Unfortunately, My wife recently visited Lily Beauty Salon for a hair coloring appointment, and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. The color was applied unevenly, resulting in an unsatisfactory outcome. To make matters worse, her new shirt was damaged by the dye used during the process, which was very frustrating.What particularly upset us was the response from the salon after the incident. The store manager and the stylist who performed the coloring were not very understanding. Instead of offering an apology or a solution, we felt rather dismissed.When we tried to address the issue with the management, we were informed that the managers were on vacation and that nothing could be done at the moment. For a business of this size, we expected that someone would be responsible and able to handle such situations.Unfortunately, we are now considering legal action, as no compensation has been offered to us so far. We had hoped for a better resolution but are disappointed by how the situation was handled.It’s important to us that other customers are aware of our experience. Regrettably, based on this, we cannot recommend Lilly Beauty Salon. We sincerely hope that the salon improves its processes and customer service in the future.

I came for classic manicure and pedicure, and to be fair, Suzan and Diane did a great job in cleaning. However, the quality of top coat that was added above the nail polish seems poor. After less than a day, after waking up, I noticed that the top coat is already damaged as shown in the pictures, and the shine is gone.I would come back again only in case they improve the quality of the products.

I recently visited Lily_beauty salon and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.First, the bed service was far from relaxing. The salon’s layout or the bed setup was uncomfortable, and I didn’t feel like I was getting the professional and relaxing treatment that I expected from a salon of this reputation. For a place that charges a premium, the comfort and care during the service should have been much better.Second, I was really taken aback by the staff behavior. While I understand that salons can be busy, the staff seemed uninterested in offering a welcoming or attentive experience. The stylist didn’t take the time to listen to my concerns, and I felt rushed throughout the appointment. There was no consultation or discussion about the condition of my hair or what I wanted, which led to me feeling unheard and frustrated.Lastly, and most concerning, the damage to my hair was severe. I went in for hair color, hair cut and treatment service, and left with hair that looked noticeably damaged. The color was uneven, and my hair felt dry and brittle. I had trusted the salon to take proper care of my hair, but now I’m facing extensive damage that will take time and effort to repair. This is not something I expected from a professional salon.I would not recommend this place to others based on my experience. Customer service and quality should be a priority, and unfortunately, my visit to lily _beauty _dubaimall was a letdown in every regard.

After having a bad experiences with other beauty salon they colored my hair orange and copper I was scared to color my hair , I found Lily beauty salon Laila is very professional, patient and smiling she did a great job , my hair was highlighted with out any damages the color was amazing she saved me from the orange color I get from the other salon thank you so much for Laila for the amazing color now I found my new stylist I am very happy with my hair color , I went to Lily beauty salon crying because I done very bad orange copper color from another salon and my hair was very dry Laila was very patient and she change all the orange and copper to fantastic color 🩷🩷🩷

I got acrylic nail extensions on 16th from the dubai mall branch and the nail tech did such a horrible job so I went again the next day and another nail tech (Susan) fixed them and actually did a decent job. But because the initial job was so bad, all the nails started coming off within few days (from 19th). I paid around 200 AED which I don’t think is cheap so I didn’t expect that the quality will be so poor. Normally, my acrylics last around 3-4 weeks or more.

My wife recently visited for hair dying and treatment as a celebration for our anniversary. The next day, she found out that her hair was not straitened properly from the front and she had to revisit them the next day where they had to do a retouch and we thought it was all sorted out. However the day after and after washing her hair exactly as she was told to do so, she found out that her hair was not at all straitened from the middle and looked like she had never done a treatment let alone doing it 1 day ago. When she contacted the manager to ask for partial refund of the hair treatment amount, she was told no and that the only thing they could offer would be offering her other services with the same amount of money. I would never let her go back again to this place as we lost faith and trust in their skills and honesty. It was an absolute horrible experience with a place in such a fancy mall which is not cheap at all!!!!

I recently visited Lily Beauty Salon, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. All their technicians were disrespectful and rude, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. Whats even more concerning is that the owner is aware of this behavior and chooses to keep it that way.The quality of the equipment is poor, as evidenced by the pedicure tub breaking midway through my session, causing water to leak everywhere. This incident felt so yucky and was the complete opposite of relaxing.Additionally, despite arriving on time for my hair service, I was forced to wait while other customers who arrived later were taken before me. This lack of organization and respect for appointments only added to the frustration.To make matters worse, after all this fiasco, the manager asked me to take a photo of my hair to post on their Instagram. I was appalled by her lack of concern of what I’ve been through at their salon.The salon also suffers from poor ventilation, making it an uncomfortable environment. There is no privacy for hijabi customers, adding to the overall discomfort.Overall, I would not recommend Lily Beauty Salon due to their rude staff, poor quality equipment, and blatant disrespect for customer time and personal beliefs. Its not worth the stress and discomfort.

This salon is absolutely terrible. I spent three hours getting nail extensions, and the result was a complete disaster. The service was awful, and the technician’s hands were trembling because she was scared of the manager. She kept ripping off the nail she had just glued on because it was crooked, causing me pain in the process. This wasn’t the first time something like this happened.The salon had no air conditioning, the tools were not sterilized, and the quality of the nails was extremely poor. Today is only the fifth day since I got them done, and the material is already starting to lift. It’s a disaster in every sense of the word.Pay more for better quality—it’s worth it. I paid 260 AED for absolutely nothing. I wasted my time and money here.

Worst experience ever,i went there for highlights and keratin but her hairstylist said take the protein treatment which will be good for your hair so i agreed and pay 600aed that was the waste of money..literally Im crying to see my hair..can you believe this,i had a protein treatment just 3 days before,they damaged my hair..my hair wasnt frizzy before , but now look at my hair,nobody can say i took a treatment 3 days ago.And the good thing is that they just entertain vip clients, not like us..when i went there for complaining they were too rude and start talking in arabic ,because they thought i cant understand but i can..they are not doing my hair treatment properly Ive a long hair they just put the cream for 40 to 45 min and strt drying with dryer and then ironing that was also a long story ..Plz ladies dont go there to waste your money,worst worst place ever😭😢

Am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon, and I will NEVER return. The welcome was cold and impersonal, with no smile or friendliness. The manager, who seemed to be in charge, interrupted my conversations with the stylist several times, which made me uncomfortable.The shampoo was poorly done, and I had to insist that it be redone properly. The haircut was uneven, and the blow-dry was a disaster, with no attention to detail whatsoever. At no point did I feel listened to or properly taken care of, which is the bare minimum you expect at a beauty salon.Overall, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. I would not recommend this salon at all, and I will certainly not be returning.

Staff did the nails well and location is great but I probably wouldnt go back for a number of reasons - the salon was steaming hot, and the reasoning is because the blow dryers were on, the staff were nice but kept talking to each other and the one doing my pedicure was incredibly loud. They also advertise lots of offers which is great but note that this doesnt include tax which is added on top.

Even 1 star is too much for such service and behavior, i arrived for my manicure pedicure appointment on time or even 5 minutes before and i had to wait for one full hour, being told that the technician that i am booked with is finishing within the next 5 minutes, i was angry and i couldnt leave as it was 9 pm and it was impossible to find another appointment and i had to do them urgently.Another customer arrived then the technician that shouldve done my nails said shes so sorry she will take the other customer as she had an appointment on time!The other technician was friendly but unfortunately she ruined my nails, two of them broke after, the color peeled next day, and i had blood and infection all around my nails, i had to apply an ointment for the next 5 days, still after a week i have wounds around them, it was so harsh, poor materials, i would even say lack of hygiene!I was so pissed, the manager was there and she took 0 action, they didnt even offer any compensation, she just said Im sorry for that but we always have problem with nails!!It was really very bad experience, i have seen bad places before but i can say this was the worst!

I recently visited Lily salon for a gelish pedicure and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon returning home, I discovered bubbles in the polish and it appeared to be peeling off. I attempted to communicate my concerns via WhatsApp, but received no response.Due to the salons distance from my home and my late work schedule, I couldnt return immediately. However, on my day off, I went back to address the issue in person. The receptionist questioned why I hadnt come back sooner, despite my explanation that my messages went unanswered.The technician who originally did my nails was called in to address the problem. I expressed my concerns about what I believed to be poor-quality nail polish, but she insisted it was fine and assured me she would fix it. After the fix, I was allowed to inspect the work, but I could feel the same texture as before and was certain it would bubble again, as I’ve had plenty of experience with gel polish before. Unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed.Additionally, I experienced burning in my eyes during my visit, likely due to harsh chemicals from a nearby hair treatment. True to my expectations, when I returned home, the polish had bubbles and was lifting again.Given this experience, I cannot recommend Lily Beauty Salon. The lack of effective communication, disregard for customer feedback, and issues with product quality left me very disappointed.

Extremely unprofessional experience! I went in for root coloring and left with stains on my face, neck, and hands. They seated me in a side chair, not in front of a mirror, and applied the product carelessly, leaving it smeared all over me. Worse, they forgot about the product in my hair and left me sitting for over 50 minutes until I had to remind them it was time to rinse it out.Instead of a stylist, they asked the cleaner, who clearly had no experience, to wash my hair. The black dye started dripping down my face, neck, and even inside my ears. Then, they had the cleaner dry my hair, still on the side chair, where I couldn’t even see my hair in the mirror.The manager eventually noticed something was wrong and moved me to a proper chair, but another staff member objected, claiming the chair was for her client. They started arguing in front of me about who should sit where!The manager tried to remove the stains on my face and hands, but black dye is not easy to clean, and I still left with visible patches. When I expressed my frustration to the receptionist, the manager interrupted and said, “I already apologized,” without letting me explain.I left the salon feeling extremely upset and dissatisfied. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a salon. Never again!

I discovered this salon on Instagram and decided to check out their Dubai Mall branch. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they were able to accommodate me, which was great! I got both a manicure and a pedicure, and I highly recommend Diana for the pedicure – she did a fantastic job!However, the chair for the pedicure was quite uncomfortable, there was no music, and the lights were very bright, which made it hard for me to relax.

I got my hair botox and full haircolor by Meryem. She did an amazing job on my hair. Very efficient lady and very hard working. She makes sure she delivers best results for you. She is an amazing hairdresser. Really good at what ahe does. Must visit. ♥️☺️

I went yesterday for my hair package, Nataly was the professional who attended me and she was awesome! Very honest, professional and with an eye for detail, I highly recommend her. I also saw the amazing work of the other two hair professionals that were there yesterday, Mariam and Latifa who were super good too. They all are very respectful, professional, patient, and polite answering questions, demands and explaining to customers their hair processes even with a rude customer that was there yesterday.Only two things to improve: the air flow needs to improve and especially when customers are getting keratin or hair Botox treatment as these chemicals are super strong and hurt your eyes if there is no good air flow. I also didn’t like to see the staff that weren’t with customers inside of a dark room without any lights on...(not fair in my personal opinion).

I had gone to this salon for my gelish polish amd manicure and pedicure. Firstly they only scrub your feet and not the hands whereas in manicure and pedicure your supposed to scrub hands and feets both. Upon asking why no hand scrub they say feet scrub is complimentary so no hand scrub. Which parlour calls manicure and pedicure without hands feets scrubbing and cleaning ??Also they put the gelish polish which was out in one day of one finger and the remaining other fingers followed in two days and they say gel polish requires in parlour removal. All in all it was a money waste and the polish was a waste which came out in 2days. I dont recommend at all.

I needed some time to calm down before posting a review. I took my daughter (3yo) to get a trim, just half an inch off and trim her bangs. She has beautiful ringlets so I wanted only maintenance. Her “stylist” DID NOT listen to what I asked for and took off more than 2 inches and when told her to stop she say I asked her to give my daughter a straight cut. I told her there is no way to salvage it and stay within the cut she has already done and finish the bangs. I have to say I am the stupid one to trust this lady to get that part right. My daughter right now looks like she cut it herself. This place is a joke, don’t waste your money, and your patience.

My gel polish was done last last month and still looks good until now

If possible, I would give something lower than 1 star. I was one of their regulars until they took more liberties than they should have. I went for a hair package which included hair colour, hair botox and blow dry. I specifically told the staff that I DO NOT WANT GOLDEN STREAKS, I want a global colour. Even during the colour process, I must have interrupted the staff 4-5 times asking them why they are doing streaks. They reassured me and kept going. Ofcourse my hair colour turned out HORRIBLE. After that the staff put a hair mask for 2 mins and washed it off and told me they had done hair botox. I argued with them but they rudely told me that this was it. There was no apology, no remorse, not even a polite conversation. ABSOLUTELY GUTTED THAT I GOT THIS TREATMENT.

Revisited Lily Beauty Salon after a month and the service and my experience is very consistent.The staff are friendly and accommodating.Roma did an excellent gelish manicure, she was gentle and cleans cuticles well and shaped it nicely.Imane also did a very good brow lamination on me.They have currently have a promotion which is a value for money, mani or pedi at 49 AED only.I am super satisfied by the services I got and I highly recommend this salon.

First time I have been in this salon , I got deal with them in beginning for 100aed , for wash and straight my hair . The surprise came one time finished .. the bill it was 150 aed .. I feel like they cheated me , asking explanation to the cashier , she was rude and replied not proper to me .. it was like they wanted to take cash only , without take care of the customer

If youre thinking about going to Lily Beauty Salon in Dubai Mall, I suggest you find another place instead. My recent visit there wasnt good at all. Right from the start, they kept changing the prices of their services, which wasnt fair. The manicure I got was not done well, and when I wanted to change the nail color, the staff didnt seem happy about it. They accidentally cut the tip of my nail while cleaning it, which hurt. Plus, they didnt hang our abayas like we asked, and when they brought them back, they looked messy. To top it off, the receptionists unprofessional demeanor, laughing at the situation instead of addressing our concerns, was unacceptable.I don’t recommend the place

Terrible experience. I went to get a manicure, arrived on time for my 1 PM appointment, sat waiting for 40 minutes and was not assisted. I left without receiving any service. Also, the color and quality of samples they have for the gel manicure are horrible. Time and money wasted going there.

The worst experience ever and just the waste of our budget. I highly DO NOT recommend you to visit any of these salon. I came to make keratin straightening. First of all, they were trying to sell me different treatment. Second, she was washing my hair with cold chilling water. I asked multiple times to make it warm and she was annoyed. Third - no result from keratin( or whatever they did to my hair), hair is not smooth as usually it should be after keratin. They as the same as before. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I came for classic mani and pedi,, it is ok service for the price and I had no appointment so the lady in the reception didn’t let me wait she welcomed me immediately

I went for a pedicure and the pedicure was good. However, I sat for 30 minutes with burning eyes because someone in the room was getting her hair done with harsh chemicals. I informed the staff that my eyes are getting irritated and no one offered me eye drops or tissues with cold water. Maybe they could work on doing hair in a seperate area so it’s not uncomfortable for everyone else in the room.

Worst service in the name of package, ladies! Please don’t go to them. My head ached till 2 days after i visited them. They treated like a butcher, unprofessional (keep changing the prices, burnt my skin, damaged my hair by pulling so hard)…Just writing this to let you save as they charged me AED 500 and left me burnt, hurt and disappointed.I opted for keratin with highlights and she suggested me to go for botox, never told me what she did and results are awful.

Very bad and not recommendedI had my hair done in the salon, absolutely would not recommend for hair service, my hair in less than a month even after using the correct product is back to normal like I have no Keratin done, I had to stay 8 hours as the girls where trying to serve other ladies before me, despite I got book the appointment a week ago.The girl who had done my hair was negotiating with me what I was going to do and trying to charge me extra! So wondering why these offers of in the salon the team do not know what services included.I would not recommend the salon for such services specially for hair, for nails of course you may pass by but still not highly recommended.

Bad - do not come here. The pricing is cheap and so is the quality and experience. Do not waste your time or money here at all. Classic mani pedi and hygiene was super lower, very limited colours which are all ugly. Their nail technicians are clearly not trained well and the place is overall cheap in experience and quality. The finishing of the polish looks like a kid did it, I had to come home and remove it as I couldn’t look at it. Never coming here again and don’t recommend it!

Despite being enticed by a promotion I saw on Instagram, I found myself in a situation where the quality of service and expertise fell far below expectations.Upon arriving at the salon on March 9th, I was attended to by a hairdresser named Hanan, whose lack of knowledge in hair treatments became apparent throughout the session. Despite my reservations about combining hair color and botox treatments on the same day due to potential damage, Hanan pushed for it, displaying a disregard for proper hair care practices.Throughout the appointment, the atmosphere in the salon was far from relaxing. Instead of feeling pampered, I was witness to an argument between Hanan and another staff member, leaving me unattended for extended periods. This lack of professionalism was further compounded by Hanans failure to provide proper aftercare instructions post-treatment, seemingly due to her displeasure at my decision not to pursue additional services.Moreover, the treatment itself was executed poorly. My hair was no washed after applying the botox solution, just ironing and blow-drying and said I was done. As a result, my hair felt excessively dry, and I was left with flaky skin on my scalp, indicating a lack of proper treatment application.Subsequent attempts to address the issue with salon management proved futile. Despite revisiting the salon to express my concerns about the condition of my hair and scalp, I was met with dismissive responses, with one individual attributing the problem to the mishandling of the treatment by Hanan.In the aftermath of this experience, my hair remains dry, frizzy, and burdened with oily residue, a stark reminder of the consequences of prioritizing cost over quality. Not very pleasant experience over all . Hair dresser told me to do my own part with comb when I asked her to fix it properly for me . At the hair salon I expect hair dresser to do his job , otherwise I wouldn’t be there .I wasn’t offered coffee or water . Stuff just wasn’t polite . Wouldn’t go back .

They took into consideration my hair health and suggested the type of keratin. My hair was an absolute brassy mess, I went to the salon for a toner and they amazed me. They offered me the chance to choose what toner I’d like to go for from a booklet they had.I loved the location, the staff was kind and took good care of my needs 💜

Done my nails there and literally the next day one of them broke. My sister came with me and she has been cut with the electric nail drill. They also asked a different price from the one shown on their instagram page. Don’t recommend at all!!

Can definitely not recommend waxing, ended up with burned skin! When paying they asked for 35dhs more than what I had on an email confirmation. The lady got really annoyed when I showed her the email, very strange behavior!

Very bad experience with hair keratin.. dont waste your money and time going there..My hair turn to its original after washing.. thats why they dont wash it at the salon..they told you to wash at home after 1 or 2 days just to let you go without seeing the real result..I return back to them to show them the bad result and request to repeat the keratin and after long discussions they repeat it but still the same bad result after washing..I think they use any cheap cream not even a straightening or smoothing cream..

The worse experience I had with a hair salon.I checked their insta profile they seemed professional and have good hands on coloring.I showed them what i wanted it mix beige ash and brown ash tones. I ended up having 4 inch of black hair and then orang hair and then fully ash blond hair with no highlights, as if i haven’t colored my hair and it has grown for long. Then I asked to darken the base so there is not too much contrast just to fix that mess it was really bad. Then guess what they made my hair dark purple. Imagine getting a bleach for light color then ending up with dark purple! Bleach and two time hair color damage and on top of everything being there from 11 am to 5 pm . I regret my decision. Waste time and my hair is ruined.
