I have been living in Dubai for 2 years, and during this time, I’ve had unsuccessful attempts at finding a salon that offers high-quality manicures and pedicures. Finally, I found LUMA.LUMA has a cozy atmosphere, wonderful staff, and, most importantly, they deliver excellent results. Every time I visit, I forget about everything else and just enjoy the process with a cup of coffee or tea.Even after moving to another area, I still choose to come back to LUMA.Highly recommended!

I usually don’t cheat on my favorite plaice in NYC but I recently had a wonderful manicure experience at a salon in Dubai while on vacation. I urgently had to change the color, when I contacted the salon the girls were able to accommodate my request so quickly. Upon my arrival they offer a wide variety of teas and Matcha, as well as different drinks and snacks, making you feel very welcome and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, making the entire experience enjoyable and relaxing. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was fantastic I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a top-notch manicure experience in Business Bay Dubai!

First time visiting Luma beauty lounge, and definitely it was worth it!!! The service is great and welcoming, the atmosphere is so nice and friendly 😊 They gave me a foot massage which was done by some machine , it was amazing 🥲 I will definitely advice you visit this place, get some relaxation is all we need 🩷 thanks to my nail master Tata, which has done a great job, and a part from that I had a very professional hair stylist 🥰 thanks to the owner of the place ,she made this place 10 out of 10 , great services.

Love this place! Staff is friendly and try their best to make your experience enjoyable. Theyre so hospitable and pay attention to details (snacks with coffee/tea, foot massage machine, phone chargers available etc). The nail master Aia is out of this world, shes amazing and my nails are always so pretty thanks to her.

I had a great time at the salon! The place looks amazing and feels so relaxing. The service was really good, I did my manicure and pedicure with Aidai a sweet girl who was quick and did a fantastic job on my nails. Id totally recommend it!

This is the worse salon I ever been , went there one day before I fly on vacation to do lushes and brows lamination and actually walked way with burned skin , during the process I told her I feel burned from the product but she said it’s normal little but will be gone also that I may be little to sensitive, anyway now my skin round my eyes and eyebrows are all burned and have like holes can’t go to sun or out anything , I will share here the pictures and see what I am talking about on top of that when I told them the situation the way they answer was so unprofessional and that I have allergy so funny

Worst salon experience Ive had in my 8 years of living in Dubai!! I thought it would be a good idea to try this out as it just opened in my building and looks beautiful, but what a mistake!! They dont speak English well enough to understand what you want, they completely BUTCHERED my nails, cut them so short the skin is almost damaged when thats not at all what I clearly asked for!! My nails are all different lengths now, and look absolutely horrible!!!! They also didnt tell me that only 1 girl would be working on me so it took even longer than it should have. They charge more than double the amount of most salons in the area and offer half the service! I got a normal manicure and pedicure and they didnt do any scrubbing, removing of dead skin, cream, massage, nothing. Then on top of it turns out they only do 1 coat included in the already outrageous price!! No base, no second coat and no top coat! When I highlighted this they said if you want a second or top coat you have to pay EXTRA FOR IT!!! WHAT IS THIS A BAZAAR? My nails have never looked so bad and I still paid 200aed WITH DISCOUNT, which is still more than I usually pay just across the street for full service and beautiful nails. I shouldve just done them myself, they wouldve turned out so much nicer!!! Shame on this place, avoid at all costs!!!!!

The minute I waked in I was impressed by the Bali style of this Beaty lounge , very cozy and calm ☺️ I was offered a coffee with little treats my manicure and pedicure was just perfect - I have to say I’m very picky and honestly I was just passing by and really need a mani and pedi since my both ladies in salon I go for 4 years was busy - to say that I was 100% satisfied is not to say anything - the ladies was very polite we had a chit chat and the service was excellent- no I have issues if I would be back to the girls I use for last 4 years 😂😅😅😅Thank you so much

I dont recommend this place. They dont accept to give an overview about their services with explanation. The Owner literally chased us and told us she is busy and can t give us the brochure of her services.They are not english speakers.

Yesterday I had a haircut in this salon. THE WORST thing that happened to me. The haircut was crooked, short and completely different from what was shown in the photo before. I’m very disappointed, I’m waiting for my hair to grow back so I can correct the situation. Horrible experience, very bad. I dont recommend it!!!

Copyright belongs to me, including original photos of works, indicating dates (dates when your salon was not even open yet). It’s a pity that your masters have not yet developed a high-quality Salon Portfolio and you are forced to use other people’s photos of work from a year ago, appealing as “intellectual property” without any documentary arguments👌🏻. The police may be interested in this case, so I sincerely recommend that you stop using photos of My works for your advertising purposes.
