I needed some change and decided to revamp my look with a new hair colour. Lovely Mrs Cristy did amazing work with the highlights. She knows whats shes doing and I really loved the outcome. A shout out to Ailyl always welcoming and smiling . Also to Komal and Sri who added their touch to my hair and my eyebrows.

Worse experience ever, I am someone who gets my hair done every 6 months and often go to salons but this was the absolute worse salon I have ever been too, highly unprofessional the staff there were having a fight while cutting my hair. I had only booked an appointment for a haircut and needed to go to the airport afterwards, the reception and the person who was doing my hair constantly kept for ing me to do a balayage. It gave me so much anxiety how they were pressuring me to do something I didnt even want to do. I had asked the lady not to cut my hair short I prefer it long. I asked her to cut it an inch or 2, instead she cut my hair wayy shorter than I wanted. I had to keep telling thats enough and I don’t want it any short but she kept continuing, when it came to my fringe she didn’t even bother asking me at what length I wanted it, she cut it the way she wanted it and I hated the length so much. Afterwards I kept telling them that I didn’t want to do a color and it was getting late too.. But they kept forcing me into doing it, before I even knew they immediately started bleaching my hair and I knew they were going to mess it up. I wanted to cry soo badly and I felt soo pressured by them. Once done with the color it was the most ugliest copper brown I have seen the lady had ruined my hair and I wanted to do my hair because after a week it was my brother’s wedding too and I was flying to my home country for it and they did a good job destroying my hair, also they knew I had to leave immediately to catch a flight but they kept forcing me to do the color. Once done with the color she started curling my hair and I hate curls, I kept telling her then too, to stop curling it but she just continued doing what she wanted instead! I was fuming and had soo much anxiety! I normally go to salons to feel relaxed instead got so much anxiety. Afterwards ruining my hair charged me 535 very overpriced for the terrible job they did, was not even worth giving them 100. I wanted to cry soo badly that I just paid and ran to my car and started crying while also being extremely late for my flight!Also, I think the person who did my hair was Irene and the receptionist were the ones highly involved in this matter.Would never recommend this place unless someone wants to get their hair ruined!

Highly recommend this salon, I come here specially for Komal, she is amazing , she does my roots/blow dry/wax/pedi-meni monthly. She is so friendly, fast and does her job from the heart. Always with a big smile and welcoming attitude. Thank you ❤️

I visited the Salon today & the atmosphere was relaxing to your mind it was clean the owner Ms. Ferien was so warm & welcoming and it made you feel that you were at your second home relaxing & getting pampering Ruwanthi is great with hair with her warm smile as always & Shree is so good with mani & pedi & eyebrows she is pleasant warm & welcoming too. Ive been all over Dubai and RAK, to different Salons to do my nails, but Luluat has the highest standards and best quality of service by far. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, the services are afforable without compromising quality of products. The salon is beautiful, hygienic, spacious and clean. I did my Nails in this salon for the first time and was so happy for the result. It was more better than i expected.My mani lasts me a long while & is very neatly done. MAHI does my pedicure and is also very professional and neat.Generally the girls are very knowledgeable and they do an amazing job every time.I liked your salon and i will never change.highly recommend it 10000000/10 ❤️❤️❤️

Nail artist Shree - she knows the vision of the clients . Once you explain to her , she can catch the essence and work on her own. The soft gel and extension products are strong and doesnt break even 60 days. And you can refil the soft gel with easy. I tried many different chrome versions and I m very happy with the results.
