Lazurde henna and beauty saloon

Very bad experience 😕Staff dont know their work.They dont respect clients and cant handle more than one customer at a timeThey dont know even how to wash hair.They made my hair look so sticky and bad after wash in their salon.They spoiled my day today.

I visited the salon yesterday for henna. After spending 3.5 hours in the salon (mind you it was not very crowded but the staff could not handle few customers), the henna has very light colour. Paid 150 for both hands and came back with thick bad design with no colour. Extremly disappointed !Reply to your comment: there was no number given to any customer for the 3.5 hours I spent in the salon. I asked for henna on 4 sides. First side was done by one person. After she finished one side, she went to another customer, second person came to me, did the second side. Then she went to another person while I was still waiting for 2 front sides to be done. After waiting another hour and I asked the supervisor whats going on, why are they not completing my henna at once, she said it needs to dry .. are you serious ! Is this a professional salon ? I have never visited any salon where they wait for the henna to DRY.The design done by second girl was pathetic. I would not even pay 10 dhs for it but I didnt say anything as it was eid and the girls are tired.. cherry on the cake was that your henna had no colour. My colour looks like it is 5 days old after 24 hours. HORRIBLE !

I went at 4:30 pm to get a queue token and I showed them the design I wanted before taking my token and I was informed that it will be similar and not exactly the same which I agreed to.After waiting from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm to get my henna done when it was my turn I showed the lady the same design and she refused to do it as it will take too much of her time! Very unprofessional and they wasted so much of my day just before Eid.

This is the first time I try this salon in Dubai, and to be honest, they are not short on their engraving, it is beautiful and precise, and God willing, the color of the henna from the second day has been dark red, and the one whose name is Jehan Latifa, and she is very nice to us 💗 thank you Jehan
