I was here on the day of Onam . The hair and the head massage was done well by Mr Ameer . I Payed 60 aed for that and when you pay that amount you except peace and calm and a good vibe but it was all spoiled by Mr Ashiq and his gang who was too loud and trash talking with abusive language which is not fine for me as I was in a saloon in Dubai and not in a mallu bar in Kerala . but they made me feel like I was in one. A good business can be spoiled by a few drunk friends I think. Also there was one customer who came for a haircut and the Ashiq guy made him sit on the chair for cutting and left him there while he went out with his friends ( i have seen this kind of negligence only in comiedy movies ) until another guy came after half hour or more to get started with the poor customer. This kind of customer service is pathetic for a newly opened saloon.
This salon doesnt have a hairspray. I asked the staff if he has any sort of spray I can put on my hair. He said we only have water spray. Which SALON doesnt have a HAIRSPRAY?????
Sadly there is no zero to be given otherwise i would hv rated this salon lower than zero. This place is full of mosquitoes and when i complained about that the manager was laughing as it was a joke rather being sorry ,I went to get the face clean up nd the hairdresser doesnt know how to do clean up properly,I pointed him out but he was least concerned ,I sheerly wasted my money here ....
Very bad service
