Jona is one of the best for nails, very friendly and perfectionist.I do come here regularly, every 2 weeks and I even have friends that come all the way from business here to get services done.Prices are fare and salon is always clean and organized.Highly recommended!

AC has not been working for more than one year . Every time we come, they say they will fix it. It is so hot, especially in summer . We spoke with them more than 10 times about it . We come here just for the girls they are professional.

I went to the salon for a facial & a massage. The experience was amazing. Zara did facial which was amazing. She was suggesting me different skin care & was very gentle with skin.Dolly did amazing job with the body massage. Done my Microblading with Lorita Beauty Center… I am very happy with the results.. I had very thin and uneven eyebrows naturally even threading couldn’t fix it and years of trying to fix those i was very sad about the impact eyebrows had…But after doing Microblading there is a drastic change in my look my face looks more younger and beautiful all thanks to Rania she is an amazing artist.. she is very professional perfectionist and humble… I would recommend all the ladies go give it a try its worth it❤️Also about the salon its very clean spacious hygienic… the staff is very friendly and helpful its the best salon i have ever visited in dubai… i will highly recommend loritas beauty center and rania they can do wonders 😇🤩😍

Had coloured my hair the first time ever and Zara made this experience worthwhile. She made sure i was confident and i not worried about changing the color of my hair first time. She did an amazing haircut as well.

Very bad service. Staff is rude. They took my appointment for nails. I waited there for half an hour and Jonna said I m not free instead of saying sorry she was rude saying that its not my fault. The other old lady working there said Its ok you pay now and if u dont like it, dont come again. Owner refuses to talk also.

This place has been my go to for a couple of year now. Zara is a gem, just wonderful, listens to what you want and let’s you know what you need as well.Just last week, after a lot of consultation with Zara (where she happily answered all my questions again and again), I finally got ‘Keratin Protein’ done to my hair. I have since washed and dried it myself and it makes life so easy and hair so sleek :) I do not need to use my hair iron again. I am not sure how long it will last (each hair type/hair clean routine is different) but I am really happy that I finally got it done.They have lots of deals and promotions going on so it’s at a great price. Just call and ask and they will give you all the info.All in all, an affordable place to get your beauty needs sorted.

If I could give 0 star then I would. One of the pathetic and worst customer service. They only have one staff for waxing and incase of emergency wherein you couldn’t take any appointment, they refuse straight away as they don’t have any other staff for the same. Never ever recommend to anyone.

It was first time but really the staff are amazing and their work perfect.

I came there to make a haircut for my mum. We didnt know anything about their services so it was like a good or bad luck trial. At the end my mum loved their job. I liked also a nice touch theyve done for my baby- put some nail colour on her nails. Good commercial decision to attract new customers and keep them. The price is quiet decent for Dubai for good haircut service.

Absolutely love that they have lycon service. The salon is great on its own but some services are too pricey. However offers are worth it. Very happy with Josephine’s waxing skills she is just the best!

My favourite salon. I have been with them for almost 8 years now and they are all lovely. The best stuff ever ❤️❤️❤️. Zara, jema, khoser and jocey for hair all are amazing. The girls on the pedicure and menucure stations are also first class. Never failed me at any occasion 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I love the salon..service is excellent - Gemma is the girl u need to go to for your Hair and I would recommend Zara for waxing and threading. The only thing they could improve on is their nail services - nailpolishes are old, and they chip off very easily.

Very good service. Sunshine best massage therapist I always been coming to this salon for years. Special mention to Gemma expert in hair color and cut and specially Esther in reception is always accomodating last minute booking and requests.

I came to Lorita a few times. Once my sister did her eyebrows there - and the lady really pulled roughly on her brows and cut her as well, so that was a bad experience. However when I went today to remove the gel polish off my nails, this lady named Annalene did a very good job, and gave me a satisfying experience. :)

Coming here because of Jemma - great hairstylist. Otherwise the salon is not worth Had an appointment at 11 but salon not open as the lady with the key will need another 20 minutes to arrive. Second time it happenend. Seems they have enough business and do t mind to lose customers. When I confronted the owner with it she told me that lasr time it wasnt her like if this makes a difference. And the reply is even more ridiculous. What dies maintenance the night before have to do with coming late next morning. 🤔 Just not worth to even answer

I took the special offer on body massage. They have a professional massage lady Analyn she solved my back and feet problems in 2 sessions only I am very pleased with her service and will renew the offer for sure. All the staff are professional and friendly.

It was an horrible experience, as I got a manicure done, and the lady while removing dead skin cut my skin twice and it was bleeding, she did not apologize and continued to apply nail paint on my wounded finger with blood on my finger, inspite of telling her its hurting, she did not care, the way she applied nail paint was so bad that with my left hand i can do a better job. I dont want anyone to go to the same painful experience.

I tried out Lorita yesterday for the 1st time, and I had a great experience. I was attending a wedding so I booked a change of polish, hair style (updo) and makeup. My hair was initially blowdry and curled bu Zara, looked shinny and beautiful then Kawthar came and she worked her magic on my updo. It was simple, it covered my ears like I asked, I just loved it.My makeup was done by Rania, it was subtle, beautiful and it lasted the whole night through all that dancing. Ive been to so many salons across Dubai and this one is definitely worth it.

I have been a regular customer of Lorita for past few months and I mostly visit lorita for hair colour and hair cut and yesterday I had highlights on hairs and I loved it excellent work done by zara ....she is too good does excellent job 👏.

Not a five star experience. Very average service and pricing is off. Their packages are very unfriendly. They provide a towel to wrap for waxing service and when asked why? They said we are atleast providing you that. Overall a hostile environment.

Very unprofessional.The most outrageous was when I booked for mani-pedi, root retouch and blow-dry.I was sent away without the blow-dry because the closing hour was nearing.I just had to get out with my hair wet and messy although the blow-dry would have taken probably another 15-20 minutes.And that decision was made by the very owner.I will never-ever step into that place. Ever. Again.

The only reason I recommend Lorita is for exceptional services provided by Zahra for hair coloring and cut and Josephine/josie for waxing.Highly recommend these two service professionals at Lorita.

To be honest, I was getting frustrated with salons until I found this salon that was more than wonderful and they provided amazing services. I dyed a color. I always asked from salons and they gave me a color that was nothing like it. This time, I was surprised to find this salon that was able to get the orange color out of my hair and do the natural hair, so I cut it off. They made me a wonderful hairdryer at a reasonable price. May God bless them and grant them peace of mind From Madam Rania alone, he lets everyone go and drink his coffee there and change Modo into a wonderful style.
