Online and in front of the door it’s showed that they open at 11, i was there at 11 and waited 20 minute, nothing.I called the number, they told me that they didn’t know where the barber was, i waited, call again 45 minutes later and they told me that he would have arrived at 12, i waited.Now it’s 12:24, no one showed up.That’s not only a bad service, is disrepectul.Highly warning to come, I don’t know how good they are but for sure they are not serious at work.

Extremely bad experience. I booked mani pedi and facial package via Groupon. Filipino lady attended me was untrained. No proper mani pedi protocol was followed. Both feet thumbs started bleeding after she finished nails cutting. More over no scrubbing was done from heals. Products used were also not good quality. Staff was not pleasant.

Definitely going back and back again. Great prices and incredible service and friendly staff. The place is clean nd not too busy. And the staff have good knowledge and light hands

Best Fancy Saloon in Dubai, everything here is perfect, the reservations the resection and welcome, For Hair cut ask for ehab, and make sure you try the facial services, I highly recommend it to spoil you self

Very unprofessional staff. One person shaving 3 customers at the same time. And it is VERY EXPENSIVE. They need to be cleaner and sanitize their equipments as we are in the middle of a pandemic. Not recommended.

Not professional at all, dont clean there brushes for each customer, very expensive for service they give, even AIr condition not working correctly, dont recommand
