The new management made this saloon the worst saloon in Dubai👎👎👎👎👎They are unprofessional at all, 👎👎👎👎👎I took off day from work to do hair treatment at 10 am.They didnt come the saloon was closed and i was waiting next the door till 10.30 am.then they told me that the hair treatments lady will not come till 11.30 am😳😳😳😳😳, they simply forgot my appointment, 😳😳😳👎👎I was so so upset, I called the Indian manager lady and all what she said was : Sorry!!😳😳 She didnt propose anything to apologizeSo I asked for a discount or free additional service and SHE REFUSED!!!😳😳😳HOW RUDE WAS THAT!!!👎👎👎👎👎 UNBELIEVABLE!! UNPROFESSIONAL AT ALL👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎then I left the saloon, and I got my treatment In another saloon for 20% less price.So dont go to this saloon, it is THE WORST saloon I have ever seen 👎👎👎
