I came to LASHY for gel manicure and pedicure treatment and I had 3 nail artists to work on the nail design that I wanted because I was in a hurry and they was very attentive and patient with me. I felt so relaxed and taken care of whilst I was getting my treatments. Highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for high qualify services x

Beautiful results and fantastic service!! Very pleased with how it turned out. My hair was difficult to work with as it had a mix of yellow and pink that wouldn’t go away! But after getting treated, my hair has a lovely lavender pink now that blends in seamlessly as one colour! It’s stunning, thank you so much! Going here redeemed my faith in hair dressers again!Would definitely recommend the hair colouring and hair cuts!

The owner was amazing hands on which added comfort to our stay whilst we were there , and provided the best of service that one would want in a beauty lounge. We felt relaxed while doing our services! Not only results came out beautiful ,we also go to experience the famous lashes I got the classic look which I loved they offer so many others which by the way gives the sexy look whilst wearing the mask , we look forward to trying other services as well, highly recommend! 🥰💅 And defiantly going to going back again really soon.

I received a classic set of eyelash extensions and they are beautiful. I have never had eyelash extensions before, this was my first time and I am very happy with the results. Anastasia did an excellent job, I will come back again and recommend to everyone!

There is no word to explain how happy i am, everything was perfect, lovely stuff and the owner was so sweet, you should come and try.

My experience wasn’t good either, I was referred by a friend and was expecting a really good service, the lady who did my lashes was really good, however my lashes didn’t last a week , just a day after it started to fall. I have done million lashes extensions in many places but this was the worst. Not recommended

The worst customer service ever!I called the Saloon to book an appointment, the receptionist told me that she will call me back in 2 mins.. after 10 mins i called her back to give me the updates if i can come or not.. she hanged up the phone! I called back more that 8 times with no response.. very disrespectful and disappointing!!!& in my last visit i was waiting for my appointment more than 1.5 hours to do my lashes!!I gave this saloon a second chance but it seems that the management doesn’t care about their clients… really unprofessional and unacceptable

I visited Lashy Salon for the first time today and was very impressed by the overall experience. The ladies who worked there were very professional, attentive, and really good at explaining the whole process to me! I am extremely happy with the result of my eyelash extensions and would definitely recommend it to all my friends.

The ladies at Lashy are wonderful. Im new to Dubai and havent had any luck finding a good lash technician. They worked with me to give me what suits me best. Love my new set of lashes and will definitely be back!

I have done my eyelashes , the service was extremely comfortable, fast and tidy, i asked for fixation after the procedure, the technician was extremely patient with me , the owner is extremely sweet. My eyelashes experience was great, very precise in asking the kind of lashes. They have many types of lashes.

ماني محللتكم و الظلم ظلمات. أسوأ اداره و سياسه محل قد مرت علىHonestly worst eyelash service I have ever received just befor my engagement day.I was the last costumer in the salon with two staff only. The technician was not happy I think that they booked her an appointment. So she did a consultation with me and I explained exactly what I want specialy it’s not my first time to get my lashes done.It took her around 2 hrs. & 30 min.I OPENED my eyes SURPRISE ugliest thing ever, not even close to the style I choose extremely the opposite. Oooh, forgot to mention when i Walked in to the place around 7:00pm the receptionist asked me to pay before the service when I asked why she said cause cashier will be closing soon 😣 the salon close at 10/11pm???!! anyway so the results was extremely unhappy specially that next day is my engagement, so asked her to remove it cause she didn’t do what we had agreed. I asked them to refund my money cause I wasted my time and got wrong style completely opposite of what I asked.I got surprised by the way it was handled they refused to refund me my money back. I spoke to the owner this is when it got really worse after me explaining everything she didn’t care to take a second to apologize for the time I wasted with her unprofessional technician but instead she was telling me that’s impossible she is our senior tech. And we can’t refund you money.Rating 0

100% agree that the customer service is not aligned with the customer’s expectations after my yesterdays visit, not professional nor the receptionist has the ability to deal in a professional manner & shows attitude!To make it short & this can be verified via whats app conversations & CCTV (if you have it):1) Dec 15th, 2022 Messaged the salon to book for my 2 weeks eyelashes re-fill & I was totally ignored (I always book via whats app).2) Dec 17th, 2022 I messaged again that I am trying to book, managed to get appointment at 6:30 PM. Got a call from the salon at 5:59 pm asking if I can come at 6:45 PM because there is client who is not yet done with her eyelashes where I accepted because this can happen.3) I came on the agreed time where I was surprised that I need to wait more 30 minutes but it needed to wait 45 minutes & at 7:30 PM the receptionist Len asked me to pay prior starting and asking me to pay for 3 weeks re-fill instead of 2 weeks? I politely told her that it’s 2 weeks not 3 and I tried booking but I was ignored so her answer was well I was off and the person forgot to respond so I told her then it’s not my fault and she kept on insisting and misbehaving that I am not allowed to do the service until I pay ! Although I told her can you check with your management until I am done because you already made me wait more than 45 minutes and now you’re wasting my time! She was not cooperative nor professional nor helpful! Instead of calming the situation she was arguing & not listening! She was careless & no empathy! Customer service agent is the representative of the company & the 1st impression always matters! + staffs (not all) are either having videos calls or on Tik Tok (loud voice that all can hear). Just FYI - there was another argument between a customer & the hairstylist, it was extremely loud that I was not comfortable while doing my service.Although I like Adeline (Eyelashes expert) but I would never go back as I will not accept being treated like this, it’s not kind of service + salon environment I am looking for. Honestly, 1st time I see such service & salon. Despite I heard many times about the bad service but I didn’t listen because I wanted to witness it by myself, now I can 100% relate!I am disappointed & surprised that a salon with such great quality & potential to grow is treating their customers that way!I hope the management would seriously look into this & take proper action specially the reception area if they don’t wish to lose more customers.

Worst experience ever!They cancelled my appointment, because they dialed a wrong number!I asked them to do French manicure , but my nails looks like 5 years child did them for me ! It’s showing that the staff are not trained!! Because I asked her to fix them many times but every time is worse!!Waste of money and time ! I spent 3 hours with unhappy experience!Am really disappointed! Not recommended at all

I got my lashes done in “Classic” and I loved it. I got exactly what I asked for and they turned out beautifully. Loved the service; they are very friendly and share their opinions and expertise with you.

Anastasia did my lashes and they look great. She heard my preferences and based on my eye shape she chose the perfect style for my eyes. Love them !!

High quality service and lashes, the technicians are highly professional, and I love that each client get their own privacy and space when doing lashes, something you rarely find in lash saloons. I did an eyelashes extension, I really loved how the lashes specialist did my lashes it looks so natural and beautiful she didnt pick the style from the list they had but she chose to do something suits my eyes and that what I loved about their salon, not like other salons who make it so bushy.

Scammers. Absolute disgusting business ethic. I previously booked the kardashian lashes,they were ugly and cheap looking despite being the most expensive thing offered. So for my second appt I booked the 3d. She did a horrible job and burned my eyes over and over. When I went to pay the told me they were charging me go the kardashian refill (nearly double the 3d) I’m disgusted that these people are still in business and am notifying the police. DONT GO HERE
