I don’t recommend this salon at all, had the worst gelish manicure, and they charge same price as salons who use high quality polish brands, while they have unknown low quality brands.

My wife always gets all her beauty treatments done at your salon, and we are absolutely satisfied with the results every single time. I highly recommend everyone to try your services, especially the nail care section—it’s exceptional!

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I specifically requested that no hot tools be used near my hair extensions, yet they burned them, causing significant damage to my hair. They took no responsibility for their actions, forcing me to spend my last day in Dubai finding an expert to correct their mistake. Additionally, all my nails broke immediately after leaving. This has been one of the worst salon experiences of my life, and the damage to my hair is heartbreaking.

I like most of the services in this salon their nail artist is veryyyyy professional and frieandly also their lash artist is one of the best in dubai , i do my hair keratin, highlight , and hair cut here 2 times that it was amazing 🤩🤍

The blow dry was so good. I have a curly hair which I rarely blow dry so it gets difficult to deal with my roots and baby hair. The girl who have done my hair is syrian.

The worst salon I’ve been to, made an appointment, they didn’t even have it, had to wait for an hour, so much of attitude as if you are not a customer and they are doing you a favor. The quality of hair care is also rubbish, waste of money and time

I fixed my nails there which was amazing and I would back to them again for sure .They have lovely stuff as well which I enjoyed my time there during fixing my nails

The bad salon ever the owner not professional the stuff are wearing clothes like a bar or night club when you go inside you got a bad image bad service us well ship products its too bad to see a salon in a very good country like uae with a very cheap quality like that

I don’t recommend this salon for nail extensions. Worse extensions ever. It took 3 hours and the result is so bad. Super square, thick and not straight applied gel. Will get them removed asap.

I did my eyebrows microblading & they look so natural & beautiful, i had free full consultation with her first , she recommended what is the best shape & color for my face which i was concerned about ,but she was very patient with client & professional. Everything was clean & disposable & opened infront of me , thank you to her amazing work & behavior

All my dress damaged (bleached)with hair dye. Water runs all over my back and I asked to stop twice. The comment of the owner - it can happen, next time dress something simple 🤷🏼‍♀️ Refused to compensate.The color of hair terrible : grey on the top and yellow tips of the hair, no smooth color changing. Terrible experience and worst place to visit.

I got gel nails done and pedicure with gel polish. I didnt want any of these but this was all they offered. My pedicure was not even in the spa bath. The lady got water and a bucket and wet the scrub and did my feet whilst I was getting my gel nails done. I still had to pay full price!! I only wanted norm nail polish but they dont have this. Very disappointed. The gel nail extensions came off after one week! They took 3 hours to do! And still very uneven, bumpy and some thicker than others.

If i can rate zero i would was worst eyelashes ever plastic and looks so fake and i asked to be from 9 to 13 sizes once she done all are same size and she was denied that. And saying no it is same as I requested , and i was asking for one by one and next day when it fall was bulk and the worst that all falls within 2 days it is waste of time and money i don t recommend it at all .

Got a hair cut, eyebrow threading and protein treatment done. The owner was so professional while doing the eyebrow threading that I dint feel any discomfort. Great work. Also not to forget, the hair stylist does her work so well and does not hurry up. Thank you. Will come back soon for other services.

Last 3 days back I had been to this salon for the first time I did my keratin thereIt came out so well 🫶 I loved it 😍 the price is reasonable…. Highly recommend… The owner is such a sweetheart she suggested me with the shampoo and mask so that this keratin stays … just love the service .. the philippine I forgot her name she did a wonderful job ❤️ will visit soon 💯

I went to the Lilia salon to do my eyelash exstensions. I have tried out many places in Dubai, but this place is definitely the best one to do it !! They do it so detailed and nice, and the ladies working there are incredible kind. My favourite salon in Dubai, 100% recommended.

It’s a neat and clean saloon with free covered parking.Lot of clients and the saloon was getting more full on a Friday evening.Everyone minds their business and clean service.Jibek does good eyeliner. She has a steady hand and is quiet patient.

Very clean, nice Vibes, i go for Miled, his work is amazing, super nice , you feel so comfortable and welcomed. I didnt have to wait, service was amazing.. best part is free parking inside the building 🌷

The permanent chic lady(jibek) is the most unprofessional person youll ever see. Please dont be attracted by the prices as these people dont respect your time and cancel on you after you have reached there. Theyre unclean, rude and very unprofessional.I did my first eyebrow microshading with her. She half did it and asked me to come for a touch up.they never gave an appointment for such a long time and when they did they cancelled it after they made me wait for half hour there.The main lady is nice and its unfortunate that she has to work with jibek.

After so many trials I finally found a Full Service Beautysalon in Dubai. The staff is so qualified & kind. I did my nails once & went back for more services like Lashextensions, Blowout & Pedicure. I love the energy in this studio. Also the owner is such a sweetheart. 10/10 💯💎

Very bad service, first the team don’t speak English and hard to understand, I booked for eyebrows lamination and lash lifting , from the first time I entered I explained I have appointment for these services, half an hour later they said the lash lifting glue is not good and I have to wait for the driver to bring Another one , after I finished my eyebrows which is an hour later , they kept me on my chair waiting and no one even asked why I was waiting or followed with me , I had to ask again and explain I am waiting for the lash lifting and then they said oh it is Sunday no delivery today

The worst lashes you can get in whole Dubai dont waste your money

Worst manicure of my life!!! My nails broke after a week, it was very painful, very disappointing... There are no sterile instrumentsThe girls are just tin and not a manicure, nothing is sterilized, after a week their nails cracked along with their own, it’s very painful, I don’t know where to go now

Girls, dont even think about going there. A Russian-speaking girl did the manicure, she did more or less, there were a lot of shortcomings, but you can tolerate it for 3 weeks. But your pedicure will be done by a Filipina who is also a cleaning lady there, I have nothing against her nationality, she did the work on her knees, there is no talk of professionalism there, it’s a blunder, I don’t understand why I agreed to all this. The salon is already shabby, dirty and not comfortable.
