This is my go to salon and Rubina is my favorite hair dresser! I was a blogger and I had experienced PR with high end dressers but her work ethics and creativity exceptionally stands out!She’s an amazing hairstylist and hair coloris. I highly recommend her! 😍😍❤️❤️

I am going there only for my hair color and hair cut both services I have been taken from Rubina for three years. She absolutely nailed it.

If there is no star, I will give it.I visited this salon today & the way the staff treated customers was surprisingly impolite and inconsiderate. Right, from the start I felt like I wasnt wanted and my presence wasnt valued. Not did they not care about what I wanted, they also didnt act professionally in their interactions. Its a shame that such an important part of customer service was missing at that place. Needless to say I wont be going back there & I wouldnt suggest this salon to anyone. The owner must see these reviews to know how his/her business is running as I see a lot of bad reviews about this place.Anyone looking for a ladies salon, just skip this one & search in google maps for another salon as there is one just 4 minutes away by car which treats the customers very well & they are very professional with 4.8 stars review.

The worst salon, staff is so rude, people come in an they just put there favourite people in, NOOR there lady is very very rude just tells oh I will call you for appointment and all and never calls back and just put her favourite customers in.Jenny is also very rude they don’t even listen properly and just cut the call and they have their own tantrums on normal days even after booking. Services are also not good at all except for eyebrows but it’s expensive also very rude staff. I must say not to go there and waste money and don’t look for fake reviews

The worst thing you can do for your hair is to get a haircut done here.I had decent length of hair ,asked them to get a minimal layer just at the front side. My goodness ! they chopped off my whole hair like anything and I had to find another salon to fix the shape .My whole hair is spoiled and i had to cut until my shoulder.

Bad salon specially the Vietnam lady she is had bad attitude she don’t want to work she don’t know how to make nail last time to come to Salon

Honestly wish i read the reviews before making an appointment for what seemed to be a simple thing that cant be ruined.Cant look at my feet without tearing up. My pedicure looks like a 3y/o painted my nails.Dont get me started on how she “cleaned” my feet from dead skin.The eyebrow lady from Sudan was nice. Im happy with the brows, A star for her.But overall- avoid avoid avoid.

I have done lash extensions and nail art with Linda, and she is amazing. I go every 2 weeks now. I am a big fan of this salon, I finally found the best place.

If I can give this salon ZERO stars, I would gladly!!!First off, this salon is horrible, the girl who does hair cuts (I think she was from nepal) is shady and so fake, rude and mean.She has zero respect to privacy and has no comprehension to what (crossing the line) means.While she was doing my hair, instead of focusing on giving me a hair cut, she kept on asking me personal questions and wouldnt stop talking.She also didnt pay attention to my ears and ended up cutting it.In addition to hurting me, & the horrible uneven hair cut she gave me, she disregarded my wishes in giving me a straight blow dry (surely to cover up for the horrible uneven hair cut she gave me) and went on and curled my hair and burned it in the process. And I told her repeatedly (Youre burning my hair, I can smell it). Stop burning my hair, but she laughed at me and told me (youre so funny)! With utter disrespect!!To top it all off, she burned my right ear and my forehead!!!And when I finally got done, and was anxious just to get the hell out there, they charged me 50 AED more, because they made my hair like Marie Antoinette, even though I never asked for the curls and knowing that I kept on objecting to the curls! With persistence!!I kept on telling her that I always get a straight Blow-dry after a haircut, to see the haircut. But she didnt listen to me & what I wanted at all.I hated going this salon and I wish everyone reads my review and stay away from these abusive Gold digging unexperienced staff!!!

I got the worst haircut ever from here. The lady gave me layers on the back of my head. It looks awful . True toAll the reviews this place is a disaster . Never go if you care about your hair. I’ve to look terrible for the next few months thanks to the Sri LankanLady who cut my hair

The most horrible beauty parlor ever. They use such low quality cream and wax that I ended up having acne all over my face. Now my face is all itchy and red as a result of which I had to get it treated by a dermatologist. Also, the lady who did my eyebrows literally sprayed rose water directly on my face. It was so bad that the liquid went directly in my eyes and inside my nose and I ended up gasping for breath. Instead of spraying it on a cotton pad and applying it on my face she found it easy to spray it onto my face directly. All of them at the parlor are always engaged in some kind of chit chat which is very annoying specially for women who have to rush back to get back to their baby or work. I will never ever recommend this salon to anyone.

Worst hair cut ever, seems like you need a phd to explain a simple v cut, i have no idea what hair cut i have now, except that its the worst one ever,

In Google search their timing mentioned as 10am opening. Started calling from 10am nobody answerd. Reached there by 10.30 am and saw the board with timing 11am start. When called repeatedly some one answerd and told, no our timing mentioned in web as 11am. When I sent the screen shot, they apologized. But still no response to calls there after.

Nice little salon. They don’t have a big selection of nail polish colours. But mani pedi was good

WORST SALON EXPERIENCEjust visited this salon few minutes ago.I called earlier to book an appointment. The receptionist tells me they have a slot at 2pm. I told her I need Gel Manicure & Pedicure. She just said okay took my name and was in a hurry to disconnect the call, while i was still telling her what more I need. Worst customer service.I reached the salon at 1:55pm since my appointment was at 2pm, the ladies at the reception ask me if I can wait for 25mins. I told her no I am sorry the appointment is booked at 2pm. They checked my name on their list and it was mentioned there 2pm with a wrong spelling name and my number wasn’t even mentioned. One of the ladies told me to wait inside and sit and it would take 5-10mins since she was finishing off with another customer. while I sat on one of their chairs, one of the ladies rudely asks me to get up to take another customer. Again WORST Customer Service. I waited outside near the reception desk and they tell me to wait another 15mins which I couldn’t and ran out of patience moreover the attitude of the staff and unprofessionalism. You guys and your team are pathetic. Don’t suggest timings to customers if you cannot keep up to it & learn to speak to customers. don’t show differences to your customers. Disgusting Attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this Salon.

Horrible customer service I went to do threading the receptionist asked me to come back after 30 minutes. When I went back after 30 minutes again asked 30 more minutes took my number said will give me a call. But the call never came then I went myself the lady said not possible for today coz they are busy. No apology nothing simply wasted my time should have informed me at very first time. Thankfully I did not use this service people with such unprofessionalism cant give good service. There is no option of zero rating otherwise its zero star salon I will say.
