Worst experience if only I could rate anything below 1. The staffs are not even close to beginners they have no idea of what they’re doing!!Using customers as their experiment hub and trying out weird things on their clients is their go to.This staff who did my basic blowdry was so slow and trying so hard to bring my already short hair straight, finally when she was able to achieve she tells her colleague in HINDI “I finally got it right!!”Is this how you behave infront of a customer??! When this happened I wanted to walk off immediately.I basically went for curls and I ended up reaching home with straight hair + wasted an hour of my precious time.The staff said she could do full curls as they do not have the appropriate hair tool. Now is that my problem?? Why wasn’t I told before that they wouldn’t be ABLE TO DO WHAT I HAD ASKED FOR??And my GOD! The way they force you to pay the entire bill for a JOB that wasn’t done and no apologies as well.TERRIBLE TO THE COREI really hope the manager reads my comments and helps their staff in purchasing enough hair tools as it’s not the CUSTOMER’s job and learn some lessons on how to run a saloon and teach their staffs some manners and yes most importantly give them TRAINING

I had my nails done on Tuesday... with Adisha. She was so gentle. My nails look beautiful. Now I just hope that they hold... But so far so good... Thank you Nash for this service that you have provided and for your staff. :)

I loved the service there it was amazing, water, tea and sweets but after a week or so the nails started turning yellow? One of my real finger nails fell off with the nail because nail tech used too much glue for the acrylic extension. I love this salon but the total results for the nails are not what I was expecting.

Very pleasant atmosphere easy appointments, welcoming staff and talented employees staff spent their time fixing every detail of my hair until perfect, fantastic service was provided i was thirilled with my eyebrows, wax and hair cut totally amazing, i will be back for more service well done to leverage beauty salonHighly recommend

Pathetic service and the product and staff......The products which they are using is not good.I did my hand wax and after a day i noticed my hand skin is completely burnt and the color of my hand has damaged and became black and got big black patches,After complaining and showed them the result they are not even bothered to apologies.Not even symphathise,Such an unexpected behaviour from manager,So i dont recommend anyone to waste their money and their skin.Review2:i am unable to reply to the owner reply , so i am editing and adding to the same review,Miss,you wrote i came before 3 weeks ago ,did you check your cameras???, i just visited exactly on 20th sep ,by saying this ,are you trying to make me wrong here??After burning my skin neither the staff nor the owner apologize.such a rude behaviour.Accept your mistake simply and do not require any more services from your parlour.Thank you.

I went for hair treatment there and I must say that the owner is very professional and welcoming . The staff is trained and friendly and offer very warm service. I am yet to comment on the results of the treatment as I have to see how much it lasts but so far so good. Try it yourself and know

Before a month Adisha did my threading and wax it was good but yesterday I went again for eyebrow threading and upper lip waxing and she was busy so another staff did it and she used a cheap wax because the staff was going to do with good wax but another one said no use honey wax and now I have small bumps on my face because of cheap wax

Too much bad services they don’t know how to work charges are high but the process is very low don’t go for hair any treatment

I dont know where the consumer protection is. They have a price every monthI speak to them everything. No no no. They do not speak Arabic or English. The excuse for why you change the price every time is that Honor is not the same as it was a month ago and the same as it was two months ago.
