Staffs were very accommodating and thorough with the procedure. We really like Inday, Ruby and Lilly - they have these gorgeous smiles which are very welcoming. We would definitely come back for more relaxing and pampering sessions.

The service was great, it was my first time having my eyebrows done, i chose the hairstroke and i was so amazed with the result, no pain at all, the lady who did mine her name was Hailey, she was so good and very particular with the hairlike strokes, it turned out super natural looking and im very happy that i get to wake up everyday with my eyebrows looking very pretty 😍Highly recommendable❤️

Don’t even bother to go this salon. Went there for eyelashes extension few times. Not that they did super good job but just that I haven’t found the best yet. Their glue always causing burning eyes and when I tried to tell them give me the fan so that I can blow dry the glue that inside my eyes immediately but they don’t understand a single english at all. Just kept saying madam ok ok. This is very dangerous! today is the second times they told me I have to wait for 1 hr if I want the lady that I booked for to do it for me. They double booked the customers with same lady on purpose. This is ridiculous as I spent taxi cost to come and ended not getting anything done. No apology no anything. The Philipino reception lady particularly rude. Each time I go there , she will just ignore me and welcome other Philipino customers who came after me. I have to approach few times to get her attention that I am here for my appointment on time. This salon also located in very unsafe building with lots of men would follow and stare at you without shame. Ladies, there are so many other salons in town did good job. Deleted their contacts and would not go back anymore. Would also infirm all my friends not to go.

Hailey - good at lashes she always do my lashes and stays like a month and very careful doing it 👍🏻❤️Cherry - she does my facial and very good at it and soft with my face and feeling relax which is good and make sure I’m comfortable while doing the procedure ☺️👍🏻

Today I did my hydra facial and carbon laser, I am totally satisfied with the service, the staffs are very accomadating. I am very much impressed and plan to Vist again.

The shampoo and massage service is very good. It is done on a special bed. The price is reasonable. You should try it.

Its so noisy and not accomodating staff we connot do relaxing because they keep talking to much so loudly and we are looking for the one pilipina ate they called her Dai who always sitting on the reception but shes was not there that time.

Committed offer in the WhatsApp, we made a booking and came but after reaching here did not own up to offer commitment. Waste of time and money.

Overall experience was ok even they keep on talking while doing the process, anyhow i dont understand and i dont really mind as the lady who made the service on me was so friendly . BUT after that they will not care anymore. Free touch up of eyelashes within a week, and im just asking for 1 extra day extended as my off was change but no consideration, knowing that I spend more than 300 in my 1st session. I suppose to come again and be a regular customer but since you don’t accept special cases, no need to come back 😏

It was my first time at the salon and i have to recommend it.Pros: The services were exactly as described on their Facebook page and the service quality was first class. The facility is clean and upgraded with all the recent equipment to make your visit relaxing and worth the price. All services are reasonably priced and the staff gives you individual attention. The staff was very helpful and welcoming as well.Cons: The staff speaks to each other quite a bit even during services, making the experience less relaxing as you’re interrupted with their conversations. The BIGGEST issue for me as I’m a Muslim who wears a headscarf, was that there are men working at the salon, they were accommodating and requested the men to keep out of the areas I was, but there were certain times when we did cross paths and the constant worry that they might walk in made me uncomfortable and the experience less relaxing.Overall, 💯 for service and quality and hospitality.

First time, did walk in, and they were all very accommodating. No waiting time for us we came 1 hr before closing time but of course better to have appointment. We had Shampoo and Facial Massage - 45 minutes very relaxing and refreshing indeed. It is just not the same as what is advertised. I was looking forward for the ear candle and few different brushes to be used on my hair. But Instead they used cotton buds and fingers (still very relaxing). For 49aed it is worth the visit.

Had a wonderful eyebrow hairstroke service today with Heilee( i hope i spelled her name correctly). From messenger booking and until the end of my service everything was perfect. They are all friendly and most of all, i love my eyebrows now😍

The hiko korean thread had the best result & its amazing, looks natural and perfect. The procedure is less than an hour and its not painful. The hand of the doctor is very light and very good. Thank you so much! Definitely recommendable!Pros: good doctor will suggest to you the most suitable procedure for your face.Cons: cannot speak much of English that needs to translate.Over all,they are professional, no negative adverse events and I am satisfied with the service. Thumbs up!👍

I can’t help but feel scammed from this Salon. They were very nice and accommodating but this is what happened. I asked how much for the carbon laser that they advertised in facebook. The lady responded it was AED 100/session. So I went there today and wrote my name and number on a receipt and they wrote the session was AED 100 (more on this later) which she gave to the lady who handled me. During the session this lady did my underarms and offered me a 5ml whitening serum for AED 70. I of course declined since it was too much for just 5ml! After a few minutes later, she told me I was done and it confused me because my underarm wasn’t lasered. It was just scrubbed all the way. I thought it was part of the procedure before the laser thing. So then I went to the reception and asked her and she said I had a different treatment. She then told me it was AED 150! I asked her why when I inquired it in their facebook page. She just kept insisting it was a different treatment. So then I asked her and showed her her message that it was clearly AED 100. And I asked her why she gave me a different treatment when I asked for just the AED 100. I even saw that the AED 100 on the receipt was scribbled on and changed to AED 150. She just said, I dont know with her (lady who handled me). She said it was AED 150. And just said next treatment for carbon laser will be just AED 100. I got tired of arguing because there’s a bit of communication issues so I just brushed it off and paid the AED 150. They didn’t even say it’s +VAT. I only realized when my card got charged. Later on I came to realize that this lady who handled me might have charged me AED 50 more because I didn’t get her 5ml serum. It was frustrating. Especially that the scrub didn’t really do anything to my underarms in comparison to the carbon laser that I supposedly should have had! Ridiculous.

Totally disappointed..nothing like what they show on Facebook Ad. I visited on13th Aug. They did not use any toolsAnd the hair wash finished within 10 minutes. On the FB Ad they show 30 mins with some massage tools . And they charged 50 dhs for a regular hair wash which you can easily get it done for half the price in regular saloons
