downTake care girls , If you take the promotion price which is 150 AED you will get a very bad service , more bthan 3 hours applying eyelashes because the one doing it is not expert enough and your eyelashes will not last , I had it Yesterday and 80% of it already fallen down and the Salon realy doesnt have any experience on how to deal with clients, I asked for a repair with another technician they told me no one available except the owner and if want to do it you have to pay the full price cuz she will not accept the promo price , they kept on debating and The owner was very unprofessional she just said what she want and gave the phone to the assistant because shes busy , at the end they gave my Money back because she didnt want to fix what her employee did with this price . Was first and last time to visit this place

Definitely my favorite place to do lashes since I’ve been wearing them for years and good prices compared to other places. The only issue I have is they charge you differently based on form of payment. They don’t want the government to take more money so they charge you more if you pay by card. But they charge normal if you pay by cash which I find a bit selfish.They do nails very bulky and thick though. Nail technician is okay.

My eyelashes were done nicely. I love the way they came out. Even though my lash tech did not speak or understand English I did not mind. She did an amazing job. Only two things that bugged me.1. They advertised on their status on that day that all lashes were 200aed, I saw that. And when I get to the reception to pay for my lashes the lady tells me it’s 250 so I say but I saw it’s 200 on the status. She says no 250.2. When you pay by card they add an extra 12aed. Which was not explained to me before I booked, and yes I did ask if they accept card so I feel that’s when they should have mentioned that there is an additional cost. So in total I paid 262aed. Which I wouldn’t haven’t minded if it was explained to me.My thought. What if I only had 200aed in my account.Never been to a beauty salon where I’ve experienced this.Poor advertising if you ask me.

Lash House is amazing. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. I have been going to Lash House since October and I won’t be going anywhere where else! Diana is the lash queen! She is very professional and always discusses what she is doing. Diana recommended the lash type that would best suit my eye shape. I couldn’t recommend Lash House more!

Highly professional staff. Always do lashes and nails with them. Recently I had colored my hair and you know what, so happy with the price and result. I paid 800 Aed and I have very long hair. In different salons I pay not less than 1500 Aed and never satisfied with result. So lashhouse is best so far! 👍🏼

This place is amazing. Not only are they competitively priced, quality is like no other. Christina is a master at nails. I used to have to get my nails done twice a week or every ten days, but with her I only go in once a month. Worth the drive!

I went and got my eyelashes done and brows laminated. It’s been a week and I still have swollen eyes and dry patches around my brows. The lashes have been placed so near my eyes that it’s causing the worst pain and as far as I know eyelash extensions don’t hurt. 80% of the extensions have come off and I’m in tears everyday because of the allergic reaction. The owner kept venting to me about customers who leave bad reviews but honestly they’re write. I have sworn off eyelash extensions after this experience since it has been so painful. I literally have to visit a doctor now.

All girls are very friendly and professional. I’ve been doing manicure and pedicure with them and the results are always perfect. Recently I did my hair and was absolutely impressed. Definitely recommending.

Best eyelash extensions I’ve ever had. I’m someone who did eyelash extensions several times and always left the salon feeling unhappy and upset that I spent my money on something like that. But today, I left so happy and excited! Amina is great and she understood exactly what I wanted!

I did my eyelashes here and it’s my second time, for my first visit they were professional and transparent so I was comfortable but on my second I booked lash with mani and pedi but for some reason while I was getting my lash done the nail tech was gone and then someone informed me she will have my nails done even before my lash is over but she took more time after my lash was done then when I asked if she could just do my nail polish change instead of a whole pedicure because I’m conscious of the time she told me that they are fully booked and I need to book an appointment but that’s exactly what I did and they just did not finish the task. I was really disappointed with this behavior. No respect for my time.

Lashmaker Peri very nice and kind master. I know her for a more than a year and her work always satisfied me. She suggesting something new to try (shape or quality) as there are always new product in the market. Her advises how to care about lasher are also valuable. Definitely will use her service again

I have been doing my lash extenstions in Lash House since last September almost every month I go, Diana is very clever however the problem with this place is that the turnover is VERY HIGH i didnt do my lash twice with the same technician but that was fine ..My last experience was the worse I did my lashes on 9 Feb with a new technician and from the 2nd day many lashes started to fall in a rate i havent experinced before… i waited but by the 13th of Feb almost all lashes were gone ( they should stay for 1 month)I texted them about what happened no one responded at ALL EVEN THOUGH MESSAGE WAS READ.I sent a follow up text that am surprised they respond immediately when you book an appointment but when you complain they dont on 5th of March ( which is almost 1 month later ) Diana apologized and listened to the whole story and asked me to go and they will compensate me with free lashes today .. after going to the salon today she saw that am pregnant and told me hormones made the lashes fall its not our mistake and that I am not entitled to free service ( knowing that when the extensions fell my lashes were there its not about my own lashes but she reversed it on me and that my hormones did this )!!!!!!Diana and this salon failed big time from a customer service stand point and I WILL NEVER GO NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THAT PLACE.

I cant believe it has taken me so long to come in here! Everything was great, from the ease of booking, which Lydia took care of, to my service. I got gel overlay on my hands by Salta and I love them. I cant wait to come back for my lash extensions.

I have been living in Dubai for 6 years now. Anyone who knows me, knows Im at the salon at least 2-3 times a week. I have tried so many different salons across the UAE and this is by far the worst experience I have had, quality of service and customer service wise. I was looking at salons to do eyelash extensions and came across this salon when I was searching. Prices seemed reasonable and their Instagram page showed pictures of good work so I wanted to try it out. I went there for my eyelash extension appointment. First of all, the lady who did my eyelashes did not speak a word of English. They were speaking russian the whole time and had to call the front desk lady just so I could tell her something and she would translate. After my eyelashes they told me they have a really good deal for eyebrow lamination. I told her I have never done it before and she showed me a picture of a girl with perfect eyebrows and told me this is how it would look. I wasnt aware of what they were doing, they never explained how it would be done or anything. I thought it would just make my eyebrow color darker like eyebrow powder makeup. As the lady started doing my eyebrows I told her it was burning. She didnt respond because she doesnt know English and told the girls something in Russian in which the front desk lady came back and told me it will only be 15 minutes and she will turn the ac on. After I was done I looked at what she had done to my eyebrows and it was an absolute disaster. They tried brushing my eyebrows down to make it seem better. I was so upset when I left with the job done on my eyelashes and eyebrows. Once I got home and looked in the mirror my skin in top of my eyebrows was peeling off. I started searching about eyebrow lamination and what it is exactly. They never informed me that they would be putting chemicals on my eyebrows. I got a bad allergic reaction. My skin is very sensitive and I even have a dermatologist who I see often for this. They never asked me if I had any allergies. The next morning I woke up and noticed I had patches of hair missing at the ends of my eyebrow. I panicked and kept trying to call the salon but the phone number provided online kept saying it was switched off. I messaged them numerous times on Instagram no response. After work I started driving to the salon which is 45 minutes away from me. When I reached the salon the owner was there and I had told her what happened. She immediately was denying any issue with the job saying you cant just go to a store buy shoes and than leave the store and come back and say you didnt like them. I was speechless by her response and she said dont get upset if you brush them and wet them than it wont look like missing hair. She said it looks that way because I didnt wash and brush them. I told her Im missing hair and she moved the hair patches of it and she said we all naturally lose hairs on our eyebrows everyday. She said the only thing they did wrong was not inform me of what they were doing and how they would do it and that she will train her girls on that. She walked away and left me and the front desk lady was being nice and apologizing to me. I lost money, time and it was such a disappointment. I lost so much hair on my eyebrows and the next day even more. I have to color in my brows just to get through the day. Absolute worst experience of my life and the owner just made it even worse with her rude and unprofessional manner. I will be filing a case on the situation.

Really bad service first they book me for a time and date and later as me to change it for no reason. They are really unprofessional. Even in the past I have faced similar issues were the service isn’t good and I have to wait for a long time to get to my turn after booking an appointment. Don’t waste your time going here.
