BAD SERVICE ! On 16th November, I went to get a hair color and a keratin treatment for my hai and they took me inside and gave me a dirty chair to sit on. They just applied some color without my permission, and this is what they have done to my hair now. I quickly got out of that salon because we go to a salon to do what we want, not what they want. I don’t recommend this salon to anyone who loves their hair. I understand that their other services must also be bad, so please don’t go to this salon.

Went to get my color done today and totally agree with shenu’s review below. The chair was dirty and the hair stylist zuhabib was extremely rude and unpleasant to talk to. She was talking like she is doing it for free and was forcing me to get what she wanted and whatever o was telling her just said IMPOSSIBLE. Where I always get the same stuff from 14 different salons .Anyways left and opened and read reviews and thank god I made the right choice to leave.The manager knew how to be polite and talk nicely and deal.

WORST SALOON EVER..!!! Me and my friend together visited the saloon on Sunday (10/11/2024) for keratin treatment. But as advised by the lady we both were convinced to do protein treatment. The staffs are all in a rush to finish the works. They don’t even care and concentrate on one person. For me 4 have worked on my hair. Which is not acceptable and comfortable. While they work on us they are also running to others also. For me after my first hair wash i was waiting there with wet hair for mostly half n hour. I will never suggest this saloon to anyone. And i was advised to hairwash after 4 days. After first hair wash my inside hair is almost like before. Lost of money and time. They are convincing everyone who come for keratin to protein. I felt something odd on that too..

I had an amazing experience at Lily Beauty Salon! Soed did a fantastic job with my hair protein treatment, leaving it smooth and healthy, and gave me a great haircut that I absolutely love. Josie, the desk girl, was super friendly and helpful, making the whole visit even better. The entire team was welcoming, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for great hair care and a wonderful overall experience!

I am writing this testimonial to express my extreme disappointment with Lily Beauty Parlour , Ibn Batutta.I took advantage of their promotional offer for hair color, highlights, and keratin treatments, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite visiting the salon three times, my hair was never properly done.During my first visit, I was assigned to a beautician named Souad (Morrocan) , and unfortunately, she did not perform the treatment correctly. While doing the keratin treatment, I could feel that she wasnt properly ironing my hair. She even burned my neck, and her long nails kept poking and hurting me. Her ironing technique was painful and ineffective, and as a result, I had to return after just three days to get it corrected.On my second visit, I pointed out the issues with her work. She only fixed the crown area, leaving the rest of my hair wavy and uneven. I had to go back again and show the supervisor, who promised to fix it. Since the treatments were back-to-back within a week, I waited two weeks before returning, hoping for a better result. However, my third visit was just as disappointing. The beautician Filipino supervisor seemed to be using minimal product, almost as if she was running low. She was distracted, laughing, and chatting with a colleague while I sat there. At one point, I had to ask her to stop and expressed my concern about the lack of product, as I couldn’t keep returning and damaging my hair further. Despite this, my hair remained in poor condition, with waves still visible after three attempts.It is truly surprising and disheartening that a reputed salon like yours provided such a poor experience. I’ve had keratin treatments at smaller salons before, and they were done properly on the first attempt. It’s not about the product or the salon, but about the expertise of the staff. They need to understand and apply the correct technique, which unfortunately, they failed to do. Giving 3 attempts in a hope it would be done properly was my big mistake all I did was ruin my hair.Having been straightening my hair for over 20 years, I can easily tell when a treatment has been done correctly. I now request that the owner personally inspect my hair to verify whether the keratin treatment was applied properly and hire beautician who can do their job with honesty and dedication.If your salon continues to provide such subpar service, it will certainly struggle to stay in business. There needs to be greater honesty, professionalism, and skill in the work performed.Additionally, the staffs attitude toward each other was unprofessional and rude. On one occasion, I asked for water, and only the beautician who attended to me made an effort to help. No one else offered assistance, which is deeply disappointing for a business that prides itself on customer service. When my keratin treatment failed after the first attempt, I even requested a refund, and unfortunately, my instincts were proven right.This has been a frustrating and costly experience, and I hope the management takes this matter seriously to prevent further issues. I also encourage others who have had similar bad experiences to come forward, as this could help others avoid the same disappointment. I will be filing an official complaint with the relevant authorities, as no customer should have to endure such a negative experience.

I’ve gone to so many hairdressers in Dubai and before that I was hesitant to try someone else, as the last time I did a treatment, my hair was left damaged, dry and I had bad products used. However, my Mom has been going to Wafah for over a year and receiving a recommendation (my mom having recommended family and friends who are now clients) - I tried Lilly Beauty! Thank you to Wafah who is so patient and kind and the star of the salon! ⭐️ I did a Coffee Keratin treatment and my hair smells like chocolate chip cookies! 🍪✨

I did my highlights & keratin for the first time with Sofiya.And hands down she is the best hairstylist I have ever got. Hello,I came in on Friday for a full color cut wash and setTill now my hair is still washing out purple and it’s stained my bed my sheets and towels I dont understand I paid alot and the dye was not washed out properly.This is very upsetting and bad service on your side.When I texted they did not apologize NOTHING instead they replied “1 week” Sorry but this makes no sense the fact is that my hair was not washed properly and if so 1 week u inform the customer this when they are doing there hair at the salon. Also it did not happen the first time so I believe it was unprofessionally done.Secondly there is a way you communicate to your customers when they have a complaint you start with my apologies then speak maybe you should get proper training in communication then professional people to work in your salon. I will NOT be returning and adding a very bad review!!!As well I don’t need such useless and unprofessional excuses! No salon says 1 week your hair dye will mess your bath, sheets,clothes! Bottom line is my hair dye was not washed out properly !!

Such a bad salon!!! I did gelish for my nails and the product they use are not good. The pictures speak for themselfs (this is the DAY AFTER!). Without mentioning the rough way she cut my cuticles, my two fingers are still infected and can’t even touch them.

I had a hair treatment and it was amazing! Ms. Sophia was really nice and made sure to explain everything. I left feeling great and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at lily Beauty Saloon! Wafaa did an amazing job on my hair—they look absolutely stunning. She was professional, attentive, and really took her time to ensure everything was perfect.

I went for highlights keratin. Owner should check what’s happening in the salon. I went to Ibn e Batuta branch. Staff was fighting with each other. You can continuously hear their shouting as they were taking customers even no further space of standing and free staff. The staff asking each other to leave their current client and take the new one. Because of this one customer was about to cry. After watching this drama for two days the joke was pathetic results. No difference in before and after color. Never going back to this salon.

I got my hair spa done here last week and it was horrible. I have always been given good 30 mins massage after applying hair mask on each hair strand which usually takes 15 mins or so. This is the hair spa process I know of. However, here they put the mask in a min time, massage for 5 mins, wash and blow dry.I told them that I am unhappy and they asked me to come back next week. Here i am now, waiting for 30 mins after the wash for my blow dry. They keep taking other clients without finishing people who are waiting. Not to mention, massage was still the same..extra 5 mins maybe.Shows the unprofessionalism!!

I got their hair package done - highlights, full hair colour, Botox and hair styling. Suad worked on my hair and she absolutely transformed my hair. Super super happy and will be sure to visit them again.

Actually its not about the salon, its about the professional lady called (souad- Moroccan)She did my hair, keratin and highlightsIts perfect till now, its been 3 weeks,, and she is quite and nice as well.Regarding the salon its crowded, they need to manage the appointments better, but over all if you want to go book your appointment at week days not weekends.Thanks souad ;)

I did eyelash by today, to much disruption from staff open and close and even have break eating in the same room with me. As I am paying customer this is disrespectful not privacy at all. Once done i don’t feel good after that experience and my eyelash not my expectations too. I asked the lady can you put more she said no space. I just leave and pay and go. Never recommend and never come back. Poor services.

With old client that always recived hair ironing with same situation charge 310 for hair iron that normal price every where is 110 max 130 dirham . And no information for extra charge before treatment is not good feedback for expensive service . You lose and sorry for myself

Worst salon ever ! The service and the quality is awful !! I had gelish manicure and pedicure and it went off just after 2 days ! Never happened to me before ! Don’t waste your money here .. and they kept ne waiting 1 hour after my appointment!Very awful

The Moroccan lady sound did a really good job with my hair I felt very comfortable when she touched my hair and the entire process went so smoothly very friendly and really good with what she does especially her treatment

Very unprofessional in all ways: treatment, confort, and quality. As if I did my nails in a beginner center in which girls are still practicing.I only did manicure and the girl never moved right and left to make me comfortable . She was asking me to bring my right hand to the left side (I was in a mani/pedi chair).FYI I showed a picture to the nail professional (who is ofc not a professional), later she asked me how do you want the french, I told her just like the picture, and I was looking for my phone to show her the picture, she said with a very unpleasant way: I saw the picture madam.They did the manicure over my old gel as they didn’t remove my old gel completely saying that its not a problem it will not show but it is showing at the end.The french design they did to me is asymmetric , one is round, the other one is oval and the other one is square.Adding to that, they cut my cuticules and it’s still painful.I’ve been in Dubai for 3 years now, tried many salons and never had a worse experience.

I have been doing my mani pedi here for years, Arlene is a wonderful lady who really knows her job! I have ingrown nails and she is the only one who can handle it. I highly recommend!

I like this salon, great spot inside ibn Battuta mall, no need to worry about parking.They have affordable prices and they have different hairdressers who are good in colours, I tried Souad and the Filipina with blonde hair, good experience.I will come back for other services, highly recommended, as other salons are more expensive and the quality isn’t always good.

Sharing you my comment/review with my fav staff at Lily Salon here in IBN Battuta, Ms. Rain and Ms. Dimala who for me is the best manicurist I ever have. All staff are very accommodating and very friendly. You should try them both and you will never regret:)

Extremely bad quality service. The salon is located in a downtown Dubai and still provides awful experience and quality. My gel polish got peeled off the next day after the procedure! I do not recommend visiting this salon and spending your money and time on it.

The worst experience ever. I came to cut my hair, just to make it shorter. The master couldn’t make just one straight cut. All the hair has different length. She even didn’t check if it’s smooth.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. An absolute waste of both money and time.1. They charged 400 AED + VAT for a full color and highlights (I specifically requested a black base with brown highlights).2. After 4 hours, they only managed to bleach my hair, leaving my grey roots completely untouched (photo attached).3. I paid 55 AED + VAT for an upper lip wax and eyebrow threading, only to end up with 7-8 painful cuts around my eyebrows.4. The staff were unprofessional, spending their time gossiping negatively about clients.5. The prices explained in phone call is different and priced different during service.6. In total I paid AED 687.75 (for arms and legs wax, threading and hair color) with disappointing results.To top it off, after messing my hair they refused to refund the cost of the hair color service.This is an honest review of my incredibly disappointing experience at the Ibn Battuta Mall branch.

WORST PLACE. NEVER EVER visit this place. My Wife recently got eyebrow threading done[AED55], she has got 8 cuts around, which is first time in her life. Her skin isn’t extremely sensitive, it’s the unprofessional employees there. She went for dark hair color and they have bleached her hair so bad. [CHARGED AED400 FOR HAIR BLEACH]

I did my hair protein there. Am happy with the results. Sophie was the one who did for me. She is the best.

I have been a patron of this salon for quite a while. Arlene is the one who does my mani and pedi. I have known her since 2017 when I started at Glamour Salon. Lilys has a very welcoming staff, skilled team members, clean and well-maintained salon.

I had a disappointing experience at lily Salon recently. I went in for a hair treatment expecting professional service and expertise, but unfortunately, my expectations were not met. The treatment I received was rushed and incomplete. The stylist seemed disinterested and didnt take the time to understand my hair type or concerns. As a result, the treatment did not yield the promised results, and I left feeling unsatisfied. Overall, I would not recommend lily Salon for hair treatments based on my experience.

Horrible experience. They messed up my hair horribly and damaged it. My hair was falling out with the immense amounts of bleach. Workers were disrespectful and did not give me what i asked for. Beforehand they said they could achieve exact results but it was only after bleach was applied that the lady said she could not do it. I started crying on the seat it was horrible and even after all this they had the audacity to take the charges ! Save your hair and avoid this place.

This is my go to salon. Staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Service is amazing . Budget friendly and is very easy to book for schedule. I recommend to come and do your pamper here. 👍🏻 💕💕❤️

I had a very bad experience at the salon, I had gone with my friend to remove my gel polish and apply another one, the staff was very rude and after removing the gel polish she just left and other staff told that i need to book an appointment to apply the polish, and she asked to move from the chair and asked me to wait outside. upon asking the staff said they have other appointments clients so they want me to leave. They could have been polite and also at least explained in the beginning before removing the polish.

Health and safety alert!The reviews say it all. I’ve been a loyal customer of this place a few years ago and I stopped because the hairdresser Sara (Jordanian girl) is plain rude. She always look angry, stares at you the whole time and barely speak any English. She speaks poorly of her colleagues too.I decided to go back for a blow dry and I was in shock. The salon is disgusting. They washed my hair in a sink full of other peoples hair and conditioner. The brushes are fulllll of hair. The floor is full of hair that they didn’t swipe despite getting multiple new clients. The walls and furniture are full of stains from hair color. I wish I took a picture. The Syrian girl with curly hair was lovely but Sara is so rude and wouldn’t even let her get some space to properly do my hair. Unbelievable.Im going to raise a complaint for health and safety against this place. This salon doesn’t deserve to be in such a beautiful mall. The owner should be ashamed.

This place is a complete mess. I called the day prior to make an appointment the next at 10 am. When i arrived they told me that they couldnt see my appointment and the lady was already busy with someone else. So all they could do was ignore me and for the hairdresser to say that is not her problem( her name is something like Gordana). When i called the manager in dubai mall branch she was trying to be cool about it and asked if i could drive there for them to help me, im sorry about after being treated like that i would not spend 1 dirham on them

The person who attended me was very rude at the moment when I was about to pay, she came to me asking how much I was paying and I said what the person told me when I did my reservation of course. I paid 299 dha for keratin on my roots only and she didn’t even put conditioner on my hair without keratin! When she was ironing my hair she didn’t dry well and it was with a sound and smoke as burning. The place was with more persons than chairs! I don’t recommend!!! Zero, I feel they just took my money and I wasted it!

I made a reservation thru Instagram, she confirmed it. When i arrived, i was told that i don’t have a booking and maybe to go to dubai mall branch. Habibi no, i booked for IBN branch i made sure to confirm it with ur reservation lady online. I ended up leaving and booking another salon.

Most horrible experience in Dubai. Rude staff & unprofessional services.Went for my hair treatment. The hair treatment lady Sara assigned my hair colour to some other girl because there were over booked to make more money but not to give good service.This girl clearly didnt even know what she was doing.She put such liquid colour, it spoilt my ZARA Tshirt. Rather than apologising, she laughed and no one ever gave owners number when I kept asking again and again.I messaged on the complaint number to the supervisor named Mona and she called me saying they will ask owner to call. No one called and Mona never got back after 3 weeks now.Its frustrating how even after paying a big amount like 500AED, there is no responsibility of these people to resolve complaints.Never ever go to this salon. I am a social media Influencer in Dubai, I will make sure everyone gets to know the real picture before they go to Lilly Beauty Salon in IBN Mall. Dubai.I would rate in minus if Google give me an option. Such a shame such salon get away even after complaining.

Worst salon ever! Hair nail masters are not prof, not qualified. They cannot even finish their mistake and try to finish. Indian nail girl such a psyco, who cannot even talk and do service. arabic hair master she didnt even finish her mistake, and doesnt want even listen and try to help. Never will come again..

Took my mum today to have her haircut done. Firstly, Hairdresser didnt put on protective paper between neck and apron that dosen of people will use today, didnt make hair wet, she didnt have ANYTHING in front or around her. literally cut everything with one move, like I did with my dolls when I was young. Mum could feel even by not being a professional that her scissors are not sharp at all and she pulled her hair, when I actually asked to be gentle with her as she has alopecia. most of the time she was spending on her phone as well by accepting orders and appointments. She did her haircut the way we could do it ourselves. When I arrived I saw my mum was nearly crying as in her entire life she didnt have such horrible experience. When I asked why she doesnt use special scissors for haircut, she simply said I dont know where my colleague put it. Knowing that each master should have their own devises and take care of them. When I insisted she just ran to gents salon that is just around the corner and brought it saying now no problem. But it was too late to fix it. She Made it look like everything is okay. Horrible horrible experience. I shouldnt have even pay for this This lady needs hairdresser courses as she didnt use technics that they usually use like at all. plus education, how to apologize and talk to your customer. Do not come here! Ever!!!!!!

Omg! The worst salon in terms of cleanliness, ambience, customer service these people are not to the standards at all!!!!!! And there offer they post on instagram is a SCAM! I paid 499 AED for a hair colour, keratin, hairstyle and hair cut as per thier instagram post however when I go to the salon they tell you that keratin isn’t good for ur hair!!! I basically saw them do this to 2-3 customers so they don’t have to give that service!!!! And LASTLY they take soooo many appointments at once and the salon lady has no time to even satisfy one customer and there is no seats!!!’ And them staff start fighting between one another!!!! Such an unpleasant salon!!!! Please don’t fall for thier scam!

Worst experience ever! I asked them if I should book an appointment they said no you can come anytime, I went there the place was dirty, hot, and had no AC. She asked what I wanted to do I told her gel manicure and Pedi how much? She said 70 each I told her I saw on your Instagram that you have an offer of 50 each she said yes but this offer expired! I showed her that it was posted 7 hours ago, and after that, she said oh sorry we have an appointment and she went away. Really rude and has no morals to deal with clients.

I had my classic mani and pedi today at Lilys Ibn Batutta and the girl handling me was really good. What i dont like is their supervisor in the front desk wearing white suit and blue jeans who from the moment I arrived did not even bother to look at me and entertain me. Worst was when she was walking around telling the girls to hurry up their service as if we were sitting there long time and as if us customers are not there listening to her nag, very bad customer service.

Unhygienic place and no professional staffs. They charge u before the service starts. The haircut I received was terrible, i left midway as I couldn’t stand the so called hair stylist’s comments any longer.

The lady Sara here was very cunning she was coming and saying I have done free service for you why would somebody do services without paying?!.The prices on Instagram were different And they were charging more .the products they were using was not good. They were disguising people I recommend not going to this beauty salon!

Worst experience ever. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Very dirty and very unprofessional. They give you one price over the phone and charge you double when it’s time to pay. Nails were still sticky after drying them 3 times which means their product is old especially if it didn’t dry after the first time. Stay away from this salon for all services.

I did protein for my hair need time to evaluate, so far not impressed, salon prices are good , salon is too small and stuff will not actively listen to u and give u advice, not the best place to go

There is only one hairdresser here who is handling 4,5 customers at same time. It was a horrible experience. This hair dresser was doing root touch ups, highlights, Botox, keratin for multiple clients all at same time. Please don’t get tricked by their offers in social media. Your time is not valued here. BIG NO. I wish, I read the google reviews before booking appointment.No hygiene, congested and I wonder whether they are sanitizing the combs also!!The product used for keratin/protein treatment burned my eyes. Then one lady (didn’t look like a hair dresser) ironed the hair, by taking huge sections of hair and not doing the roots properly. Once it was all done the ‘real’ hairdresser ironed again which was like a 3-4 minute job for her !!! Never going back

I am so disappointed by the the disresepctful treatment I had today by one of the staff there her name is (Bimala).I had an appointment today with her for an eyebrow service, when I arrived on time, one of the staff informed her that I am there, she replied to her with mockery using their own language then they laughed with each other. I am so disappointed with this treatment and I will never comeback to this salon again after what had happened today.I appreciate Sarahs words trying to correct this disrespect situation. Not satisfied with the service, they didn’t do a follow up and confirmation to my appointment.I was 10 mins late and when i came i had to wait for 20 mins.Once i started they stopped the staff member doing my pedicure as she was not registered or whatever…

I did my nail extension with them last week. All my nails has started being detached and the top coat is coming off. I don’t know what is the reason but I have been doing my nails now for many years it’s first time it’s happening. When I informed them they tell me it’s ok you come back we will fix it with discount. It’s not about money, however I went there because they had a good offer but I can’t sit there again for 2 hours. Not recommended.

I took their offer for highlight, color, trimming and botox for 500 aed and it is a real waste of money. I showed them the color i want to do and they said they can do then when i went there the lady said she will try to do it but maybe it will not be the same. The hair color was exactly what I don’t want, yellow and orange tones. And the hair botox does nothing.

I’m never going back to this salon again. I went there to have the Keratin treatment for my hair. I’ve been to other salons and normally, a Keratin treatment will last at least 3-6 months or longer if you properly take care of hair after the treatment. The only reason I went to their salon was the promo. The lady at the salon told me that their treatment is the organic one. Whatever that means. I was surprised because one session normally takes at least 3-4 hours. But in their salon, it was quick! The lady said that because it’s organic, it doesn’t take a long time.I went their last January. However, I already noticed in March that hair frizz was starting to show. Boo! With my experience in one Burjuman salon, their Keratin treatment lasts even more than 6 months! Oh well, that’s a lesson for me. Not everything that’s cheap is good.

Went into the salon on the 5th of August to do some hair treatments. I wasn’t sure if I wanted a hair Botox or keratin and I kept asking if the Botox will give me a bit of straightening to which they said it would if I used good shampoos etc.I was confused between keratin and Botox and sadly they just couldn’t explain what does what even though they are professionals. I asked them for before & after pics of hair Botox and they apparently didn’t have any! I even went to their Instagram and asked them to point out pictures and the lady at the counter said she didn’t have any….. they used a straightener post the application of the product so obviously it looked straight but after washing it was frizzy and back to normal.. a complete waste of money. I don’t drive so I couldn’t go back and I live quite far away…The main problem is the lack of communication, they are saying different things and the staff is not in sync. They are not able to explain the products and its after effects. I spent 500 for Botox and highlights and it was a waste of money. I’m not someone who spends too much on beauty treatments so this was very disappointing for me.

It was the worst experience ever.I have booked an appointment for 10am. I arrived in advance and was waiting for salon to be open. 10am its closed. Im calling them and they are not replying..send them message in Whatsapp- again no reply. Until now they didnt explain me anything🙄

The staff are nice and helpful but they are so limited with the materials they have . I do mainly my nails there , the colors are so limited. They di not get any new colors or replace the finish ones. The owner there is shouting and screaming at staff in front of clients using bad words. She should respect that there are clients who can understand her language and she should respect their staff. They are human as well and the are the one bring her the money. Very bad attitude.

I stayed 9 years in Dubai, i went to almost all the hair dressers & i had a very bad experience until finally i found SARAH, shes really the best .. my hair was damaged, she advice me exactly what to do , she did treatments for me until its good enough to make me highlight.. its really amazing , i highly recommend Sarah to everyone..I did also my nails and it was,really really good.Keep it up girls 👍

Tried here for the first time The Salon space is small but offers variety of services. Price range is normal. Booking an appointment response was fast easy through WhatsUp.Sara the hair dresser no doubt knows what shes doing and experienced. She did highlights and hair color for me & my sister which she suggested and we totally love it.Verna was also friendly and mindful in assisting my sisters treatment.THANKS to BOTH.Its was busy when we were there thursday night and noticed numbers of their regular customers which shows their credibility. Just a small point to look into the maintenance of the place to make it more appealing.

Worst experience ever. My sisters & I went there for hair color & keratin treatment recently, one of my sister had the worst experience there with one of the hairdressers. She was extremely rude & handed over the brush to her asking her to comb her own hair because she had long hair. Very unprofessional behaviour. Then she got very bad result after coloring. All the grey hair are still visible. Moreover she got zero result after keratin treatment All her hair got rough & damaged. And the hairdresser is not taking any responsibility now. Would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Lily beauty salon, better start fixing some issues otherwise you will loose many loyal costumers.Ive been going to this salon for at least a year and a half and it has always delivered what you can expect from this type of salon: nice prices, nice staff, okay-ish quality.However for the last couple of times Ive been there, they are ALWAYS overbooked, for a normal mani & pedi it takes more than 2 hours to get the service done as there are not enough staff or even chairs!Also the nail polish left the past 2 times bubbles, which the staff offered to change however after waiting for 2 hours I didnt want to spend another minute in there.Please Lily salon, fix these issues as I would be super sad to change my go to salon.Thank you!

Probably the worst salon in Dubai. If you wanna waste your money and got attracted with the amazing offers they show on Instagram to fool ladies then let me tell you they will give you service but probably with the cheapest products that will damage your skin and will have side effects and the pathetic customer service experience. Highly recommended not to fall for their traps! You can find a lot of better salons around with the better products and services. Do research on them before you planning to visit them, you will find out on your own! Good luck with your money ladies..

Sarah has been doing my blow dry for the past two years and I always come to her. She is very professional and does her job well. Along with that she has a very caring attitude. Edlen is great with full body wax, manicures and pedicures. Overall I the place offers great value for the money spent here.

The worst experience ever!!!!!Came for Maniqur and pedicure, stuff non stop chatting loudly with each other, fighting in front of the clients.When I asked for disposable slippers, because I had closed shoes, they said that they don’t have it and all the stuff started to laugh at me and show my feet and shoes to each other as if I’m a monkey.It’s really shocking!!!!Never even again!!!!!!

I took the hair keratin they said it was on offer for AED279 any length for GK brand. Once i was there she suggested a organic one and she said as usual keratin would last 3-6 months. Already they where very busy and took my 4 hours. It was fine because it was looking good. But now after 3 wash my hair is back to normal. It doest last longer one i used in Bur dubai lasted a year. They dont. Use organic or anything its just fakeNever go for keratin in this salon. I dont know i saw good reviews and used their service also they say 3 day super sale but thats their trick to attract customers.

The worst protien treatment I did in my entire life. I don’t know what product they are using or how they are using.. My head was literally burning. I just couldn’t bear it. They said it is normal though. The burning sensation remained for 2 days .. I kept some ice packs for some relief.. and today is the third day there is still some irritation and numbness .. Either the product they are using is cheap or they didn’t use it rightly. Whatever, I regret spending 800 there at the most cramped , unhygienic salon. And the staff kept switching as the people poured in and it took around 5 hours . They have only one tub for hair wash. They used the same comb with hair for everyone. Towels and aprons too. Disgusting!!!And when I washed the hair at home I realized that they didn’t even wash the chemical out properly. I have complained at the municipality. I hope they will do something so that more people wont fall in this trap. My scalp skin started coming off.. 😭

They were very welcoming and smooth with the appointment and on time. The staff was very nice and professional but unfortunately the quality of the gelish manicure they used for me was very bad it started peeling off after the 5th day of the service and this never happened with me before as I’m doing gelish polish since more than 5 years. It’s very disappointing because initially I was happy and was planning to always visit them for my nails but not anymore.

I have been doing my hair with Sarra the hair dresser for 8 years now. She is very talented lady and can do very good hair color and highlights.As for the pedi mani, also they have Rain who is very good and does know her job very well.I highly recommend this salon.

I am tue salon’s client since 2 years now, the ladies are so welcoming and professionals, Sarah is amazing in her in taking care of every client she has, everyone she Colors or does a blow dry my hair it looks perfect.

I would rate this place a 0 star if that was even an option. 1st time I walked in without an appointment, they accepted me, asked me to wait saying the stylist would be free in 5 mins. 25 mins later I walked out. If they were busy, they should have declined me. Second time, I took a prior appointment in person at the salon as they never respond to their calls or whatsapp. When I went in, the receptionist was missing, there was no acknowledgment of my arrival or appointment by the hairdressers, the place was swarming with no social distancing and safety measures whatsoever, again in spite of having an appointment I was made to wait until again unfortunately walking out 20 mins later. No respect for the clients time whatsoever, lazy, laid back attitude of the staff, cluttered and unhygienic. Ladies, stay far away!

Fraud place, they advertise less price and made me pay more than double for Brazilian Blowout and color. Which is worst then blow dry, it couldn’t even last 3 days and they are not even ready to redo my hair. Their hair dresser chopped off my hair without my permission. Applied hair color very different from what I asked. Plz save yourself by not going to this cheat place. Not following COVID-19 regulations. They kept on convincing me that my hair looks good to avoid fixing. Did not offer to fix my hair and when I commented on their FB page, they blocked me. Extremely rude. Asked to contact their management and they denied the number. Do not go there even if they offer free service.

I went for the keratin treatment it was really irritating as it was causing burning eyes and throat . Another customer who came for the rebonding was also complaining .They normalized it saying its common. But I have done the smoothing treatment earlier from other place and not faced such issue. So please use good products .

Very bad experience. I availed following services from Lily Beauty Lounge, Ibn Battuta Mall on 24th March at the combined price of AED 875/-:1. Brazilian Keratin2. Hair Color3. Hair CutOut of the above 1st and 2nd service was provided on the same day and I was asked to visit some other day to avail service related to Hair cut.The manager/ cashier while booking the service promised me that the keratin will make my hair straight and shiny and will be effective for 6 months at least. However, the moment the beautician finished the job she told me that its not possible to keep your hair straight unless and until I purchase a specific Shampoo / conditioner from their saloon. This was shocking for me and I raised this immediately to the Manager on duty who told me the same thing that I have to buy their products for hair maintenance.I washed my hair next day I was shocked to find that the treatment was not effective at all and my hair started becoming curly again. I went to the saloon again to show them my hair and found that the beautician who did the treatment was not present in the saloon and I was asked to visit them again some other day and before coming fix an appointment. I took the appoint for 28th March and when I reached there they asked me that they cant put the treatment so early as it would damage my hair and asked me to come after two/ three weeks and promised to complete the pending Hair cut as well apart from re-doing the keratin treatment.I booked an appointment again for 18th April (today) and visited them but the Manager in-charge refused saying that they cant make the treatment as I didnt use their products to wash my hair and even if some small fixes to be done it cannt be before 3 months. I told them that this way of dealing is not fair as I have already spent so much on taxi (approx. AED 90-100). The manager-in-charge ignored me completely and left the saloon as her shift was getting over and she left me to the mercy of other staff. When I took her mobile number from their staff and tried calling her the phone was switched off. I requested the staff to perform the hair cut at least and also requested my husband to talk to them over the phone. My husband tried to explain the situation to her and asked her as to why they dont tell all such riders before collecting the payment from customer and also told her that we are going to complaint against them. After hearing this the beautician totally refused to do even the hair cut which was already paid for and told us to go and lodge complaint.Disappointed by such a bad behavior, I visited the mall information counter and they advised me to lodge a complaint with the mall management as well with the consumer rights section of DED.

They have a nice employees but several times happened I went there and the keratin treatment smell is really bothering! It’s a small saloon with no proper ventilation!!!!!They need to do something for it, as I see in unhealthy and hurtful for their clients as much as for their employees!!!

Me and my friend have bad experiences in this salon..we got an appointment they they book us for mani and pedi... our appointment is 7:30 pm that time maybe we are late about 10 minutes..and they have again othr appointment by 8pm. To make story short they do my friend first..she expecting that they will do all the mani and pedicure but sadly the lady finish only the menicure and she left...the lady said she need to go home now but still the time is 8:30 pm..so our appointmen not done that time...we complain but the 2 ladies are angry especially the other lady shout at me and said she is not a heroe to finish her job. The manager that time is not in the salon she is in the other salonn to do hair to other customer....no action ..😡😡😡

My wife booked an appointment ahead of time (by 2 days), when she arrived they told her there is no appointment and when they checked they realised that they forget to write it down on their book. Nevertheless, they give her another appointment after 2 days and when she arrived for her second appointment they told her that they are out of stock from the hair product which they should use it 😡😡😡. Shame on you, if there was a negative review then for sure Ill give you a minus on your bad service.

I got a root touch up here today and I must add that the hair washing area was extremely dirty and upon request they sanitised the seat which other wise was not even sanitised. Secondly after getting the hair washed their were used towels not a single clean or washed towel. When I asked not to use a used towel the lady got a tissue paper and wrapped my hair in it. Like literall!!!Then I asked for a hair cut/ hair trim and that was so pathetic their was no angle in cuting the hair she just chopped my hair short. Extremely unsatisfied.Highly un recommended. Maybe its a great place for meni Pedis but my experience was quite an unhappy one!!

Wow! I should have checked the reviews before walking into this place.... I told the stylist Zara to cut off one inch of my hair which was down past my bra line. After she finished cutting she said that she “removed the damaged hair” she basically removed all of my hair (over three inches) without checking with me first although she insists she did. Had she checked with me I would have told her what I said initially... she then had the audacity to whisper in my ear while I was sitting in the chair “it is your fault.” This woman has no integrity and instead of trying to do some damage control she blames the customer and walks out of the salon. Jhing, another employee immediately tried to take over and actually communicate with me like a professional would. This is the worst salon experience I have had in my over 10 years of living in Dubai. To add to this I asked for long layers, and now looking at my hair at home I see that there is 6 inches of difference between the first layer to the end of my hair!!! An old Jennifer Anniston style cut 🙈 How can you not understand LONG layers??? I can’t fix that, she’s ruined my hair completely!!! If you ever see a woman named Zara or something, run in the opposite direction - she clearly had no sense of decency or professionalism trying to blame me for what she had done. You can’t even get away with a lie in that salon because it is so small, every other customer can see exactly what is going on. Terrible service by this person in particular but thank god there is an emoloyee there who actually care about the customers...

The management of Lily beauty salon need to ensure that the beauticians tidy up as they go. The floor has to be swept in between appointments and the basins need to be cleaned properly. Sarah the hair stylist does a great blow dry but some of the brushes she uses are so worn out they need to be replaced, lest it breaks / damages hair. She also reeks of smoke which is bad news for non-smokers. Management needs to step up their game and provide resources to an otherwise talented, kind and helpful team.

I enquired about the keratin initially. They promised for a good treatment. Started the treatment by applying a chemical which was very strong. I started having burning sensation in my scalp. The styler said it’s normal. I wasn’t able to open eyes. Styler still convinced me saying it’s normal. After the treatment she even offered a sulphate free shampoo which was 100 aed. Within just a week , my hair was getting back it’s original wave. My scalp skin started to peel out. For almost a week I wasn’t able to go out as my hair was full of the peeled skin here n there. Such a worst service . I have done this in different places multiple times and never had any issues . This Parlour has no idea what chemicals they use. They don’t even test the skin type. Would never prefer to go to this Parlour again.

Blow dry: Not very welcoming. Firstly she washed my hair by just slapping some water on then shampoo, my hair wasnt very wet at this point. Shampoo was put on but it didnt do a good wash as my hair was only damp. Her first words so me was you have dry hair. My hair is actually in very good condition. she then put conditioner all over my hair, when really condition should just be used on the lower of the hair especially if you have thin hair like me. Anyway she rough dried my hair and at this point a hair brush had still not been used. She then went to style it as I had asked for volume. She still had not brushed my hair through at this point after it had been roughly dried through. She began to work on my roots with a large round brush but has my hair had not been brushed she was dragging it through my hair. She was too busy looking at her figure in the mirror to notice. Once the blow dry was done and left the salon with worse hair than i walked in with and could of done it myself better. There was no volume. I went back to my hotel and washed my hair again and styled it. I would not return or recommend.

Got a bad experience with this salon!!!! I called in advance to check if they have a slot available for gelish mani and pedi. They told me they have a slot available at 7:30pm, took my name and mobile number for their records. From my office in Al Barsha I went straight to Ibn Battuta and I have reached at 7:10pm. I approach the reception and told her that I am book at 7:30. The n she told me I do not have any booking and they still full and I can maybe comeback at 8:30 and try. This salon just kept on accepting booking even they do not have slots available!!!! They have just wasted my time.

Very bad hair service. One of the employees burned my head while keratin treatment. They have a promotion keratin for 299 AED, but when I came there they said it costs 500 AED. I dont recommend this place. I was there for 5 hours, they didnt even offer glass of water. Terrible place.

Filipino on the reception is absolutely rude person! She doesnt know what communication is. She has some problems and needs to learn how to talk with clients. I make appointment today at 15:30, and when i came it was 15:36, and her words were:can u wait 30 mins more? No? Then i am refusing u, coz u r late 6 mins. I was like: excuse me? I never seen smthng like that! Well yeah, i was 6 mins late, but she even didnt call me. I just left and never ll come there again, what a cheap place with shameless filipino on the reception????

I went to this salon , and asked for profissional (a jordanian one the name I dont know) I asked to her to fo high lights the one way, and always say: no, no, no, it is not beautiful!!! I will do my way… and she did thick lines, looking like yellow traffic lines, the kind you see on the street… horrible!!! something very marked… I despaired… I asked to make a cut, my god!! she cut very fast in a straight line, without technique and even charged me very expensive for a lousy job like that!! Thank you for to do RTA traffic lanes in my hear!!!

Zero rating for this parlour.. Never recommend this parlour for anyone... Pathetic service. I went for keratin treatment. They didn even cleanse my hair properly. I didn even got a proper chair to sit. It was like market when i went... Really crowded... Very congested parlour.... Very very congested.. Ladies pls dont go there. U wont get any attention... They done everything in hurry..not even a single thing they done properly... Unfortunately i didn check the reviews before going.. I dont know whether they used original products or not... Anyways i am waiting for my results.very unhygienic.. Using the same towel. Combs are filled with hair and still using same for next person. Oh my godd... Its like a cattle market.... Please dont run a parlour if u doesnt know how to treat the customers.... U are really cheating all the customers.... I hope once DHA would come and visit your clinic.....

I went to this salon with both of my daughters. The lady who cut my daughters hair did on a dry hair without even washing it. The result was terrible. She literally destroyed both of their hairs. So do not go there.

If there is option to click no star, i will opt it thousand times. I went to do facial. Moment, i went inside, the facial room was just 2 X 2m space. I felt suffocated throughout my facial, Moreover the lady who did facial for me was like doing for a sake. She was doing so fast that she will miss her flight. all worst products they used wen i noticed it while leaving from parlour. Funny thing is she started applying face pack before giving steam. Then wen said, without apologizing she went lazy and wiped it and put steam on face. moment steam started she started pulling out dirts from face. i told her what your parlour closing time. she told at 10 PM, then you do you rush to finish so soon imperfectly. she started arguing in rude voice that for every customer it is procedure and not only to you. waste of money, time & energy. Dudes never go there.

Not worth for money ,- package is 499 when u booked after when u pay they are adding taxes- no ventilation , small place and dirty- one hairdresser handling 4 clients same time , I was drying myself my hair , other guest saw me and did the same- they don’t know what is keratin , hair is not silk after procedure- no water offering- applied coloring and even didn’t clean my forehead afterAvoid this salon , don’t recommend
