Did manicure and pedicure - had a fab result - the ladies were very precise and did a great job. Nails look gorgeous. Super quick too! The only bad thing about the experience was that they charge 80AED to remove old gel and that’s a lot - especially that it was a 5 minute job. This is why I gave it 4 stars otherwise it would have been 5!

Today was my first time in Le Vendôme Ladies beauty lounge and definitely not the last.Very clean, calm, and friendly staff.Jine welcomed me and accommodated me without scheduled appointment. Waiting time was Zero.Sudha did my gel manicure and Flavia did my regular pedicure, very precise and professional.

I really enjoyed the service, both the staff and the lady in-charge were very kind! Definitely worth the visit.

Nisha is a very good nail artist . she is the reason that I do my pedicure on monthly basis in here and just with her.

Beautiful salon, ladies were so friendly and helpful with choosing colors. Got a manicure and pedicure and very happy with the service. Only downside is their prices. I was charged 150 AED for nail art on 2 nails and the prices were not explained beforehand.

I came here for a couple of treatments. I had Faiza as my assistant. She was great when it came to doing my foot massage. They created a lovely environment for me, she was friendly and very calming. I had a really good experience here. I would highly recommend this salon.However when it came to eyebrow threading I found it was more painful than usual. The day after i had scabs forming across my whole forehead and side of my face where she had ripped my skin off whilst threading! I regularly thread my forehead and haven’t had issues like this but it was literally on every part her thread touched my skin. I will never have threading done here again.

Love Thuraya’s work. Wavy blow dry is a must try, it lasts even the next day, and even through the hot weather. 10/10 would recommend!

Booked a last minute mani pedi at Le Vendome and I couldn’t be happier. Nail technicians are very patient, professional, friendly, and just really good at what they do. The ambiance is great, the place is really clean, and it was an overall great experience!

From making a reservation to the actual treatment, Le Vendome exceeded my expectations. Jean from reception, who also took my booking, was very friendly and accommodating. Thuraya the stylist really knows her stuff! She gave recommendations on what treatment would best suit my hair type. I will definitely come back to Le Vendome. This is my newest Happy Place 😊

I walked out in the middle of my mani-pedi. Equipment and cleanliness standards are WAY under par for what you are paying. Pay almost double the normal amount for mani-pedi and the items that are supposed to be sterilized are only put into the open sterilization packets, clearly not sterile. Toe separators and buffers appear overly used, once again, clearly not sterilized. The lady doing the pedicure started scrubbing old skin off of the foot file in the water my feet were soaking in! I asked whether they had replaceable foot files and she then went on a search for new file and came back with a very sarcastic smirk on her face. The UV lamp for the nails appears old, dirty and gross. Pedicure lady absolutely ruined the shape of my toe nail! See attached photo. Don’t understand what the point is of paying almost twice the price of mani-pedi at most other places for these horrendous hygienic standards.

Went for meni pedi - price was so high and all they did is my nail color and that’s that- no wash no massage wallah ! Very expensive no value for money - they don’t have fast dryer for nail color - and reception conveys prices saying this is excluding vat - oh pls get over it - tell client exact amount and that it. Highly disappointed- they must have meni and pedi combos - bad business strategy and products are very normal not even high end -

I wanted a specific blonde color but without the bleach. On my black hair. So to be able to achieve that feat without damaging my hair, hats off to Thurayya for pulling it off. And the entire team is so hospitable and friendly. Glad we have a great salon in the community. 10 stars!

I had a pedicure with Teddy. She was efficent and was gentle with my feet. I enjoyed the entire experience. The staff was nice and welcoming. It is nice to know that there is a good salon in my community.

I dont recommend anyone to go here. They dont even know how to provide service to a customer. They dont even know how to talk. There is no professionalism at work. They use used towels for salon chairs. Its a very dirty place. Hasnt anyone checked these things with Dubai Municipality? Dont go here, its a waste of your time and money. Its the worst salon ever seen in Dubai. This is what happens when people with management mistakes and lack of proper knowledge start a salon

I’m beyond disappointed! The worst salon that I’ve ever seen. Overpriced, Unprofessional, bad service & bad materials. I was doing classic nails , my nails started ruining and still I am in the salon, I asked for repair and the technician did it messy, I asked her if she’s satisfied by the results, she said no I can’t do it properly I will ask someone else to do it, and it’s only classic manicure!!! I waited no one came, then I told her please bring someone I am in hurry, she started saying please anyone come to complete and no one turned even!! As I am invisible!! Then I applied it for my self to finish it and I went out without any apologies from their side or any attempt to fix the nail! I paid 315AED for removing old gel & classic meni pedi, which is so overpriced!! I usually do in business bay gel extensions for meni & pedi + color + design + cleaning + everything only 250AED & the results are just perfect done by Russian technicians! And they made me paid in advance before finishing but I didn’t see it as a red flag until they were done!! Even if I will write an essay about how disappointed I am it will not be enough.. imagine they applied the color without even shaping the nails!! And when I said please fix it they said we are closing please contact the manager!! I will share one pic of the unfixed nail.. ps: I know my nails are small but I can do them better than this!سيء جداً لا أنصح بتجربته

Save your money and go to any salon outside of Damac Hills 2.If I could give it less than one star, I would have.I used to enjoy going to this place occasionally to get my nails done, UNTIL:1 - One day I decided to get a simple hair trim, and the woman decided to cut it on DRY HAIR.I told the woman that this not normal, NEVER has anyone given me a trim on dry hair. And she argued that it’s normal and just kept on spraying water to basically keep my mouth shut.Went home, straightened my hair, to find in uneven. Of course. So went to another salon the next day to get a trim, where i told them that i got my hair cut when it was dry, they were shocked.My hair is wavy mind you, but nonetheless, wavy or straight hair should always be wet before a trim.2 - My mother decided to go there today to get her hair and nails done, advised her not to but she didn’t listen to me.She came home with a horribly flat blow dry.They charged her for medium hair when her hair is unquestionably short.When she was getting her nails done, the woman didn’t even put her hands in water before removing the cuticles (AGAIN, unheard of) and my mom did not enjoy the painful process.When it came down to doing her feet, the woman was going to do the same thing WITHOUT SOAKING HER FEET IN WATER. My mother put her foot down and told the woman to soak her feet because this isn’t normal.Called them over the phone to complain and ask for the manager, who wasn’t present.And they had the audacity to defend their case and that all i mentioned above was normal and that the manager would contact me.Don’t want to even speak to the manager anymore, preferred sharing our lovely experience on here.Overpriced just because we’re in the middle of nowhere, so seriously go anywhere else and pay the same amount or even less and get normal service. Not even good, just normal service.

Always happy with the services and the results at this salon. Have been lots of times now for colours, cuts, nails, facials and massages and they are always so accommodating. Hopefully the influx of new customers can adjust the google reviews to match the faultless service that I and many others have always received here.

Had one of the worst experiences... went there for eyebrows, upperlip and a simple hair trim..The eyebrows and upperlip were done OK.I had specifically asked the manager there if her girls can cut hair and she so confidently said YES SHE HAS THE BEST why on earth do people lie jst to make an extra buck...(ur going to loose customers for bad experiences) I wld have appreciated if she had said No we dnt hve a hair stylists for cutting hair but we r very good with blow drys and nails etc.. that wld hve been an honest business quality.But MY.. my.. my... 🤬🤬 the hair trim was jst HORRIBLE... a simple blunt haircut that I previously had jst needed to be trimmed n they cut it so uneven that I have to wait for it to grow out to rectify it.. n the aducity of the staff to say that its OK n because of the blow dry it looks uneven... The staff (manager & hair stylists) are so arrogant and the aducity to say we will give u a 10%discount like I am waiting for a discount for screwing up my hair that I cant even tie or leave open 🙄.Bottom line... drive out of the community for your grooming services if u wnt value for money n quality services..N to top it off they are not cheap too..

I went for Manicure, Pedicure and a normal 30min facial. Manicure was done fine. Facial was a total waste of time and money.I had a horrible experience.it felt like just simply taking cream on palm and applying on my face . It was not a facial at all. Please dont waste your money here if you are looking for facial.30 min are decent to get a good clean up and scrub on the face but nothing like that sort happened. Only they keep the steamer open on your face most of the time.Extremely poor facial and sadly disappointed as full time and money waste.

I visited their beauty lounge and had a fantastic experience with Sudha. The whole staff was friendly, and Sudhas skills were really good. She shaped my eyebrows perfectly and was really nice. Her cute and cheerful demeanor added to the positive vibe of the salon. I highly recommend the salon for a great experience! The staff is awesome but unfortunately I got really dissappointed by the results. I bought a big package for hair and also did my nails. My hair turned out pretty yellowish and my nails don’t look like they have been made by a professional. I feel so sad because I spent a lot of money. I also told the staff that I am not 100% satisfied but after 5 hours I had no time to stay there anymore.

Sudha and Jean were very good. I did eyebrow threading and service was excellent !

I had good experience here, i did a facial few months ago, they are very committed to helping you. My mom and I get eyebrows threading very often, they are quite nice with their surface.

The worst ever experience for nail gelish.First I have booked with a stuff which not experienced as a nail specialist.The process was unpleasant in cleaning stage where is very harsh and they have to repeat my nail color different time because of multiple layers of nail polish which took 2 hours to finish.Overall I dont recommend for nail cleaning and color at all.

Such a poor service. The worst saloon I ever visited. I paid 350 for my manicure and got messy nail overlay. I usually go to another saloon where I get my mani done for 220 and wear them for 1 month - they look perfect also! I had no time to go there, hence visited D2 saloon. A technician never showed up and reception woman did my manicure with the sadest face ( as if she was making me a favor!). When I asked her if she is sure she can do nail, she reassured me that yes! As a result I got messy nails like as if a student technician was doing her training on me ( for 350 dirham!!!!) in two days broken and peeling nails!! Like seriously what is that?? I’m in pain now because of the broken nail and waiting for my appointment with my regular saloon. Please you are not supposed to provide services if ur not professional!! Especially at extreme cost! And I’m not paying for someone having their training on my nails!

Absolutely the worst salon. Very rude staff and horrible service. Prices are super expensive as well. Dont waste your money! Go to the loft or tips and toes so professional. I asked the lady for an almond shape for my nails she kept complaining 🤣 I was in shock.she cut my nails really short and ruined the shape of my nails. Omg absolutely horrible i will never go there again.
