I had such a welcoming experience at this salon—truly the best! Yang, who handles the hair section, is phenomenal & absolutely amazing. I’ve known her for a long time and she’s an incredibly skilled hairstylist with a wealth of experience. Yang is not only talented but also friendly, attentive, cares a lot about her clients & always offering the best advice for your hair. The nail treatments are equally impressive, making this salon a one-stop destination for excellent care. The owner Mai is highly skilled and approachable! I highly recommend a visit - you wont be disappointed !!

The salon is a definite visit. Yang does a fantastic job with the hair. She is amazing and does exactly what you tell her. The Mani ped experience with Tabassum and Ana was phenomenal. I also had a shoulder massage done by Tabassum who is fantastic. I live in the UK and often visit dubai. This is the salon I have used for 4 years. Been going to Young to do my hair since 2014! The best and only person I trust with my hair. Nobody else does it like her!Very friendly , very chatty and an expert at knowing what my hair needs.

Visited salon for the 1st time and was served by Yang. She greeted me well and guided me on all the questions I had regarding my hair damage, gave me an awesome hair spa more …left the salon feeling great will definitely visit again

I m disappointed wd there services,the owner of this saloon made my nail extensions but it is not appropriate, uneven and looking little ugly.very dissipated.Hair person did good job and eye brows were good only nails service was really bad.not satisfied after spennding big amount of money.m feeling shame looking my hands.

I got a hush/wolfcut around a month ago and it was such a good experience!! jessica did an amazing job, she didnt only give me a beautiful haircut but she was so nice and gave me advice/tips for lots of things! definitely will go back for all the other services :)

As a second time customer I experience a very disappointing and embarrassing treatment from the staff.I have made my appointment through Whatsapp.I arrive for my appointment  where no one was assisting me and just stared at me when I entered , 5 min later I asked for assistance as I had my arrived for my appointment.Still no one assisted me after 15 min the lady approached me and said my appointment was the day before and I did not show up.In this time I was very embarrassed as she has said that infront of all the employees and customers while walking away and screaming in the salon.Only after she read the correspondence on my Whatsapp and just walked away.Betty came to the rescue however due to the situation Berry had to rush as there was another client booked for the same time.My booking was to remove the gel form my nails it took her 2 min I asked can we remove the gel from my toes and do proper cleaning. However she has asked me to make another booking for another time.I am highly upset first I am not getting approached as a customer , secondly getting yelled at , thirdly I need to make another appointment for the same thing I have made an appointment.This is unacceptable.

In terms of service they are good. Polite staff.. clean salon..My only not positive comment is they are expensive.It would be better if they had some kind of monthly package or or service package for a good price

Best salon ever! Super friendly employees. I was on holiday in Dubai from Amsterdam and was helped very well by Yang! My hair has never been blow-dried and styled so beautifully! I will definitely come back here! I asked if they could order the same pliers for me, which they did. Super sweet!!
