Absolutely love this cosy and glamorous salon! Got mani and pedi done and loved the friendly and quick staff. Their work was efficient and very neat. I definitely recommend their services. The interiors are very pretty as well and definitely very hygienic.

I booked 1 h massage through the website. They were not aware of my booking as they didnt check it.After 15 min the therapist, who was not expert at all, stopped it, although when I showed her my booking she resumed for 20 more minutes.0 professionalism, 0 quality.

Tried their Moroccan bath. very decent value for money experience. Inner bath facility isnt fancy but its clean. therapist Hisham from Morocco was super good and knows his job well.

Good service for lashes and the nails, Other than that bad timing for appointments, they need to be more professional for the management. And don’t believe the offers they are providing, it’s total scam , no one should ever go there. All they care about is getting money from you, with different prices every time.

For nails-Bad reception I will not fail to let it know to my friends who come on vacation. I made an appointment and the person to do the nails was not available for about thirty minutes. (If I was 30 minutes late you wouldnt have liked it)I drove 30 minutes for nothing. And the lady at the reception is not welcoming. Disappointing ! Unacceptable, no professionalism, you have my contact details and should have taken the time to warn me!

One of the disorganized management i have ever came across with. they sent me promotion of eyelashes 150aed and i booked the very next day and when it was the day i had my lashes appointment they changed the promotion price from 150 to 199 aed. this has not happened once but couple of times .

Professional staff, and excellent customer service. They can meet your requirements with any style of hair cut or trimming your beard. I deal with Osama who can suggest to you what hair or beard style which suit the shape of your face.The only problem I found, they don’t meet their booking times. They normally try squeezing more people which cause delays.

Really bad customer service. The person who took a booking for me was very rude on the phone. Changed the time of the booking for no apparent reason. I booked a hammam with Arabic therapist only to find out that wasn’t the case when I arrived. The staff were having a fight with each other as well. Really bad ! I wouldn’t recommend this place!

Recommended, ask for Omran, he’s a bro and understands one’s head shape before designing your hair. One star off because of the higher than average prices.

It is the worst salon in dubai, they have no experience, I advise people not to go there, I went for trimming and got the unwanted shape and also trimmed my beard, not fully satisfied with it, waste of time there.

I tried package of Morrocan bath with blowdry , minecore and pedicure , it was very good ,the place is cute and clean , all staff was kind , the prices compatitve, Manger is lovely and she check all clients .. it is very good experiance and recommanded for every girl to try it .

The worst beauty Center ever the owner was so road and unprofessional.. the worst microblading I ever tried.. the pic of the service in the advertisement was totally defrent from the reality....I dont recommend anyone to visit them for microblading..The worst beauty center I have ever been to. The employee was unqualified. The owner of the salon was disrespectful. I was doing microblading and the owner of the place entered with all lack of taste. She started yelling at the employee that she was in a hurry because there was someone outside and she did not respect my presence as a customer. The room and the work were unfortunately a waste of money, even though the pictures they provided were beautiful. But the job was a failure, and the employee wanted to do things as she pleased, not the thing that I, as a client of hers, said, and half of the words you say that you dont know what microblading means... I wish she knew what microblading means instead of the deformity you gave me...Honestly, I dont advise anyone to go and take a risk with them....

Very good mens hairdresser. Fast and professional service. You can call to make an appointment - the staff speaks English. Next to the mens salon, there is also a womens salon, run by the same owner. Coffee is served during the haircut.

The Moroccan bath is very bad... They are not qualified to do a Moroccan bath... Ordinary bathing and cleaning has nothing to do with anything like a Moroccan bath other than using Moroccan soap for scrubbing... Very bad... Even the person doing the bath has no experience.
