The worst experience I had ever in Dubai …. I firstly wrote them to book for acrylic set and made it clear I don’t like any other product on my nails, they said yes and once I arrive in salon they are putting for me plastic extensions that are white !! And look so bad! Then I ask for a glitter French and they said it’s possible … once we are about to do the requested design they tell me they don’t have the product and that anyway for French I have to pay extra, I asked to speak to the owner and she was so talking so disrespectful asking her staff to translate for her, when I asked her if she would wear these nails she replied :NO. Unbelievable!! They also refused to refund the money
Visited the salon last week, I strongly dont recommend this place . I booked an appointment to avail the ongoing offer they had for 80 dhs the receptionist charged me 95 dhs from my card without informing , when i inquired she said its 5 percent vat. Later on i messaged her informing her that vat for 80 aed is 4 dhs she said its because you chose glitter polish, completely changed her stance. Everyone who sees my nails think ive got them botched as you can see the uneven shape /length and extreme pain i had to endure during this long process . This is the result i got after 2 hrs of tolerating the nail technician literally peeling my skin to get rid of cuticles. And i had completely natural nails still she overcharged me with this kind of shabby work thats looks like its been done with someone who is still ongoing training. Please save your money and dont go here. Overall horrible experience.
Visited them for getting my nails done. They have done an amazing job and had plenty of colours to choose from. Quality work and Quality Products used .
Did my nails for a refill such a rude technician didn’t even say hello, she took away all he material from my nails and even a bit from my own so it felt like I was burnt. And she pulled my fingers and got irritated because I was sometimes stiff on my fingers because of how she was treating my nails. One of my nails was shorter at the end then the others plus it took over 2 hours for a refill. Will never go back! I really don’t recommend people to go there
I recommend Kata, she did a really good job with my pedicure, thank you.But these are the things I would like you to improve:There’s no need for the receptionist to wear headphones even when the costumers talk to her, it’s not welcoming.You have to disinfect your material, you’ve used the same tools with me right after another client without washing them, it’s not sanitary, no body wants fungus.I see nail artist learning and I encourage them but maybe they should practice with people who don’t pay.You have black face posters hanging in the walls, black skin is not makeup, being black is not something you can put on or off whenever you feel like it, not using a black model and instead painting one in black is just racist. Take that off the walls and please educate yourself about the harm of blackfacing.The wood tables for the pedicure are really uncomfortable, you can’t place your feet properly for the technician to do a good job.Greetings
Rude staff and shabby work... Understandable that theyre a new salon, I visited the place as the were running promotional offers and texted them on instagram beforehand with a picture of what I wanted to get done, which was a pink ombre acrylic set...they confirmed it can be done but when I get there the staff was astonishingly rude, manhandling everything and getting polish all over my hands, not able to give me the ombre, not responding to my questions and blatantly ignoring me until I repeat myself multiple times.. finally settled for a plain gel polish as she was clearly struggling with any nail art...took about 3-4 tries and I was being as nice and patient as possible despite everything, as a customer it was the first time Ive seen such impatient and angry staff, wanted to get a pedicure as well but ended up not doing it.The end result was probably a 6/10, but not worth the experience and anxiety it gave me, sorry to say.Oh, and they barely speak English so be prepared to get very frustrated.
2nd time doing mani-pedi with them and I always have a good experience. First time I did a nice shade of green I’ve been wanting but can’t find in other salons, and this time a Matt finished purple gelish that I really love, so much worth than you paid for. Will come back to try their Eyelash extension 💃🏻
Contacted them on Thursday to make an appointment for 4pm Saturday. Turned up to the appointment and they had double booked with another lady with the same name as me and refused to do my nails as they were too busy the girl could only laugh and say sorry but I had traveled 20 mins for my appointment to be turned away. Very unreliable won’t be going back
I got my nails done 5 days ago.. i told them i want something strong because i have weak nails .. they affirmed they use strong material .. after 2 days only manicure started to peel .. i tried to contact them many time no respsone and also they have bad behavior with the customers they do not respect or communicate about the designI recommend Not To choose this saloon..BAD EXPERIENCE

The most disgusting eyelash lamination ever! The master simply ruined the eyelashes. Nail service is excellent, but lamination is disgusting
