Very unhappy with the result of a simple haircut. Lady didnt know how to do a simple layered cut and ended up in a disaster. She tried to cover it up by curling the ends so didnt notice until hair was wet and dried right after. Could clearly see she didnt know what she was doing.Do not recommend this salon for women. Gelish manicure and pedicure also peeled off as soon as reached home, clearly very poor quality was used.Save yourself time and try another salon.

I loved this shop. People were super friendly and very professional. I felt very welcomed. She gave me disposable slippers since I wore my sneakers ( I didnt ask for it as all) and used massage chair till mine is dried. I will definitely visit here again.

I’ve been a regular customer since over 5 years and I really love the service. All the ladies do an amazing job and very detail oriented.However, the same nail polish colors are there for all these years which makes it too boring to repeat the same colors every time.Also, gelish colors are too old that they peel off quickly.Please make sure there’s always new colors introduced and always make sure of the nail polish condition so time and effort are not gone to waste.

There are too many changes in this salon. First of all I’m a regular client, I’ve been coming here for 5 years, for many, pedi, eyebrows, upper lip threading, hair color, blow dry, and more.I like the salon, and the people, the price is reasonable as well. The quality of gel polish is bad, it doesn’t last, after 2 days it’s chipping already.. but they will fix it.But since they drastically increased the price for like 20 aed more, but still selling same products, it’s just doesn’t makes sense to me.. plus you can find the price cheaper if you look on Groupon. So for the new clients, they will find this offer and go to this salon for cheaper price, and for regular, they said the price has been increased and pay the new price. This doesn’t make any sense, literally they don’t know how to maintain regular clients. They should build their database, especially with regular , give the best price to regular clients, send some promotion from time to time, thank them for being regular etc. So people will keep coming back. Rather than give so cheap price on Groupon for people who never came , and losing the regulars..As well with new price, you should upgrade quality of products, and train the staff for more knowledge.It’s really poor and disappointing to be honest.

I love the ladies at this salon. Always smiley and helpful as well as so precise with their work. I’ve been coming to this salon for a while and I’m very happy with their service. To the management : we would use some new colors ! 💖

I booked a service on call, when I got there they didn’t tell me they are double booked and have another appointment scheduled at the same time. The girls started doing my treatment, and as soon as the other customer walked in. Left me in the middle and started working on the other client. They didn’t use any scrub or moisturizer in my pedicure, soaked my feet in cold water and tried to remove my cuticles causing the entire process to be extremely painful.

Professional and very nice ladies. Always making you feel welcomed and comfortable. Nice work and new colors of gelish nail polish well appreciated.

Did an express mani and pedi here. The girls were fantastic! Two of them worked on me at the same time so it truly was express. They were kind and very good at their job. The place was neat, great music and I was in a massage chair the whole time! So all in all I highly recommend this place. Shoutout to Julie and Mary ann who worked on my mani/pedi.

Very nice people who work there but that’s it. The quality of the gelish nail polish is aweful. The moment you reach home it’s peeling off already. The lady who says she is a hair dresser is clearly not a hair dresser. She ruined my hair and after ‘finishing’ she said that she is normally not cutting hair but as I made a booking when the original hairdresser is off, she did the job. Again, super nice and friendly people but I would recommend to go somewhere else.

The worst Salon experience, I wonder if these guys heard about HYGIENE…Staff is nice but the salon is so dirty, towels are smelly too…And the biggest surprise is that they asked for extra charge for using a straightener…Absolutely it’s not the place to be, I left the shop after a made a booking in another Salon.

Not happy at all . I got my eyebrows done and told the lady just clean around and not to touch my brows . She just take off my whole eyebrow . It looks horrible and cant even face anyone . Dont even admit her mistake . Not happy and recommeding to snyone . I think she is nepal or philipines m. Not happy at all

I had a great Experience having my hair done. The braiding was perfectly done by Sandra with alot of care.Thank you Sandy you are just amazing and I got my manicure and pedicure perfectly done.There was alot of team work and how they handled me made me feel so comfortable being my first visit.If anyone wants the walk of confidence I would definitely recommend this place to get the look.Thank you once again to all the staff of Luca Stoppony.

It’s not a luxurious place, but the service is great and the prices are very good. The hairdresser is very professional and kind. They have the best massage chair for when washing your hair 😍

They are unfair, they charge aed 20 aed for gelish nail paint removal even if it is just on the tips which will be cut off and filed, its unfair. They just dont know how to do business. I feel its better not to go to places like this. They are just cheats! I feel the owner needs to be there full time, otherwise the receptionist will ruin thier business

Wonderful service — this will be my go to place! Sandra is absolutely amazing with hair, and a beautiful person inside, out. Loved the way she colored and styled my hair. Will always be coming back to her!

Very bad experience.. I went to get my hair coloured and the outcome was disastrous. The stylist not only messed up the color, she did not apply it properly. So now I have chunks of bleached hair in between the bright red color (which I did not choose). I have to now buy black box colors to set the whole thing straight. What an absolute waste of money and time.

I previously gave it a very nice review on my keratin last year but extremely disappointed with my visit today. The receptionist is rude and doesn’t know how to address customer concerns. I had gone for my keratin again this time and as the hair stylist was nice. But as the treatment didn’t last the first time so she insisted I buy shampoo and conditioner from them. The shampoo wasn’t dispensing so I went back to ask for a replacement and as they didn’t have any in their stock I requested for a refund to which the receptionist or person in charge rudely said no. One of the staff members was trying to get it to work and after a lot of hard presses it spilled a lot of shampoo. As I hadn’t used it I courteously requested it to be refunded or replaced as I didn’t want a wasted shampoo bottle which wasn’t even working properly for 200 dirhams. I requested that they talk to their owner to which they uptightly responded that their owner can not be reached so there’s nothing they can do.This isn’t the first time I’ve been told by them that their owner isn’t reachable. More importantly just being defensive and on top being rude isn’t a way to treat a client who’s been a regular. Just a request to the owner to please tell your staff to treat customers in a courteous manner. Not that I would ever want to come here again after today.
