I would give them O starts. horrible! horrible! horrible! 2-3 years ago they were ok. they had a good offer on classic mani pedi and i went there today. From the start I could tell that the ladies doing the nails did not know what they were really doing, probably their training was verryyy pooorlyyy made! I just spend 1 h on nothing. cheap nail varnish, thick, waited 20 min in the salon to dry, another 30 home and after I changed in some joggers my nails looked like that. how much are we supposed to wait them to dry, 2 h?! do not do the same mistake i did, just pay little more and go to a better salon.

The worst experience with gelish manicure in Dubai.I informed them Id like to get French manicure, but the lady said I should have let her know that while making an appointment. In this case they were unable to do it. Fair enough. Then I wanted to choose a solid color instead. After a couple of minutes the lady took the nail color samples from me even though I havent finished choosing the color yet. Maybe she thought that other clients need it more, I dont know.2 hours later I ended up having hawk shape nails and paying 170 dirhams for them.I cant wait to get rid of them.

Nails are poorly done at this salon. It’s been 2,5 weeks since I did my nails and they are all chipped already, it has never happened to me before! I suppose they use cheap gel polishes or bad base and top coat. The nail job itself is below average. When I went to a Russian owned salon I was convinced that my nails will be done by a Russian nail artist because I know how good they are, but the girl wasn’t Russian and she didn’t do a good job at all.Overall the place is beautiful and the pricing is reasonable , if they train the staff to do their job better, I will come again and recommend it to my friends

If youre looking for a nail salon, I have to recommend against this place. I rarely write reviews but I left so frustrated that I feel i need to share my experience (I was going for a gelish manicure and classic pedicure).1) I will agree with several peoples comments that the quality of their polish is poor. I first selected a gel color and was told that it was an old bottle that will chip in 2-3 days, the second color I chose (an easily available black) appeared to stir up debate amongst them. Concerned, I opted for a third simple neutral color from the limited colors I had available to me.2) To add to the bad quality polish, I understand that some polishes will create shadows more than others, however, thick, old, stringy polishes will never yield a clean finish. My pedicurist completed my polish and at first glance I could see that there were thick globs of polish and a clear line separating the layers she had tried painting. After requesting it be repaired, I sat watching her attempt to remedy the situation with the poor polish and in the end it looked worse than before. Disappointed, I asked to have all the polish removed and left with unpainted toes.3) Customer service is poor. Im not sure whether the manicurist didnt speak English or was simply above communicating with me, but whatever it was, it came off rude. No hello, no youre all done now, no hand massage, just put cuticle oil, cleared her things, and walked away. While the paint job is okay, the gel was clearly not cured long enough because the nails are lacking shine, not to mention the gel that was left underneath my nails.I have been getting my nails professionally done in Dubai for years and I can confidently say that Ive never been more disappointed leaving what shouldve been a relaxing experience.

Short review: AVOID THIS PLACE.Detailed review: Horribly slow service, half machines do not work, most nail paints are dry, rude staff and less than zero customer services. I went coz i thought it will be quick as its an empty parlor and i love trying new places and give huge benefit of doubt to places. I spent 3 hours only for menicure and pedicure, had to cancel all my other plans. Now i know why its empty always. Please avoid at all cost. Your money will be better used at absolutely any other place.

I went there for manicure and pedicure because when I asked for price they send me offer of 199 for manicure and pedicure + removing old gel 37 which was fine for me to pay in total 273. I choose french manicure and they asked me to add some decoration on two nails and I said why not but noone metioned that french and this decoration is extra charge on everything. So from offer of 199 at the end I paid around 370 Dhs. On top of everything nails looks so thick and messy, each nail different shape. And after only two days gel detached from nail and that never happened to me before! So unprofessional! Girl who was doing manicure was really nice and polite but for sure she needs more practice and better materials. Will never go back there!

I did mani/pedi today and left the salon not very happy in the end. Ms Joy did pedicure and result was nice, the other lady (unfortunately I didn’t catch the name) simply abandoned me once she applied top coat, as other customer came and she immediately started serving her. She did not even informed me that the procedure was done etc. Moreover she didn’t even simply apply some hand cream or cuticle oil and I am not even mentioning light hand massage that you can get in any nail salon. So I had to ask for hand cream, which is quite basic for manicure. I believe there is definitely some room for service improvement. I am not sure if I come back.

My favorite Nail Saloon in Dubai. Good location, great value for money and some interesting offers are available. Always friendly personnel. Huge amount of colors to chose from. Officially best hair cuts I have ever had, Olha’s hands are magical. And most importantly there is always a welcoming atmosphere which makes u come back. Well done girls. Keep it up!

Had the most relaxing pedicure ever sitting in a massage chair. Farzana did a wonderful massage on my whole body and Gulya cut my hair and dressed it very beautiful. I look forward to coming back :) Thank you all

Such a rude and unprofessional desk ladies and manager.I felt like so uncomfortable at this salon.Nail service is good, but unfortunately every time such unpleasant experience or with manager or with desk ladies.Not coming back for any services.

I will never come here again I thought I would try it out as I am getting this done right now she already has been filing my SKIN? She my toe nails wonky I would not recommend they don’t even have a basic color as white I asked for second color they didn’t even have

The gel nail chipped in 2 days. I went back to fixed it, but it chipped again the next day, obviously the lady who did my nail is very unprofessional. And very bad costumer service of the receptionist. Hopefully the owner could find the right staff to work for her.

Good salon. I get my hair cut and hair style there. Gulya made my hair. I recommend it. 👍🏻

Hair damaged, lost length & bad color we agreed on brown she made bleaching destroyed my hair I lost itStylist called Gola , she should have advised that my hair will be damaged & broken but quality & professionalism are missedThey asked me for 765AED while they sent me for an offer 399AED max, or at least should inform me that they cheat on Instagram offers and will ask fir more moneyEven I paid I still keep this black color from roots & white from the end for long time & pay more to get my hair treated to fix the damageOMG I regret the moment I agreed to pay for this mess I should have called the police 🤦🏻‍♀️

The gel mani pedi is extremely good price and has never come off or chipped even at 3 weeks it still looks fresh .

I made an appointment in this salon and when I arrived, they said they were not working. Why you make booking if salon is not working. Disgusting 👎🏼

I saw the salon on Instagram, signed up at the beginning, and then saw the reviews here, to be honest, I already wanted to cancel the appointment, but decided to take a chanceAs a result, the coated manicure was done at 4.The only thing I would like to add is that the color palette is very small and inaccurate, and they do a cut manicure, not a hardware one, when everyone else has already switched to a hardware manicure a long time agoIn the end, everything lasted only 1.5 weeks. Poor quality material

Wooooooooow!!!! Discovered by chance on the way. I popped in briefly to inquire. The welcome was very warm, friendly and accommodating. I got to it straight away. A normal manicure and a normal pedicure. The treatments were carried out at the same time by two friendly ladies. Very thorough and gentle, really a great job!!! I can only recommend it to everyone!!! And great price! Thanks for that! See you again 😍🙌
