There are so many things i love about this place, everyone working there is so friendly and welcoming. as soon as you come in they immediately ask if you need drinks/wifi without me even saying anything. the decor of the salon is so cute especially how they designed it for christmas. Apple who did my nails was very good and she took her time and made sure my nail extensions were perfect and thin and as natural as possible which is rare to find with salons here. Also they have good offers and although the location is in downtown it’s super easy to park and they provide you with access. great experience at this salon!

Albina did a great job on my nails. I was just going there for a gel manicure but ended up getting this beautiful extension. I will definitely be back there for other services as well.

My friend and I went for manicures as part of their promo and were given two different treatments despite paying the same amount, they said it was because she got a Russian manicure and I got a normal one but they never asked us before deciding for themselves who got what type of manicure. No compensation was made for the mistake and I wasn’t even satisfied with the normal manicure I got. They also told us the design costed extra after it was too late to change our minds on the base color. Staff are lacking in proper communication. Will not return.

I had my infill acrylic nails and gelish pedi . Was my first time and i declare myself 💯 satisfied, the staff is soo soooo sweet and welcoming, same is the owner she is extremely nice. The salon is super clean and the decor so calm and relaxing. I am super fussy when comes about my nails but have to say they were amazing! I totally recommend them ♥️♥️♥️♥️

My God, please dont go to this salonAs part of their promotion on instagram , I had a protein treatment two days back , and today when I had a normal bath, all of my hairs straightening was gone. After one bath, I got my natural curly, wavy hair again. Not even a week did it last. Their product is poor and ineffective. They also dont give the money back. They simply make excuse, your money will be lost. Very disappointing, they dont maintain integrity. They simply say it would look good and cut the hair without mentioning an amount. They charged 125 from me for basic trim(shaping) even.Staff members are not able to understand one another or the customers they are speaking with.Bad!!!

My friend and I went for gel manicure for AED 79 as part of their promotion. Despite paying the same price, we both got different treatments, I got a russian manicure and my friend got a regular manicure. They never asked us what we wanted, and also told me that design for each nail cost 10 dhs but it was free for my friend cause her design was only a dot but the lady changed her mind after 10 minutes and said that the dot will cost 5 dhs each which felt a bit like a scam. We agreed to just get gel manicure with no design although it was too late to change the base colour but they managed to mess that up too. We were extremely dissatisfied with the service and the staff was willing to do nothing except tell us they’ll do a better job next time, but clearly we will not be coming back to them!

Very bad experience.The girl that did pendicure didn’t have any idea. I was blending and also they had attitude.

Horrible, horrible service! The lady who did my haircut did not understand my instruction. The length she cut was not what I told her at the beginning. At first she said it’s just trim. After she finished, she said she did not “trim” my hair and charged me lot for my haircut. Did not end there, she went straight to chatting after cutting my hair even before removing my cover and cleaning me up!

Nice salon and their work is perfect except for that one African accountant, very rude and her voice is very loud she doesn’t even welcomed us and didn’t smile at our faces. However, the rest of the staff were very friendly and sweet

I just had a manicure, not a single finger survived, all my fingers were cut, there were numbness everywhere, the Kazakh woman who gave me a pedicure tried to correct the situation, everything was in vain, by the way, I liked the pedicure, but now I’m in such pain that everything good that was done in this salon, everything crosses it out, if you are planning to go to this salon, think 100 timesUnfortunately, you can’t attach a photo, I would gladly attach it so that no one gets hurt

I liked the extensions that Acche did for me🌞 she carefully extended the extensions, the procedure lasted a little less than two hours, I was even able to sleep, which happens very rarely😊 I received a beautiful brush as a gift, thank you🌸🤗
