Amazing salon friendly team with great customer service go meet SULAIMAN he is absolutely phenomenal in colour and extensions that’s what I did there, I recommend everyone who is struggling where to go in Dubai for hair you can get your hair done here as a international traveler I strongly recommend Laurance Beauty Salon.

Probably the worst gel mani/pedi I’ve ever had. Cost AED 100 more than most big name salons and my nails had chipped after just one day. By day 2 I was using nail glue to try to stick the lifting gel back down just to make it to Christmas Day, and less than a week later, all my nails (finger and toes) had peeled off. Not worth the 350 Dirham price tag when it won’t even last a few days!

The most horrible gel manicure removal (used a metal tool to scrape off the gel which hurt and and send shivers down the spine). Also, charged me for a manicure without asking first and informing about the price. The manicure was bad quality as well. Altogether this took an hour which would take 15-20 mins in other salons. Please avoid at all costs, I know I will, there are so many better salons out there.

Unfortunately very bad experience at reception, the lady was very rude and is not professional at all. They should pay more attention to people they hire to greet and deal with customers for payments to be cheerful, professional and well trained for such a job !

They dont have the fix prices and there receptionist dont know anything about the services and recently i have paid 270 aed for the hairstyle and they took 472 aed for the same hairstyle in the same month…..

I recently stopped by Laurence Salon inquiring about the blow-dry cost and was told it’s 180 AED. However, upon returning the next day, they asked for 265 AED informing me that rates vary based on hair length and thickness! Vague explanation as they have seen my hair the day before and quoted the price accordingly. Felt so manipulative and misleading. Triple check the prices before you go..

Excellent service with Abed! My hair was damaged and my extensions were too. He fixed them and made my hair look flawless!! 100% recommended. I also did a hairstyle with him for a wedding and everyone was so impressed. He’s also very friendly and approachable. I will always be coming here.

Had the worst hair color! I came to the stylist Mr. Lawrence asking to fix the roots of my existing highlights, mentioning I only have 2 hours . While being busy on my phone I didn’t realise what was exactly happening. Mr Lawrence decided that I have too many colours on my head and he bleached 80% of the full length of my hair. First he backcombed all my hair before applying the color, saying he’s using some new technique from France and I will look amazing and I will have the best color of my life . Before applying shampoo and conditioner 2 people started brushing off back combed hair , it was very painful , when I looked at the brushes full of my hair which were ripped out of my head I got horrified. But there was no way back I had to let them finish the job . Instead of 2 hours I spend 4 hours , Mr Lawrence was washing my hair saying that I will be very happy with an outcome and it was worth a wait. He did a quick haircut , I didn’t have time for a Blowdry , I asked for a quick dry , jumped out of the salon as someone was washing for me and I was already 2 hours late . Only once I came home I looked in the mirror and I started crying because it’s not the result I wanted to see , I realised that my hair was totally bleached, roots were in patches of color , haircut wasn’t straight at the back . Disaster ! Immediately I started searching for a place in DIFC where I could fix the damage as soon as possible as I had to travel a day after . I Checked Google reviews and the ultimate place was Mike Alam Beauty. I didn’t regret, Mike specialises in fixing mistakes , he did a great job , he’s very professional . I had to spend another 4 hours in order to fix my colour and haircut but at least I was looking descent after all and ready to meet people .

They manipulate the prices and they never tell you the price with VAT included when you call ahead. They actually tried to charge more than their set prices more than once! I did a wavy hair blowout and he suggested that it’s best to use the ceramic curler but he didn’t mention anything about extra charges and eventually I was charged extra for that.One of the hairdressers did an amazing job with straight hair blowout but others were not as good as him.

Wife goes in today for a haircut and was quoted X with a blow dry included. Upon payment she was asked to pay almost 50% more than she was quoted on the phone. Annoys me companies think it’s ok to add large amounts to services with out telling clients. Utterly dishonest and a customer lost and I hope many more will be put off after reading my review. Learn to run an honest business please!

It was my first time coming to Laurance Salon today and it was amazing. Very friendly staff, clean atmosphere, and super hygienic! Abed was super helpful as well 💕

When the fame hit them, all they cared was the $$. No honesty, no trust. Was a happy client for 5 years only when things changed they burnt my hair, recommended a hair treatment that only made my hair worse and then when I asked for help to fix the mess he delegated the work to his employees which made my hair only worse. Even Rami had no words to describe what Laurance has done to my hair.

Heard a lot about them from a lot of social media stars.So decided to go to get my beard and haircut done.The guy who did was not even paying attention to cutting my hair. His whole focus was on his phone. I told him not to take the beard too low but he didnt care. Did what he had to do. Really do not recommend this place whatever the social media stars show you is a sham and paid publicity.

The place is conveniently located, clean and offers.many services. They did my hair beautifully ( wavy style) but the waves lost their shape 20 mins after I got back to my apartment and continued smoothing during the night. The problem however was my baby hair which I warned them about and they dismissed saying spray was enough. It stuck out ( Einstein style) after an hour. All in all its a good place to quickly do your hair in a pinch but Id pick somewhere else for important occasions.

I had higher expectations on their proficiency considering their reputation, my hair was done below average, not better than when I do it myself, and the manager did not even bother to ask if I was satisfied with his staff performance, not highly recommended

Absolutely horrendous worst salon ever my hair was dark brown now it’s red from the top and brown from the bottom and my roots are lighter than my bottom hair never trust them absolutely the worst salon and charges ridiculous prices and highlights were ashy now they are turning orange in just 5 days what even is this ?

Very very very overpriced I got a maxi hair treatment and he charged me 2100 why I would never go there again! The most important a hairstylist should have is honesty I was very surprised but I don’t recommend at all even I regretted that I didn’t go to Amro’s salon because prices Is reasonable

No good attention to detail and always quite a clumsy job done. I tried them a few times across different stylists with the same result. Doesnt fit the excessive amount they charge for poor service.

Rami had a real challengeI went overseas and my hair was a disaster my blonde had 3 different shades especially my regrowth was so gold and I also had a darker band in between coloursRami explained to me what needs to happen to rescue my hair and yes he sure passed the challenge my hair looks great and the experience was very nice friendly and I was happy with the price well done

Good morning. I went in for a color, cut and treatment. The manager made a great effort to accommodate me with the prices. Pamella shampooed me with a relaxing massage, she has the hands of an angel. رائد took care of the cutting the tinting the broching it was a radical changeHe is an artist in addition to being a hairdresser.I thank the entire salon team, I highly recommend, I will definitely come back.

The worst salon experience in Dubai! I went to sister Safaa to get my hair cut after a well-known fashionista complimented her. The sister has no soul at all, and she is on her phone watching her Turkish series, and it is not clear that there is a client who came here specifically for her, and when I told her then, “I will cut my hair to the middle of the back,” she discovers that my hair is cut to the shoulder, and she says, “I will never give you long hair.” Yes, I mean, how is it? You decided to pluck my hair, and on top of that, I have zero morals and no appreciation for the customer??? I hope the salon management retrains their employees on customer service because the situation is really bad! And lets not forget the fact that the price is very exaggerated!

My experience with Safaa Hair was very nice. I straightened my hair and it lasted for a quarter of an hour or 20 minutes, and my hair was done for the second day like it was and was not ruined, and everyone liked it. Thank you, my dear Safaa.

I had my hair dyed with them a year ago, but the dye disappeared in about two or three washes, and the hair became yellow and orange... However, the price varies. When we call the phone, we ask and there is a second price in the salon.. Zero credibility.

The worst salon I have ever been to dye my hair without trying it on one strand, a year ago, and the color came out like an echo, and until now I am suffering because I cut my hair to soften my cheeks and it remains burned after my hair was long and healthy. May God not forgive them.
