I went in for a protein treatment after having gone through their google reviews and rightly so, did not disappoint. Those boys are warm and friendly, go about their jobs very quietly but efficiently. Love how my hair looks and feel. Extremely happy with the results and highly recommend it, especially at the wow prices they were offering currently. Would love to try their color services in future.

My experience with this saloon was mesmerizing!! From the moment I stepped in Issam welcomed me with a big hospitable smile and take a good care of me until he handed me over to Joseph who truly went above and beyond to please me and was so gentle with my hair.Thank you guys! Surely I’ll be back!! 💋

I was staying at Atana Hotel and got me and my Mom a treat with Janice’s Pedicure.She is a very friendly and lovely person and has a very gentle and kind way of treatment. We loved it and will surely come back in our next Dubai trip. Thanks a lot Janice! :)

This place has a different owner now but they operate under the same name. They do not inform regular customers , charging extortionate prices at the end of the service which comes as a surprise. I felt tricked into paying a much higher fee for the same service. They saw I was a regular, asking for the same hairdresser. All they said was that they have a “different system”. A courteous note on the changes of tariff would be expected. They even had the audacity to shout arguing! Absolutely shocking. Avoid.

*** DO NOT USE THIS SALON IT’S DREADFUL****My wife was left in tears and humiliated by the staff at this awful salon yesterday!She simply popped in because she had a broken false nail that simply needed glueing or gently removing. The normal process would be to soak the nail in nail remover before gently taking the broken false nail off !The dreadful technician simply used a pair of pliers and simply ‘ripped’ the nail off before my wife could remonstrate and stop her!! My wife was left in excruciating pain, whilst the technician and another female technician who was present at the time, thought it was funny! This left my wife humiliated and in pain!! They continued to giggle about it and speak in Arabic to each other! This is important because they asked my wife in English if she spoke Arabic before they started speaking in Arabic .. clearly not wanting her to know what they were saying!!My wife had to leave at this point as the dreadful technician wanted to continue even though she had assaulted her in our opinion.I went back to the salon myself to discuss what had happened, but the staff were totally indifferent, especially the make manager left in charge, they simply tried to say the technician was a professional!! She was not a professional I can assure you of this!! She was rude to me in the salon and kept shouting at me in Arabic . I left extremely dissatisfied with their attitude, despite my calmness and professionalism towards the staff.I have left a message at the hotel reception for contact from the manageress who was not present. I’m still waiting for contact as I write this review!Again I recommend YOU DO NOT USE THIS SALON, it was a terrible experience for my wife! We are not normally complainers but on this occasion I felt it necessary !!I have attached two photos of the damage this person caused my wife’s finger and is still in terrible pain today!!Alan Reeves

Molham slim really did a great job with my hair. They were brassy and almost had three colors. He colored them fresh and blended them really good. Feel awesome!Will sure come back to him when in Dubai.

If I had an option of giving them a 100 stars I would have happily done that ! It was my first visit and I got such a warm welcome first of all . Nayel had been so patient with me with all my issues and guided me so rightly ,Janice did my mani pedi and she knows her job so well :) aseel was my first point of contact she had been so nice and humble , hossam did my blow dry and hair color again job amazingly done ! And Mohammad was so kind :) Thanku guys ! Specially nayel. I’ll definitely be visiting you guys again

Hello, I’ve been to Lazord Salon and did my hair extension, manicure pedicure and wax. Oh my God I was so satisfied with everything i did, I mean everything was done professionally and all the staffs there are soo good . And not forgetting the hospitality they gave me too was so great. All thanks to Lazord Salon for this gorgeous transformation 🙏

I was a customer of the hotel and the day before leaving to leave for another trip I decided to ask the price for washing and drying my hair, the secretary at the entrance told me 150 dirhams, not cheap but for the urgency I had it was fine , when I went the following morning the boy spontaneously fixed my tips with scissors, for this NOT requested service I paid another 100 dirhams! Shameful that a wash and style on the outskirts of Dubai cost me more than €60.Absolutely not recommended.

Very nice salon, the hairdressers are very friendly but above all extremely competent, the best hairdresser I have ever known and I have met many who are very good at brushing flawless colors and applying very good quality extensions.I highly recommend you.

Frankly speaking, I am from Saudi Arabia and I live in the hotel. The work of the young men was cutting, consulting and hairstyles. It was an excellent job, even in dealing with the customers. It was very elegant and I wanted to convey my voice and my beautiful experience. Thank you to the beautiful team. May God bless you.
