Lou lou Beauty Salon

I don’t usually put reviews but they definitely deserve one! One of the very few salons in Dubai with such hygiene, quality service, great prices and considerate staff. I went in to do a few services and ended up doing more after seeing results on my sister. I’d definitely come back to try more as well. All staff including the owners were very caring and genuinely wanted good results rather than upselling - Especially Kajal who did my hair! Keep up the great work. My mom is definitely coming back soon 🫶🏽

One of the only few salons in Dubai that provide the best service for everything head to toe. Kajal did an amazing job with my hair and gave me exactly the colour I wanted, she is exceptionally talented and same goes for Geeta who did my pedicure and gel nail paint application. All the staff and salon managers do an awesome work in keeping the salon running and succeeding in all the services they provide. Would recommend everyone to try Lou Lou once if you havent had a satisfactory experience anywhere else.

I wanted to share my recent experience at Lou Lou Salon, and I strongly advise against visiting any salon where clients are not respected. My experience with this salon was extremely disappointing. The owner made me wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes while she attended to her own highlights and hair wash. When I mentioned the long wait time, she responded rudely.I explained that I had traveled a long distance and couldnt wait much longer, but she raised her voice and told me to wait and stop complaining. She was very disrespectful, yelled at me, and instructed her staff to stop working on me. I believe her behavior was partly because I had already paid in advance. The owner of this salon is extremely disrespectful.Additionally, the products used were of very poor quality, and the owner lacked knowledge about the products and processes. Salons should be run by qualified professionals, and opening a salon does not automatically grant the necessary skills.I would suggest avoiding this salon altogether.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Lou Lou Salon. The owner is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and clearly lacks the necessary skills. My friend went for a service and was treated horribly. She had an appointment but was kept waiting for 1.5 hours because the owner decided to start services (highlights and makeover) for herself. When my friend politely asked about starting her service, the owner shouted at her and then instructed her staff to stop attending to her. This is unacceptable behavior, and I would strongly advise against visiting this salon.

Im gald to share my experience for Lou Lou salon such an amazing staf they have very polite an excellent. The product the are using is actually an organic and healthy products I’m going this salon from last four year I never get disappointed from their work and staff . This is my honest review for the salon people must visit there and have and fentatic service 😊🫶🏻

Pathetic service. Arrogant owner doing her own hair while customer waiting for 1.5 hours! And then getting upset and telling them to get out after half service

Sasha was the best that was the reason I kept coming, Unfortunately, Angela ruined my day yesterday I decided not come back any more! Excellent saloon but Angela ruined it.

Very very rude staff. Even if spoken politely they cut the call on my face. Not at all accommodating. No hygiene standards maintained at all! I tried being polite with them but no impact. All show no talk. I wish i could give 0 stars but here i have to give minimum 1 star
